Realizing today my review and photo were taken down. I will repost the photo of the plastic pieces found in my drink. Keep in mind, this was taken after I had already swallowed several pieces, as well as after my toddler had sucked down her blended smoothie. Living in fear for weeks now every time my child tells me her stomach hurts. My previous review included a generic response asking me to provide more information with a link- the same link I had already visited and had already submitted the requested information. I received an email with apologies and attempting to make it right with a gift card. That was 2 weeks ago, I have not heard from nor received anything. I'm not one to post bad reviews. I have had multiple people encourage me to sue, yet I tried my best to remain calm and allow them to try and make it right. Disappointed in how this situated was brushed aside and deleted. Not what I expected from Scooters.

I frequent this location often, and I have never had a problem. Until this morning, I came through at 730, and ordered two drinks and 3 hot items. I was told they had to warm their oven and to pull forward and come inside for my sandwiches and bagels. I’ve never had to wait before, or come inside to get anything. Inside I waited for 10 minutes, for an oven to not even be halfway warm, until I asked for a refund. I was astonished by the fact they had been open for an hour already, and the oven wasn’t even warming up yet. If I had been told it would be 10+ minutes for the oven to warm up, I would’ve asked for a refund the first time and not wasted my time waiting. I’ve worked fast food 5 years, with 4 of those being a barista, and the poor time management this morning was almost laughable. My day crew during the week wouldn’t have done me like this. But weekends is just never a good experience.

This little girl at the window will smirk and laugh at you gossiping to the other employees. And this is known to be the worst location in Lincoln. That's probably why they're doing double smiles here only.

For the past few years, scooters has been my treat to myself every other week or so. Went today to get a strawberry vertigo and was taken aback when I took my first drink. They are no longer using red bull in their vertigo smoothies. They now use "scoot energy" which only comes in one flavor, tropical. My favorite drink is ruined! Bring back the red bull!!

Fast, friendly service. Best coffee ever! Convenient location. A bit of a line at 8:30am but it moved quickly.

Would NOT recommend this location at all. I'm a regular at the pine lake location but stopped by here this morning for the first time. I ordered 2 turkey sausage burritos, got to the window and somehow they were $14? I asked if that was righy and was told "yup". How does a $3 burrito ×2 = $14???? That was the first red flag, then the girl looked again was told me it was $4.16, took my card and charged me that amount. Which is fine but then i was handed 1 burrito? (I realized that was the 1 burrito but i had mentioned I had ordered 2 multiple times)I ordered 2.... I mentioned this to her and she was confused..... anywho she decides to not only get me another burrito but she charged my card again for 2 more burrritos when all i needed was to buy the second burrito. So now I've been charged for 3 burritos but I only ordered 2?I don't understand, I've never had this much trouble at a scooters.I won't come to this location again. Oh and good luck calling them, they keep the phone line on busy.

When the drinks are so yummy it’s hard not to stop here daily! Out of all the coffee shops in town Scooter’s is my personal favorite. Their coffee tastes great, their non-coffee options are also yummy (Matcha Green Tea Smoothy is soooo good!), their baked goods are delicious and always served fresh and warm.My only issue is sometimes they aren’t always consistent in quality for the blended drinks. Sometimes they aren’t blended thoroughly enough and I’m pretty sure there have been a couple times I’ve ordered soy milk instead of dairy milk and they didn’t substitute it. Now for some this could be HUGE issue, so it should be addressed. For me it’s just a taste and sugar content preference. But with that said it’s still my top choice for coffee shops especially when on the go.

WOW! What a great experience, coffee was so great I got more! The barista, I think her name was Jillian, was so helpful and nice! Everyone go to this Scooters<3

Liv at the 48th and Old Cheney location made my day! She was so bright and effervescent…girl loves what she is doing! As a former coffee slinger, I know it’s not always rainbow and sunshine, but Liv was dynamite. We need more people like her in this world, and Lincoln is lucky to have her! Thank you for such an awesome experience Ms Liv!

By far my favorite Scooters location. Everyone is always so friendly and my order is always accurate. I feel like the line moves quickly at this location too. Highly recommend!

I have never had one problem at any scooters, and we visit random locations daily, but TODAY WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE YOUD IMAGINE! They both in my opinion need retraining in customer service etiquette. I am disappointed! IF A MANAGER SEES THIS, & WANTS MY STORY IN DETAIL I'LL BE HAPPY TO ELABORATE MORE IN DETAIL! IF SHE WOULD'VE KNOWN I WAS GONNA BE A CUSTOMER I WOULD OF BEEN TREATED GREAT BUT SINCE SHE DIDN'T THINK I WAS A CUSTOMER SHE COMPLETELY CREEPED OUT MY SON! WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND OR RETURN DUE TO THIS!
