Absolutely beautiful store in a nice location but it must be one of the worst ones I’ve ever been in. They have 14 registers and not one of them was open for customers. Everyone had to use the self check out.

I am fairly new to shopping Target.....I just never considered this store brand and don't know why. This past year, I started shopping at Target Stores in the Lincoln and Omaha areas. What a great shopping experience, no matter the Target location! Each time at every store, I find the store to be clean, bright, organized, and the staff very helpful. Their management teams in this area apparently are able to attract solid candidates in a time that good retail/restaurant workers are hard to come by and are training/developing and empowering these people to be customer-serving and care about the stores and what they are assigned to do. I think this has to do with good management and a great environment. What a plus for the shoppers! Thank you to Target Management in Omaha and Lincoln, NE. Keep doing a great job with your teams! And, if you, the reader, have not shopped Target - try it! I always thought it was more expensive than another big retail box store....but, honestly, not by much if at all (and I did some comparison shopping!). Target LITERALLY allows me to shop and enjoy the experience!

So let me get this straight, an older white lady that works at customer service at this particular location said she's not supposed to ring up customers meanwhile the customer service at the other target locations do everything from returns/exchanges/in store pickups/ ringing people up. What?! She can certainly ring up customers but she chose not to! There were only two items. Customer service means you do everything for the customers! The good thing is there are OTHER employees that are helpful and would ring people up for 1 or 2 items.

I arrived not knowing it was closing time but despite this Janice S. Was nice and helped me with getting my prescription quickly while also maintaining friendly conversation. As someone who hasn’t picked up a prescription before, it’s so nice to have someone who was so helpful for the process and I’m so happy to have chosen this CVS as my pharmacy. I’ll avoid coming right at closing though in the future.

Please be aware that Target does not allow returns on Trading Cards per Corporate Policy change in January 2023. However there is no sign posted anywhere in the store that can be seen by a customer that states this. The only place it was printed for me to see, was on my receipt after I had already purchased the item and it was no longer returnable… seems kind of backwards to me!

Worst run Target that I have ever been to. 6:30pm on a Saturday and not a single self service register open at all. All closed down. Long lines at the cashiers. Self serve area totally closed down. Thanks Super Target. I have ran into Super Targets self serve registers being closed down more and more lately creating long lines to check out. I’ll be trying Walmart more now.

I waited 40 minutes drive up, isn't the point of this service that it should be quicker than shipping yourself? I went in to get my order and no one cares. Acted like it's a normal thing for them, don't know who is in charge of this team, but the manager needs fired, all the spaces were full and they thought 2 workers was sufficient

I would like to Commend Marissa for going above and beyond for me. I'm a toy collector and typically most retailers don't care about if you get the new exclusive or not. I asked one employee and she said let me get someone who knows exactly. And I would also like to commend her as well. I ordered one for pick up and it wasn't going to be ready for 2 hours and since I was in the area I stopped in. And I couldn't find what I was looking for the app said they had 5 available at this location. And what do you know when she went to the back to check for me it got canceled somehow. And they wanted to ship me one which would have been fine. But she actually went in the back and found exactly what I was looking for 😃 I would like to commend her for that. And going above and beyond for a customer. She's an awesome employee and you guys are very lucky to have someone like her! Thank you, Marissa!

I like Target but the parking lot is not well cleaned, it’s slippery and you can barely take the carts because they get stuck. Other stores parking lots are clear, not sure why Target’s isn’t.

Self checkout closed every morning now? Its not a staffing issue as the guy who normally supervises self checkout was now checking people out. CRAZY long lines. Yeah...I'll head to Super Saver next time.

This Target is always consistently messier than the other two in town. Clothes on the floor, items out of place, people running over merchandise with carts.It’s a Target and has all the Target things you’d expect. Only catch is some of them are scattered on the floor…

The pickup option is so good, they have the best staff working it and they’re so quick. You have to wait forever at Walmart, but Target is so fast and painlessEdited-on another note, when you go in the store not a single person speaks to you. I was there for quite a while, at one point desperately looking for something. With workers everywhere, no one asked if I needed something and I had to get my app out to find it

Target is a super market store where you find almost everything for home kitchen food toileteries snacks drinks cosmetics and what not except branded clothes and shoes etc. The display here is well done and spaced well. The service at cash counters is good. Overall a nice regular experience for home needs at a good price.

Team lead Josh refused to sell a display halloween decoration with Christmas was set up all around it. They didn't have anymore of the decoration in stock and they didn't have any of their other Halloween displays up. Other stores have sold their displays of the same item. It's absolutely ridiculous to not sell the display from this store.

I'm giving this Target a bad rating, because of the cashier, Hailee. I spent 91.00 today at Target and do expect a welcome from the cashier, but instead I received a glare from her and I think she may have wanted to go on break, but then i show up....Target was not busy at 6:00pm and she had my parcels all bagged up waiting for me to put in my cart....I asked her to put the bags in the cart so i could get out my charge card and pay....she did do this for me. She handed me the charge slip and did not say a word....but glared at me..I said to her "do you know how to say thank you"....she said nothing. I left and told her I was going to report her.....she left her station and walked away. I really like this Target on South 40th....the prices are good and I generally find what I'm looking for, but the customer service stinks and she is not the only one that has poor customer service. Usually it is the younger cashier's that have poor customer service. Doesn't Target train their employees on customer service?I usually put my bags back in my cart after the cashier rings them through, to save time, and we work as a team when it is busy. But tonight she had all my items rang in and bagged before I could get my credit card out and I know she didn't like it when it told her to put the bags in the cart.

Target seems to be the new Walmart these days. Awful layout of the store they just remolded not many years back. Seems junky and no organization like before. Plus I went to try on a swimsuit and half the dressing rooms are still closed with merchandise cluttering the area and the other half that is open half the locks don’t lock. Complained to two different employees and neither seemed to care and told me to fill out the online survey. Got home filled out survey but doubt anyone or anything will be done to improve the situation or the store? Parents be alert and don’t let your young children go into changing rooms alone due to the locks not properly locking on most dressing rooms. No plans for me to try on or buy clothes in there unless things change for the better!

I was at your store on Mother’s Day. I went to register 9 And was checked out at 11:01 by I was at your store on Mother’s Day. I went to register 9 and was checked out at 11:01 by, I believe her name Mae ,(I did find her name on receipt) and had a very pleasant experience. She was real thorough and let me know about how I can earn target points and benefits, which I now have a card and I know what to do because she explained it well. I told her about my one daughter that doesn’t have any children but she has two dogs. She said did you know that they make Mother’s Day cards for mothers with dogs? No I didn’t what a cute idea. She said would you like to see one? And I said sure. She didn’t walk too far from her her registered, and brought me an example. I said oh my goodness I love it! She said there’s other ones to choose from, and I said no I’ll take this one it’s perfect!I will always look for her on future visits and wait in line no matter how long it takes. She’s a lovely lady and takes good care of bagging with the upmost care, as if she was bagging her own groceries, etc. Thank you so much, for the opportunity to take your survey.Have a wonderful day!Sharlene Harrison

There was the RUDEST old lady working the returns/exchange when I came to pick up my order. I had parked my newborn in his stroller, out of the way from the line due to the fact that there is plenty of illness going around and there was a woman nonstop coughing in line. Instead of understanding, the worker forced me to put my son near people that clearly could’ve passed along an illness so that “it didn’t look like there were multiple lines”. I switched to drive up and will definitely not be returning in store.

Not even one lane open for check out. And the manager doesn’t care. When you have an overflowing cart you do not want self checkout. I’ll go to Walmart if I want to check out myself and get lower prices.

ConvenienceTarget drive up service was efficient, but one of the products was dirty with like dust spots that the employee packing the order could've at least dusted off to make it more presentable. Not a big deal to me, but could see it making bad impression for others. Other times have went into store for pick-up and took way too long to get acknowledged and even longer to get service so drive- up is a huge time saver.

Love this Target location. Stopped in to get a mortar and pestle and birthday card. Card section is on point. Tons of amazing cards for all occasions. They don't disappoint! The store remodel is taking a bit of getting used to, but I always love their variety of products and quality of everything.

Missing several items from my drive-up order. This hasn’t happened to me at any of the other targets. I live over 25 minutes away from this location, but I enjoy the store because it has the most variety and is close to Trader Joe’s. They said I could could drive 25 minutes there and another 25 back for my missing items or wait 30 days for a refund.

Have always loved Target, but today, I did not have the best experience. It has been 6 months since I shopped there because of the pandemic. I couldn't find things, the person I asked about some items, gave me general information but didn't help when I told her I was looking for something specific. Now I see it is available in the store but not online. Really don't care for the self-service. We used to have gas station attendants pump gas and clean the windshield. We had to become our own and now have to become cashiers. Not a fan. Companies always looking at the bottom line.
