My husband and I had the best experience there with not just one associate (Sharon) but all of them. We went in and got new phones yesterday and we had lots of bumps along they way due to our specific issues. But they were patient and throughly explained everything to us along the way. The assistant manager (January) was also the very best. Overall amazing experience. It will always be our go to T-Mobile as long as they are all there! If I could I would give more then five stars 🌟

I just want to start by acknowledging that if my only experience was with Tayla, this would 💯 be a 5-star review. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of also interacting with Sharon. I upgraded my phone today, and Tayla was my contact. She was great! It was going to take about 30 mins for all my data to transfer over from my old device to my new one, so I went to grab some lunch next door. When I came back, Tayla was helping some other people and asked if I could check my new phone and see if everything was transferred. While I was doing this, Sharon asked if I had any questions. There was a little odd black box on my home screen, and I motioned for her to come over and look at it because the phone was on a charger. Sharon's reply was, "I wasn't the one working with you for the last hour and half, why are you asking me?" I told her that she said if I had any questions to ask her. She then proceeded to go on, very rudely, to say, "I just want to sit here in my silence...." Um, if you don't want me to ask you a question, don't ask me if I have questions. This lady (Sharon) is incredibly rude and honestly shouldn't be in customer service. Thank goodness this store has someone like Tayla to balance Sharon out.

@@Updated@@1.24.24Tonight, called the store about a technical issue w a phone I got there less than a week ago. I asked if I could return the phone and get one where the screen is brighter at night. Rather than the associate trying to work something out with me, despite me having my receipt, packaging and even sack still, she said she absolutely would not check with her manager about me being forced to pay a 70 restocking fee something almost the full value of the new phone and or figuring out why the screen is darker at night. I had to unfortunately call the customer service division of the store to report the situation and they said their restocking fees even of itself aren't even that high. The associate could have cared a less about my situation here in Lincoln so I'm hoping it's an isolated incident given the amount of business ive given to the store already. Apparently the manager of the local store isn't going to be in till this Saturday?????This review actually touches on several aspects of TMobile’s home internet.Today, I had the genuine pleasure of working with a professional at this store which was very knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, actively listened, and very caring.The $50 a month fee for the internet is almost priced too low in my opinion given the blazing speeds and it never once has gone down or flickered since I started using the service. I’m extremely satisfied.I looked at my receipt in order to provide the very thoughtful associate’s name and to recognize and recommend her outstanding service. The received only shows associate #954.I’ve been to this store multiple times as opposed to the location at 48th and O. I assure you every associate you will find here will totally exceed your expectations.

Tayla was beyond helpful when it came to pairing my watch and phone together.She wasn’t pushy but very honest because I know how the “sales” work! I wanted to give her a shout out since she stayed about 20 mins late after the store closed on Christmas Eve.You have a fantastic employee and she should be recognized!

This is the best T-Mobile store. Everyone has always been helpful. But I was having an issue that multiple phone calls to T-Mobile had failed to resolve. At the store, January went above and beyond to actually solve my issue. She spent well over an hour dealing with customer service on my behalf, troubleshooting the situation, and working through the solution. I had to ship some equipment back and she even printed the label and packaged it for me! Thank you, January!

The experience I had at this T-Mobile location is the best I have had at a cellular store. Sharon is a top notch sales rep. She is very knowledgeable, and makes the process fun. Logan the manager is extremely efficient with troubleshooting technical problems. Both Sharon and Logan provided exemplary customer service. Highly recommend this store.

I'm not sure why others have given bad reviews. The store 🏬 is very nice and welcoming. Sharon has been wonderful to work with and has been very helpful. She is a very pleasant person and helped this old woman (not really) understand the details. I will definitely be switching to T-Mobile

If you have ever read my reviews you know I am HIGH on customer service. Their rep Sharon at 28th and Pine Lake location was amazing. At the end of my visit, I purchased 2 apple watches, one for my daughter and one for my son. Sharon, was so awesome and passionate about giving me a good experience with T-Mobile. Thank you Sharon for serving for better and less worried about pressuring me for a sale.

I was pretty happy on Feb 28, 2023. I went in the store and purchased an iPhone 12 and a iPhone se 3rd generation. January was of great assistance. I had my eyes set on a Samsung S23. I was able to get into the phone I wanted but....Tayla had to step in and help with the sale and my card was charged double $1,230 instead of $615.00. I was patient and waited the 24hrs for the pending transaction to not go through as advised. It actually was completed. I called back today March 2nd. 3 days of waiting and hours of being on the phone getting the run around. This man had no customer service skills and zero empathy for what I had experienced. He said ... I was jumping the gun and needed to give it more time. I think I have given it plenty of time. I did call and talk with billing at the customer care number. They were very helpful. I would not recommend dealing with the manager and I won't go back to this store in the future.

My daughter was switching to a new phone and we had a bit of a snafu (likely caused by us) - her phone was working fine when we left the store but when we got home her text messages and cell calls started coming through on my phone. You can imagine her horror! We went back and Asad N was super helpful - he got it fixed quickly and professionally. I have worked with him a second time with my son's phone and he is great! We stopped in to T-Mobile today to check things out and met January W. She sat down with us, we had great conversation, we developed a rapport, discussed our needs and made recommendations what might be the best plan for our family. We didn’t walk in expecting to switch carriers today, but she made it easy for us, so we did. I have to say, January is a great asset to your company. She knows her stuff, but she’s a people person and as much as we all like technology, it’s the personal touch that draws people in and keeps them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Also, we had a snag in the transfer that created a call after we legit home, but it was resolved within minutes. So, shout out to your customer service team as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️It’s been 2 hours and I’m totally impressed with T-Mobile. We actually feel like T-Mobile wants us as customers. Thanks so much.

Wow, what an amazing experience we had. My family was looking to switch from AT&T as we weren’t getting the best service in the Lincoln area. We went to T-Mobile and had a fantastic experience. Melissa was the mobile expert we talked to, she laid everything out and explained our options as well as made sure we’d have coverage where we spend most of our time. We took a couple days to make our decision, but after our great interaction with Melissa and the options we had from T-Mobile we knew that would be the carrier to go with. When we returned we made sure to schedule a time with Melissa, again she was very friendly and fun to work with. Another mobile expert, Kolten, was also there during our appointment and he was very nice and helped us out as well to speed up the process. When we were finished my family all thought it was the best experience we’d had with any carrier.Within a couple weeks I reached out to Melissa, who had already been in touch with each family member since we’d switch to make sure we were all doing well with our new phones, and scheduled another appointment to get my in-laws on T-Mobile. Again Melissa shined, she went out of her way to make the appointment work for all of us and came in early for her shift to meet us. Having been involved with two different T-Mobile carrier switches I can see how much T-Mobile puts their customers first. Their plans are amazing, we are saving a lot of money each month and got new phones!I, along with my family, would definitely recommend T-Mobile and especially the Pine Lake location and of course Melissa! Thank you Melissa for all that you’ve done, it’s been a pleasure to work with you. Everyone at the store that we spoke with was friendly and they all seem to work well and help each other out to make it the best experience for the customer.

1st I'd like to say the service I received at the Pine Lake T-Mobile was absolutely amazing! I recently lost my phone to an industrial lawn mower, may it rest in pieces. The Manager Logan, went above and beyond to help me. January, Ryan The Viking, and Garret all played a role in my customer experience. They are an awesome crew, very helpful assisting with phone options and all my questions too. I'll definitely be recommending this specific store to anyone in need.Sincerely,One impressed customer

So WOW. I don't even know a better word to use for my experience at tmobile yesterday. How about January?,wait that's a name not a word. It's the name of the employee who I am so thankful that I had to assist me. It's been one of the worst weeks of my life. I lost my cat of 6 years for 6 days. While out looking for my baby I smashed my phone beyond use. I did not have insurance and ya in need of a phone. Now her customer service skills started long before I told her my sad story, that came later, but even the way she listened and related when I did was more than a pot of people I've spoken with over those 6 days. I didn't have too many options with already being out of my budget for the month and we tried a couple options on my account and a few phones and it looked as though I was leaving phoneless. I had given up and was ready to leave and she said let's try one more thing. She found me an option to lease a phone that I was actually interested in and was able to afford. I waited tables for 20 years, I know customer service and it almost does not exist anymore. This girl worked it the way we used to when it was the end of the month, bills were due and we were in our slow season. We would have to put everything in our service to hustle them tips and pay our rent. And this girl have me her best which was beyond expectations and not even working for a tip, and it was the end of the day so she had to be tired and ready to go home. But that did not take away from her service and it was extraordinary. I recommend tmobile at pine lake and January, she should get employee of the month or year or season whatever they do to acknowledge their above and beyond employees, she deserves itIf you think I just decided to randomly give someone a good review, no I do reviews often check out my stats so , I'm obviously spitting some truth

She patiently walked us through several different scenarios to improve our situation. We were very frustrated by the time we walked into T-Mobile, so January's attention, empathy, and customer service was highly welcomed. She is an asset to T-Mobile!

Been in the store a couple times now and she always remembers me and goes out of her way to make my issue her priority. Love love this store! January and Kolton both have went above and beyond to help my husband and I with our cell phone plan. We are truly grateful for everything they have done to help us. They both really know there stuff and have amazing customer service. All the staff at this store is great and is always smiling, they definitely make you feel welcomed at this location and will do whatever it takes to keep you as a customer. Have no complaints about this store or any of the staff, they all are great!

Recently I switched and ported mine and my daughter's number from Sprint to T-Mobile and was assisted by their representative, January. To me Sprint was good, but T-Mobile to me was more military friendly with what they offered since I'm a vet. January was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me on making the transfer a smooth one, and her service was exceptional. I highly recommend T-Mobile, and especially this location on Pinelake by South Point.

After spending two hours on the phone with 800 number and their support I was extremely frustrated and decided to had to Lincoln. I was helped by a young lady named January and she was very thorough thoughtful and helpful. End result she got my phone back online in a very efficient amount of time and I am once again hey happy happy T-Mobile customer.

Went in today to get a new phone after switching over. Melissa was super great and spent a lot of time going over all my options and making sure I was happy with everything before finalizing it all. She even went so far as letting my kids use her phone to stay busy when backing up my old phone was taking a long time. Really appreciated how nice she and everyone else was to me and my kiddos! Will be sure to go back here any time I need anything. :)

Best visit so far. January was extremely informative, kind, and patient with me! She ment over all of my questions plus more! She got my tmobile sign in together, as well as my tmobile Tuesdays, and went over the different kinds of phones I went into look at. Was able to leave with the perfect boom box for the many hikes my dog and I, along with friends, share with all of my interests in mind. Was very professional and amazing conversationalist! I walked in, greeted to vibrant colors. We were going to switch from AT&T to T Mobile, and the employees were so helpful. LOGAN, was so helpful, we had preferences on who we wanted to talk to, and he was on that list. He was just leaving, because his shift was over, but he stayed and helped, ON HIS OWN TIME! All in all, great customer service, and T Mobile, recruits the best people.:-)

We had a complicated account and transfer and January walked us through everything to do to be ready and Robert and Dustin finished the process on a second appointment and everybody was extremely friendly and they helped lower our Bill significantly!!! Customer service was great, but the new kid failed to mention that yes we are getting this price monthly, but the first month will be higher than normal for installments. They did however get us a cell booster for our apartment. Overall satisfied.
