Understand that your staff may think they know what's best for the fish and size? But turning away a state certified veterinarian technician who specialized in aquatic/exotic animals (my wife)from buying fish because you heard it was over populated (didn't even know how many fish were actually IN the tank before telling me they wouldn't sell me more fish)It's fine. The conditions of the fish were somewhat poor, with quite a few dead fish in their tanks to begin with (talk about overpopulating your own tanks), to one of our friends being a previous employee here and telling us about the conditions of your reptiles. Buying pets from this store seems more like rescuing them from poor conditions.I'll be taking my business to Petco from here on out.

They wasted an hour of my time just to tell me the cage I hade was to small ( it's roughly the size of a bed off the top of my head I couldn't remember the size but it's about 21 square feet ) for 3 female pigs. They need about 10-13. Then they lied and said I hade bought multiple pigs the day prior when I hade recetes showing I got one

I go to Petsmart often for dog stuff and cat stuff but this time I took my dog maximus to get groomed and they called me when he was done and said that he fell off the table and my dog is still limping a day after, when I spoke to the manager about this (which they said I could do in grooming when I picked him up and he came out limping) as stuff like this happens. She said she doesn’t know what to do and she’s not too familiar with her job. Extremely rude, extremely unprofessional, & not helpful at all. would not give me her name to give to corporate. Again, as my dog was injured during grooming I assume that they would cover his vet visit but if not I’ll CALL every single day to every single number And file every single complaint because my dog is still in pain

I had a grooming appointment set, I took my dog in and the people working there said that they called everyone and canceled the appointments for the day and went home. I never got a call. I don't live in Lincoln so this was a longer drive from out of town. I had other appointments in town and had to drive back home to take the dog home and return back to Lincoln. What a waste of gas and my time.

I love PetSmart! The employees were friendly. I found everything I needed and my service animal loves helping me pick out things she wants. It's the only place she gets to be just a dog and smell and see things she wants. I compare it to a child in a candy store!

Customer service sucks. I’ve never been to a store that was so rude. I ended up getting there five minutes before they close, and was simply getting one item and I ask where one I could find it at in the store but instead, I get told come back tomorrow morning when the store opens and someone else can help you then . I understand if I was to get there after the store already closed but I was in there before it did. I definitely do not recommend somebody to go to the store if they need help to find something or need some thing last minute.

So we purchased this spray in the small can and when my husband went to use it on Sunday it squirted out and leaked all over his arms and down the can as we are busy cleaning are house trying to keep fleas away he had to waste time go to the store he picked up the bigger can trying to hurry to get home and petsmart couldn't even have the decency to just let him have that can in place of the small one the small can was defective and again he got it all over his arms and specifically on the can it says do not get on skin that it could be absorbed and cause harm I am extremely upset on how the 27th st pet smart treats there customers I also experienced rudeness over buying fish from this location the guy on the phone said after we buy its basically are fault the other pet smart in town got it together and are very friendly unfortunately it's on the other side of town or I would have shopped at that one

I much prefer PetSmart over Petco. Always have. Their prices are lower on some items and their app rewards is well worth it. You save money on treats for your dog, whereas, Petco is more on health points, which is great if they are your animals' go to for their healthcare.

They were incredibly friendly and helpful. My friend adopted her new cat from there as they host cats from the Beatrice humane society ( at least the one we went to did)They had so many wonderful cats and kittens ❤️They also have a coupon booklet for people that adopted dogs or cats.

I must admit my visit at this store was beyond professional. My first 3 visits weren't very good, however when I walked in, I was greeted from the left and from the right. When I arrived in aquatics I was immediately greeted. That made me feel very welcomed. A few mins later another associate greeted me and helped me purchase some fish. This is the kind of customer service that will continue to get my business. Thank you very much for caring about all of your customers 😊 😀

This is a great store for all things pet related and a great place to bring your pet (mainly dogs). We bought a cat recently and they were helpful throughout the whole process. They work with the humane society to adopt a pet.Like most stores, you can find better prices online, but you can't beat their customer service and their ability to answer every question you have. I found all their staff to be friendly. They seem to enjoy working there.

Good gracious it is always a fight to get anything done at this PetSmart. Just left and I was so embraced and felt like a Karen whole time just trying to use my coupons. One was buy 10 get 2 free and I want to make sure that rang up, cashier was having issues and the manager looked at him and told him to read the screen for directions. And had to explain several times when trying to honor an online price that the price on the screen was with a 15% and the item price needed changed if they’ll honor it. Another instance we tried using store credit and my husband tried explaining the girl didn’t need to worry that she scratched off the PIN that the other location just swiped it and we were snottily told she had done hundreds of store credits. I guess customer service just isn’t a thing anymore

Went to Petsmart on North 27th. Was so excited that I found some fish for my aquarium. There was an employee changing stickers by the accessories. She saw me standing by the fish but didn’t offer to help. I pushed the button for help twice but no one came. Twenty min later….I was upset! She’s still ignoring me. I finally blurted out “what’s wrong with this store…no one wants to help me”. She threw down her stuff and said rudely “ well I have been standing here too and you could have asked for help”. I told her that I pushed the button twice. Then she sarcastically said she would be glad to get me fish. I said to forget it and pushed my cart and walked away. She’s now trying to get me to allow her to get me fish…I replied “no…I waited too long”They lost out on 50$ in sales due to a rude employee

I go here all the time as I have a variety of pets and it is within walking distance from the Tesla chargers that I use. This last visit they didn't have a huge variety of fish so I was a little disappointed, but I don't NEED more fish in my tank, I just WANT more fish 🤣. I also go here for my fish needs and use coupons I get for my kiddos birthdays as we have a dog, multiple cats, and my fish. On of my recent visits consisting of buying a kitten collar (hard to find elsewhere) and using their awesome ID tag engraver.

This store had what we needed. We brought our puppy with and let her choose a bed, toys, treats and other things for her corner of the living room. She is very happy with her choices and it has helped make her comfortable and feel safe in the new environment.
