Rachel does a beautiful job with my Bernedoodle, Octavia. She comes out with her coat looking so thick, healthy and shiny. Even when Rachel was working with a back injury, she took her time and paid great attention to detail. She also took time to get to know Octavia on their first visit, which helped the first actual cutting go so smoothly. I am very happy to have found her as Octavia’s lifetime groomer!

Took Bailey to Dog Gone Gorgeous and Tina Lassley did a great job grooming her. It was Baileys first time at the groomer so I wasn’t sure how Bailey would do. Tina did a fantastic job. I will only let Tina groom Bailey. This is Bailey before and after. Bailey doesn’t like having her picture taken so she looks grumpy lol.

Rachel is awesome. Our dog loves to go here. He gets a chance to play and be groomed. They are a drop off service and deal with the dogs very well. Worth the price.

Rachel did such a good job! Walter looks great and is SO soft! When she groomed him last time 4 weeks out and he still wasn’t shedding. I’ve never had that happen before. I will be bringing him back to Rachel every time! And his dye job was great!

I started using Dog Gone Gorgeous after I rescued a dog with long hair and some issues. They were kind to the dog and did not seem to upset her at all. And she did get a great trim. I have started to take my short haired dog there too and he comes home with the softest shiny coat. Great service. Listened to what I wanted for my dog's haircut. I recommend this business.

The worst grooming job I have ever experienced. For starters my dogs appointment was at 11 was told she would be done at 5:30… thinking that’s an extremely long time for an appointment. Get there at 5:30 and she had just started on my dog. She was finally done at 6:30 for my dogs haircut to not be anything how I asked. I give her one star for at least owning up to screwing up and not making us pay her.

Love love love Rachel’s work! So does my dog Gracie. Gracie is EXTREMELY shy of strangers but she took to Rachel. She didn’t want to leave when I came to pick her up and was “protecting” Rachel from her own dog, lol. Gracie can be temperamental around other dogs, but Rachel was able to work around it. I like that she lets the dogs play and doesn’t kennel them. My moms dog got her claw caught at Petsmart in a kennel and ripped it out, so I appreciate that she doesn’t kennel the dogs. She treats your dog like it is a spa visit for them and she cares for them like they are her dogs. Your dog won’t want to leave! Lol. She also does a great job. My Gracie, a Shetland sheepdog came home smelling wonderful. Then she promptly rolled in something stinky, but she still smelled ok because the clean, good smell from the groom lasts a while. She also got her so she wasn’t shedding much and got her coat all brushed out and shinny. She does great work. She is patient and careful with the shy dogs so not to scare them, and waits until they are comfortable with her doing nails and feet. She didn’t take a super long time to do Gracie either, and she is extremely flexible with scheduling and will do her best to work you in. Rachel has a life long customer in Gracie or as long as we live here in Lincoln. Gracie normally hates groomers and it probably still isn’t her favorite thing but she liked Rachel which made me happy. Happy pup equals happy dog mom.

Love Dog Gone Gorgeous! Very reasonably priced and convienent scheduling for appointments. Our dogs are usually done and ready to go within about 2 hours. Shannon has been our main groomer and we couldn't be happier with her. Our shelties look flawless after being groomed. Highly recommend this place.

We takes our girls to Jenny and they always look the best! All the groomers treat our pups like their own. They always had anxiety when going elsewhere. Since we've been going to Dog Gone Gorgeous, my girls don't have any anxiety and come home feeling beautiful.

I took my puppy here for his first three grooming sessions. One thing I liked about this place is that they do "puppy cuts" for $15 where they only bathe and trim to get your dog accustomed to the experience. However, the next few times I took him in for a full session, the cuts were very uneven with long pieces of hair here and there. His nails were always very rough and sharp afterwards and furthermore the groomer never asked or verified if he was up to date on vaccinations. Also, it taken at least 6 hours for grooming every time I have made an appointment. I don't like the thought of leaving my dog in a strange place for 6 hours just for a haircut.

Kerrie (spelling?) Has always done an absolutely amazing job with our dogs and it's the first groomer we have taken them to in which they dont get nervous going there. Open the gate to the grooming area and they go right on in (that says a lot because one of my dogs struggles a lot with anxiety)

I did not received services here but I walked in to ask regarding services while on a walk. There was one young man with three dogs and he was texting. He was not wearing a mask, continued to text as I expected to be greeted or prompted. Eventually he walked towards me never put a mask and answered my questions, the unleashed dogs were barking we could barely have a conversation.They do not offer walk in services such as nail trimming (that’s what I was looking for at the time. I had been trying to call to get in for a full grooming but the times I called it just never worked out. After walking in and having that interaction, I will not be booking. Based on the interaction I had with the young man and the fact that the salon was dirty and the dogs roaming around would have scared my dog.

Had an appointment and they canceled it which happens but said they'd call.me back to reschedule and nothing even after I called back and left a message. Not good practice if you want to stay in business.
