Every time I went in they asked for my dogs recent shot records which was in the same building and try and tell me each time my dog was missing a shot which got ridiculous having to constantly give them the same paperwork over and over again. My dog didn't need shots every month or even ever other month. Also the staff was never friendly or ever made me feel welcome. Discontinued the vet and grooming service in whole because of this. Guess having a one stop shop was not really a one stop shop.

This is a pretty long story of a situation that didn't need to happen and it didn't make a whole lot of sense why it happened the way that it did but here it goes...my mother had called to book an appt and it was confirmed and everything was fine up until it was time to drop my pet off for the appt. They couldn't find my mother's name nor mine nor my dogs in their system which was confusing cuz why would my mother make something like that up? At this point a half hour had passed since the initial appt was supposed to start. Get it figured out why our names weren't in the system and it was because the groomer had placed it under his name....? Makes no sense so then I asked if I could still get my dog in since it was a mistake on their part and he says yes. Get back to Petco and then he mentioned something about how there was another appt made the following Monday and he no longer would be able to get my dog in. I had to remind him that he told me on the phone that it would be possible but then he had to check with his manger about getting my pet in. Also forgot to mention he had quoted my mother $50 for the service and when I went to pick my pet up it was $80....all in all not the greatest experience that didn't need to happen. Amateur hour is what I'll what I'll chalk it up as.

We stopped in for a nail trim & buff. The staff took care of us quickly & were very understanding and willing to accommodate my dog needing a trim while on the floor due to recent spinal injury and paralysis.

I received the best customer service from the first phone call to picking up my 3 dogs!! Abby was wonderful! The one on one attention my dogs and I received was above and beyond what I expected!! I'll be definitely requesting Abby's service again!! She definitely gained you a first time customer returning!!! Petco prices & merchandise is great! The grooming department does a exceptional job with our Frenchie! All of Petco employees are fantastic! No complaints from us.

Our groomer did a wonderful job with his cut but also was very sweet and communicated really well. Not only did I feel very comfortable leaving Noodle there, but when I picked him up he was very relaxed and not stressed like he normally is post-haircut.

Hanna was simply AMAZING! We had just adopted our dog and was in dire need of being groomed. When we picked him up, he looked like a different dog. Hanna was very kind and I can't say enough good things about her.

Hannah does an excellent job with my two goldens, especially since they have separation anxiety! She treats them like her own and she is very careful to make sure they are both comfortable and under as little stress as possible.

Hannah was extremely helpful and so caring for our Toby. She was double booked and did not seem rushed at all. BUT....she does need help. I tipped her very well to help encourage her to stick with it and not get burned out. Thank you!

I take my dog Oliver to get groomed by Hanna I love the way he looks afterwards she does a great job. Oliver can be a handful but here he has not been a problem we love her. This is the only place I will take my Oliver I trust them.

It took 6 hours, even though I was told it would only be 3-3.5 hours. I was not even contacted to let me know that it would be taking double the time. After 4.5 hours I tried calling the store to see what was going on, but no one in grooming answered after 2 calls. I called a 3rd time for normal customer service and they had to go back to grooming to find out what was going on. When I finally got to pick her up, 6 hours later, her face and tail were not cut evenly at all. Spots were missed on the side of her neck and she also had a red spot on her back where the razor got too close. I will never be taking her back to this place.

The worst haircut an service I have every had. His hair is all choppy, butchered. Cost me 70 when they told me 50. Took 4hrs and for what. Never will I go there again. Most places I called were booked up, they weren't, an that should have warned me, right then.
