Walked in on Monday to get an account separation and phone upgrade and was immediately turned down and instructed to call 611 by a guy in a beanie (wish I would have gotten your name). Guy refused to help us, stating we had to handle the separation by calling 611 with a waitime of 2hrs. What are you there for then?Left the store and went to the one on 27th & Superior area. Night and day difference in treatment. The two young ladies at that store handled everything for us. They called support and got us our own account super fast and got our phone upgrades.Perfect case of an employee doing bare minimum. Management take notes.

Had the worst experience with T-mobile. Went to this store to sign up for service because my military brother was deployed to Guam, we had told the associate (Nathan) about our situation. He said everything was fine except he forgot to mention that we would get charged each time for calling him and he would get charged every time he made or received a call. Also we were charged $202 for 4 lines for Nov 22 to Dec 22. We signed up Dec 21 meaning we got charged for 1 day of service. Now we have to pay for Dec 22 to January 22 and they upped the charge to $276. I do not recommended this provider or this store, sales reps just want to make money without telling you all the hidden fees and additional charges.

This guy has to learn how to treat his costumers. He talks disrespectfully to customers. I do not recommend T-mobile by the way. We took 4 phones two years ago and have been paying for them since then. Never buy any phones with payment from this guy. He has been scamming people to buy them for almost two years after this branch was opened. Thanks

Micheal was a really big help he would of received 5 stars but have visited the store for help with my phone’s insurance 3 different times for me to get someone not to tell me to call someone else. Other than that T mobile has been pretty on point compared to other carriers.

Since coming back to T-Mobile and moving to Lincoln, this is the only store that I have dealt with. Even if I knew of another store to go to I would still go back to this T-Mobile store. I deal with pretty much the same people that I've been dealing with for a year now so we've definitely formed a connection and let me just tell you these people go above and beyond to make sure that when you walk out that door, you are a satisfied happy customer. There have been a few issues lately, but again they go above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. You've got an amazing team at this store and I don't plan on leaving T-Mobile again.....Very personable, very professional, & excellent customer service. Definitely makes me super glad I came back to T-Mobile

I went to T-Mobile on 48th around O and was immediately greeted by Justin our friendly sales rep, he asked what's up and what brought us in, I told him I was looking for a family plan and new phones. I also told him I had called previously asking questions and researching some online and heard they have the magenta plans that offer unlimited on all 4 lines for a great price. He showed me the best phones for my budget and we all left happy with 4 active lines. Justin gave me all the details and was super chill and never pushy, just told me what seemed to be an honest opinion about the phones and plans and gave me good recommendations. I am a new customer so not sure how to rate the service or coverage yet but I was assured that I would have coverage in areas I travel and flexibility on payment schedules so I'm satisfied for now!

I was offered a free phone with new service. The next day the head office called to say that offer had expired the previous day but could offer a phone half priced which shows on my written agreement. Months later in examining bill it showed full price. The local office said they'd correct the problem. Next month's bill still showed full price. Called customer service which said they'd take care of problem. Nine months later they refuse to honor that written agreement! How can a business be so dishonest and get away with it? Might even stay with them if they'd apologize and honor the agreement.

I had such a wonderful experience at this 48th street location. Every employee in the store was eager to help and not over-the-top pushy, but friendly and welcoming. Melody was incredibly patient with me and the most helpful associate I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I felt like I was being helped by a long time friend, not a stranger in a business setting. A model employee for sure! Thanks again, Melody! :)

We are hosting an exchange student this year. Needed to get her a prepaid plan for 10 months. Went to this store, gave the lady our address so she could look up coverage. Said it will work. Paid for one month. Got no more then 5 miles from the store and service was dropped, never did return when we got home. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Called to have them refund that month but told us they couldn't. Wouldn't recommend this place at all!!

Treat Angel Right bekause he has the knowledge of the network systems why my phone service has been krappy since being in the Lincoln Nebraska area that the Philipine out-sourced call center always said everything looked okay from their side but it never was working correcktly and couldn't correckt since Oktober 2022. He is studying on his own to update his information and funcktional experience which is what allowed him to know how to troubleshoot my phone when other staff are not properly learning.

Isaiah was very helpful. I highly recommend to come see him! Being 59 and I'm not too tech savvy he's very patient and explains everything very well who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks he taught me a lot!!! Superior customer service,!!!!

Just an FYI, my Sprint phone is no longer receiving phone calls on the combined T-Mobile network. I brought it in to T-Mobile & they say I need to buy a new phone. So even though I paid for my older LG G6 2yrs ago, it has no trade in value & all I get is a lousy $50 credit towards a new phone 😞

Terrible. Worst customer service ever. Been a loyal sprint customer for 20 years and t-mobile messed it all up. They lie and then add things on your bill then they add extra lines you dont need for phones you dont have and charge you. They are rude and useless. Im leaving and will never do business again with them.
