Although this store doesn't have the selection a bigger supermarket might (and their bananas are terrible), the employees are friendly and helpful. And they do have some quirky items you won't find other places, like turkey necks and chicken hearts. Last week there was a killer deal for half priced king crab legs. So it's definitely worth checking out.

You get a 1 star your employee Emily was absolutely rude very unprofessional and I got eyes rolled at me because i asked to have my mothers bags double bagged and tied because I come and get her needs for the week I will no longer be giving my time nor money at this location any longer.

I don't usually leave reviews with that being said I gotta say that Kaye from the floral department made our experience amazing, she was very patient, diligent, knowledgeable and helpful and took care of the flowers for my wedding. She even called several distributors and other locations to make sure I'd get my special flowers in a short time. I'll definitely be back.

I go to Russ market because they carry my groceries out to my car.I will never go back to this one again. I had 20 bags of groceries spent over 125.00 dollars the bagger put my bags in my grocery I just emptied. Never offered to help me out to my car. She really acted bored with her job.I am 72 with arthritis.I usually go to Russ market on West A& Coddington. Even if I have 2 bags they always offer to help me out to my car.

Russ’s is great!There are 4–5 of them in Lincoln. It seems Nebraskan in size with very wide aisles. Not like Walmart, but maybe a bigger produce area, deli area and rows of food stock. They don’t have ten aisles open to check out, just one or two (I don’t go on Saturday shopping day if I can help it.)

Russ's used to be a good store but has gone downhill. Prices much higher than other grocery stores and has moved heavily toward self-checkout which adds insult to injury. Product selection is limited and they closed the pharmacy. The portions of the deli meals have been downsized. Customer service counter not always staffed. I really want to find something good to say but just can't. Really disappointing. Thankfully Hy-Vee is in town.

In town visiting. Was happy to find a grocery store not too far. Visited on July 10, 2022 at about 5:30pm. The store is great. Prices are reasonable. The complaint is the cashier on the liquor side. I was standing back looking behind him to see what was on the shelf. I thought I was far enough back that if someone want to check out they could. I guess I wasn’t far back far enough for him. “Are you going to check out or what”. “”Will be”. Waving of hands and rolling eyes. “Sorry I was just trying to see what was behind the counter”. No word response, just a discussed huff. I didn’t need anything from behind his counter bad enough to be treat that way. That was a sad experience considering everything else in and around Lincoln has been wonderful.

This is the best grocery store in Lincoln! Management is patient and understanding and the staff are just plain awesome, An employee in particular is the best, Keagan. She is always personable and just great at her job! Thank you for the great service!

Russ's is like any other grocery, with extra service. It isn't the lowest price; however, the produce is excellent and the bakery is very nice.Service is the difference here.

This smallish store is getting a bit dated. The layout seems a bit odd. The average age customer is probably a bit older, I think because the staff seems more personable than at the big markets. The in store liquor department has been updated to keep up with the times and has parking.

Over all a positive experience. We were able to find most of the items on our list. Wished there were more choices of sugar free creamers. Russ's has a pleasant shopping atmosphere.

Always short staffed and constant complaining about it de employees. Unprofessional and is kinda going downhill. Unfortunate. No bakery or barely any deli staff. Deli closes right after lunchtime too, which is very aggravating.

We were there to charge our EV today while picking up a grocery order. The fast charger was unavailable (non-working, not occupied). This is especially disappointing because there are so few of the high level chargers available to begin with and is why we choose to frequent this store over others.
