I was in town for one day and didn't want to spend a lot of money eating out, so we stopped at the local Sam's Club to get some bargain food. I'm not disappointed at all. This store is a little bigger than my local Sam's Club.

Good place to buy food and household supplies in bulk. Great for big families. You need membership to shop. There's not always a great selection of specialty options to buy in bulk (organic or allergy free). Gas prices are good, but be prepared to wait in line for a few minutes.

The management of this store is pathetic especially the store manager Corey. They understaff then expect everyone to stay late to finish up because they didn't give the employees enough time. The way everything is organized and operated is a joke no idea what they are doing. They don't care about their employees at all come to Corey with a real life issue needing 1 day off and he pretty much says suck to suck. They can't keep people employed the ones that do stay are mostly lazy af few good people that work there but not many. They have associates doing managers jobs but when ask for more money tell them no. Corey you are a horrible person not a single person that works there likes you.

The store has been in decline for years, but still has the essentials. Saturday July 22nd I stopped for some things and grabbed a package of ground beef for freezing burgers, I was stunned today July 24th to find out the meat had possibly spoiled already. I live under 2 miles away so was home fairly quick. Is this: meat spoiled or just looks bad? Date says sell by tomorrow July 25th 2023.

I tried to return something I bought online less than 60 days ago in-store and they couldn’t help me. So much for 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. I ordered the item on my old membership but they said that was a problem even though I am still a member on a new membership I got a month ago. They weren’t very nice until they saw I was upset then they pretended to care, but still didn’t return my order.

I went to the pharmacy recently to get my fall flu shot & Lee took excellent care of me. Even though I knew my insurance wouldn't cover the shot, he still took the time see if he could save me money by not paying out of pocket. I appreciated that he took the extra effort to make sure I was receiving the best care possible!

If you don't have the app....GET IT! Scan as you go is the BEST!!! Saves a ton of time! You don't have to check out, show the exit person your QR code when you leave....easy peasy!Large selection of allergy meds!

I just love Sam's club they are way better than Costco in my opinion other people may not agree with me but I've been the boast doors and flying that Sam's club is a lot nicer friendlier store to go to Although they do send me a monthly adThey also have a good gas prices they always have things in stock I always take advantage of being a plus member because being a plus member you do get money back and that's how I pay for my membership so it's basically worth it to be a plus member

Poor service, fountain stations out service 4 out of 10 choices, garbage on the floor, tables duty with food spills... manager just walked around, like she didn't care about the very long lines.

The deli workers don’t speak or understand English, so I had trouble ordering. They kept saying words I didn’t understand and I had to point to the pictures to get them to see what I wanted, and then they still had trouble.I don’t care what race you are or if you’re an immigrant, but you have to speak the language if you’re in a customer service role. I don’t even blame them. I blame the hiring manager for trying to hire unskilled people for what I assume are abusively low wages.

Flat tire! UGH!! However, I was fortunate enough to have this experience at Sam’s Club. As a member they fixed my tire free of charge! Khalil in the tire department was Outstanding! His customer service skills were Exceptional! I offered a tip that he politely declined and he told me he just likes to help people when they are in need. This I believe because I felt like I experienced it firsthand.

This location has gone downhill. New employees every month and they are so low. There was a long line at the food court and 2 employees were confused not knowing how to process one order. Then one employee slowly walked to find the manager to get help. I waited for 23 minutes to order one pizza and 13 minutes to finally have it in my hands. This is why I always go to Costco. At least their employees walk faster!!!!

Got here way for delivery, I have a 330am appointment but they don't show up until 4. Another truck just backed in but he gets unloaded first. Then meat and produce gets unloaded after that. So in 2.5 hours after my appointment he might start on me as long as no one else shows up that is.

You know for owning walmart .this place is soo much better ! Yeah you have to have a membership but .I belive it's worth it .just have to be careful tho them $10 items add up super fast lol .next thing you know you are in the checkout line and bam $300 gone just like that .but it is definitely worth it .they have everything you need I promise. Even shoes ! So don't wait around! Take the plunge get that membership and get to getting what you need !

Not impressed with the lack of rotisserie chickens that weren't even beginning to be put in the oven in fact nobody was back there working doing anything that I could see as always, and the lack of choice for salad dressings and the lack of no lunch meat I got a couple good deals but you guys discontinued buy farmer's cheese discontinue one more item of mine that's 28 in the last year you could get the product of these items but you don't but yetyou advertise Pablo's pride Guatemala coffee hoping if I order it from Sam's club but you don't carry it in the store anymore so I will have it shipped directly to me by the manufacturer and I will bypass you and eventually probably drop you don't worry I'm not going to go to Costco and I can't stand shopping at Walmart

Flies everywhere near the food court. Tables are always messy, they never get cleaned. The condiment area never gets restocked and soda runs out commonly. You will get approached by random old ladies in the parking lot trying to peddle stuff. One of the tables is falling apart.Edit: second time here, watched the cashier handle money and then immediately handle food with the same gloves. Absolutely aweful.

Extremely disappointed, that on a Thursday night at 6:00 I came into Sam’s Club, specifically get a rotisserie chicken for dinner, discovered there were none in the warmer and none in the ovens!!! Really?? I wonder what James would say or do??? Plus this isn’t the first time this has happened.

I would give a 0/5 stars if I could. I have ordered flowers fro my wedding this April to be delivered. I went through customer service to try and change the delivery date as the flowers will wilt before the wedding days arrives and I would try to change the delivery date my self in orders however, Sam's does not give that option. Anyway, did my duty by going through the proper channels of calling such a number and being directed to an actual person who assured me that he would "change the delivery date" for me, he put me on hold, and then after waiting 10mins for him to confirm the change, the line was cut off. So, I still have wedding flowers being delivered too early and fear that they will wilt before the wedding. Also, there is no central florist department at my local Sam's so I can't even go physically into a Sam's club to have things change as the customer service here in Lincoln, NE "can't help me with floral department's" orders.

Fabulous service in the tire department! We are traveling and I hit something on the road putting a large gash in the right back tire requiring us to have to replace it. They were very busy but got us in and back on the road quickly! Very helpful & friendly! Would not hesitate to use them again & would highly recommend them. A BIG THANK YOU to the tire dept. employees for making our trip less stressful! We appreciated your professionalisms & kindness!

Automotive department sucks. I called three times somebody answered and was putting me on hold without even telling me if Walmart manager Sams club manager can’t see this message. Please let them know. Thank you.This location has fired many associates just because they do not ask costumers to apply for Sam’s club 💳 credit card which is sucks too. I have many relatives there and they told me this.
