I'm rating this store according to the options available, to suite an XXXLARGE dog, weighing 185 lbs. An ENGLISH MASTIFF.From a simple chew toy, synthetic or real, to required grooming necessities - brushes, clippers, apparel, from wellness products, flea treatments, to good quality Food, chances are high you will have no problem FINDING what you need.It is well stocked with everything you could possibly think of.If you want quality Dog Food, and if you think the best place to get quality food is a Pet Store, Go here. But be prepared to pay $$$$.This place is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVEThey have plenty of merchandise to choose from. But , not if you have a Tiny Dog (smaller than a toy cup) or if you have Dog weighing over 175 lbs.The LOWEST PRICE I could find in the ENTIRE STORE, was a teeny, tiny, sliver of bone chew. $2.99.Plenty of SM, MED, LG, XL, XXL sizes but absolutely NO XXXS or XXXL sizes.Very disappointing & 2 hours of wasted time for me. The employees were helpful but not knowledgeable.The Manager Activity, back & forth, up & down aisles was impressive. What a work load he had!Unfortunately, I will not return to PETSMART due to PRICeS & unavailability of products I need to be a responsible Pet Owner

You know you're in a place that loves what they do when they see your dog walking in and yell "Hey Merle, we're glad you're here." Took the jitters right out of him and he's enjoyed the stay each time. (he doesn't talk, but I can tell by his countenance when I pick him up)

I've been boarding my elderly pug here since we moved here a few years ago and the employees have always been absolutely stellar in every possible way. I am so grateful for their friendly attentiveness to my dog each time. They always know how he's doing if I call to check on him and even let me know if he ate his medication.

We went to the South Pet Smart in Lincoln off of Pine Lake. Our new puppy had rolled in mud and was in dire need of a bath and nail trimming. Nearly everywhere we went was full up. We stopped by here and they managed to have a spot for her right away. Our girl Everest left smelling lovely, fluffy and tired. Thank you SO much to the groomer Teri! She was a ROCKSTAR and even gave our pup precious little bows!! 🤩 Definitely will come back in the future.

After multiple attempts to schedule my dog’s hair cut with other groomers and countless cancellations, I decided to go to petsmart. My poor pup was matted head to toe and these girls spent extra time and care on my dog to get her looking and feeling great again! Can’t thank them enough for their hard work 1000% will go to them every time from now on!

My Labradoodle got the most HORRIBLE cut there yesterday!! We have taken her there two other times and the first time was a little iffy but we gave them another chance and just explained she is a Labradoodle and she needed a specific cut. The groomer worked with us and she came out beautiful!! We requested the same groomer and we explained the same thing we had discussed before. My poor pup came out came out all shaved and uneven hair, some down to the skin and looks absolutely horrible. It makes me sad. I'm embarrassed to even take her for a walk. I could've done a better job!!!

We take our puppy here to have her groomed and taken care of even though they are a little pricey they do a very nice job on grooming and everything else they do. PetSmart is a very popular place it is highly recommended you make reservations due to the fact that they are extremely busy most every day. They offer several different services and have very friendly staff and all of the staff members are very knowledgeable of the animals they deal with. See I like them I'm smiling. I never have a bad experience at petsmart. I use this location for everything. Charlotte has all of her grooming needs met. And when i go on vacations she stays at the pet hotel. I never worry about her care. I know shes in good hands.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Today 6/21/23 at 2:15pm went to Pine Lake location to pick up an On Line order. The elderly white haired male employee was at the pick up station. I gave him my info and he searched for my order. Found it but it wasn't complete. The other part of the order was at the N 27th Store. He informed me that was all that was in the bin. Told me it must be at the other store. I asked him if he could check with my order number and he said no he didn't have time. Then he rudely told me to get out of his way he had work to do. Whoever is the store manager needs to go over basic customer service with this employee. Not only low level service the store was dirty and filthy. Aisles were filled with boxes and trash. I will never shop here again. I will go to the N 27th store where employees are helpful and go out of their way to assist you.

Adopted this pretty lady who had grown too large for pet store life. The very first thing she did when we got home was sink to the bottom and stand, for the first time, completely underwater. A beautiful moment.

Friendly enough staff I suppose. No one asked if we needed help and their selection was rather small. The puppy Motel was super cute and looked like most of the employees were there. Lots of cute golder retrievers walked the aisles too!

They were very kind to me-I put an online order in but didn't realize they didn't open until nine. Got there right at nine and they hadn't pulled it yet, but they went out of their way to get it for me. I appreciate their courtesy and customer service.

Needed a dog cone on short notice because ours didn't fit and I couldn't find a good sizing guide online. Jackie totally saved my tail by measuring the plastic collars so that I could order the right one online and have a friend pick it up; this all happened in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for treating me with decency.

The process was very smooth. I believe the cashier’s name is Jessica who helped me. She was amazing, I was having issues trying to get my card while holding my puppy and she helped me out a lot. She gave my puppy a treat and got him to calm down while still doing her job. She also called for another cashier right away when she knew my process was going to take a while to still accommodate the other customers. Jessica is great, helpful and very friendly. Thanks you for making my experience with your store an amazing one!!

Do not go here if you are looking for Science Diet 6+ adult large breed dog food. They don't stock it, and have no idea when they are getting any more. Constantly getting the runaround, no actual answers, and was told "I have to go help another customer, sorry." Have had good experiences in the past with petsmart, but unfortunately the customer service has been getting worse and worse.
