I sincerely hate that this is the closest Target to our house. It's deathly quiet like a library, no music, nothing, and you feel bad when your family makes noise. I thought at first maybe they were just too lazy to turn on music, but it's really that the intercom is not working. It had completely slipped my mind that the store closes at 10. Next thing we know overhead lights are turning off, the TV display wall goes dark, and we realize the store is closing and we're like the last people in there, no intercom announcements, nothing. Even the auto parts junkyard has a working intercom and announces they are closing. Lol. Seriously. Then there's never any actual staffed checkouts so they force you to wait in line and use the cattle corral of a self checkout that squeezes you in on all sides. Items are usually stocked in the wrong spots (especially toys), wrong price tag but you can't tell because the price scanners never work ever anytime. I really wish this was a better Target.

I always love coming to this target because of the people and the fact that they always have all the items I need and are never out. The staff does a wonderful job of going above and beyond to meet your needs so I highly recommend going here over other locations. Kiley and Baylan at the front helped answer my questions very well!! Definitely give them a raise!!

We come to this target a lot and go to the Starbucks in it a lot too! In the Starbucks, Jerry is the kindest person ever! He always is so sweet to us and makes the best drinks. 😁

I was looking for some containers that I couldn't find anywhere, this Awesome girl name Emily in customer service went above and beyond to look both in the aisles and in the back to find them. Truly grateful for her help. I Hope Target takes note and reward there excellent employee such as her.

This store really is falling apart. I would go literally anywhere else if it wasn't 3 blocks from my house. The front end looked absolutely disgusting and dirty, especially the guest service desk. Rating 2 stars because it does look like they listened about the employee who felt obligated to harass me.

WORST Target in Nebraska. I am ALWAYS walking out of this garbage location empty handed because this store is dirty, chaotic, and never stocked. If I do happen to find what I need they don’t staff the registers so it’s a nightmare trying to leave! I hate this target with a burning passion. The corporate office needs to immediately fire the clowns they have managing this joke of a store. Fail.

I went to Target to return an item. The return process was easy and simple. The Target associate helped me right away and took care of the return. I even took the item to a different Target location because this location was more convenient for me at the time. I had no problems returning the item. Probably the first time I was very disappointed with Target. Returning an item that was $30. My original purchase amount was $70. So I was not returning $40 worth of merchandise just one item that did not fit. I had used an $11 gift card when making the $70 purchase however because I did not want another gift card and ask them to apply it to my target red card credit, I was told she would not do that. I told her I would not really be returning the other $40 worth of items so there was no reason not to allow that $11 gift card to be payment on those. I don’t find that target is the discount store that used to be as far as prices. But I always enjoyed the fact that it was easy to purchase and return can you. I guess that’s not the way it is anymore. I could get a lot of the items that I purchased at target at my local Walgreens for about the same price and it is in my neighborhood. I choose to go to target because their policies have always been so good and easy to deal with. I won’t be doing that anymore.

I love Target. Their prices are very competitive and often cheaper than my local supermarket. It's fun to go in person and see the store layout and the actual items. Quality is consistently above average. It's my go to store!

Frustrated to return an item from an online order, and have to receive the credit as a gift card, even though I paid with my debit card, had the receipt and returned the item only days after receiving it! Very unhappy about that.

Rarely has any assocites available to check me out. There is a gross push for self checkout. I dislike going to the store only to have to work and ring the register myself. I do not enjoy shopping and having to give away free labor.

I went to this location to purchase a Ninja DualBrew Pro Coffee system after seeing that a friend had got it for 70% off. When I walked into the store and went to the clearance rack it was on, there was no tag or anything saying what percentage it was off specifically, and if someone had come through before and got 70% off, I wanted to do the same thing. I even brought their purchase receipt. I went to self checkout to purchase it and ask for the markdown, but they didn’t even try to mark it down, even after I showed them the proof that they had marked it down to 70% off, and it was even on the same day. It was truthfully a very frustrating experience. I have worked for Target before and I was trained to mark down items and price match if it had been done before. It was seriously a very poor experience and I wished that I could have been treated and accommodated better.

Absolutely love this location. They do a better job than the other Targets in town keeping their store clean. Love that they clean after every customer at cash registers and self-checkouts. I know other people are complaining about the changing rooms, but we're in a pandemic so one would think that was understandable. They have to quarantine clothing, so it makes sense they'd be careful about it. Starbucks is also a plus, the crew there always does an excellent job and the drinks are always delicious!

I did the deliver to vehicle for the first time ever. The employee was at my truck in less than a minute and gave me clear instructions on where to park my truck for loading of a rather large item. She, along with another employee, had my item at my truck immediately. Easy and pain free transaction...TY!

This target location is always clean and has friendly staff. The employees go out of their way to make you smile. I’ve yet to have any issues at this target. Their shelves have been stocked almost every time I’ve visited.

This is the only Target I shop at in Lincoln. For one, it is a bit smaller than the others so if I forget something on one side of the store I don't feel like I have to be marathon trained for retrieving the item and retracing my steps. 😉 The staff are kind and helpful and remind me of the people who ran businesses in my small hometown. Hardest days to shop are Mondays as they may or may not have a popular item in stock due to weekend rush, but that doesn't generally bother me.

A helpful clerk named Marivel help me find each item on my list, and help with self check out and even help me by carrying my purchases which were bulky & heavy to my vehicle when she saw me driving an electric cart in the store, and wondering where some of the items on my list were. I'm 80, and another store employee wiping down carts, got me an electric cart when she saw me using a cane and all bend over, all were so helpful, it was such a pleasant surprise, after moving my blind and disabled adult son in this terrible heat to assisted living..

Katie was helping me find the Vicks vapor sticks they didn’t have any on display and she checked on her scanner and noticed that somewhere in the back and grabbed me 2! she went above and beyond for me because I have been searching for months for this!

Poor customer service. I was at self check out and needed assistance. The item didn't register the sale price. After waiting several minutes an employee came over and totally ignored me and helped the person next to me, whose "assistance" light had came on only just lit up. No big deal but the employee didn't acknowledge me at all. After she had finished with the other patron, she walked right on by me as if I were invisible. I then spoke up but she continued to ignore me. Finally another employee came to assist me. She told me the item was not on sale without looking it up. I explained that there signage is advertising a sale. She decided to look it up, saw that I was correct, adjusted the price and dropped the item on my hands and said "There ya go", almost as if she just did me a favor. She barely looked at me. I'll be skipping Target next time.
