We had a wonderful experience using their self-dog wash. Very clean and well-maintained, large new tubs, nice selection of quality USA-made shampoos available, great service given by friendly young lady and price was very fair as well. Overall a great experience!

Everyone at Pet Central Station is friendly and are there to help you give the best to your dog and seem to know what they are talking about. We get all our dog food from there and today I took in my saint bernard to get her nails trimmed. She is a great dog but it's a lot of work to trim her nails. Kyle took the time to clip her nails today and did a fabulous job. Thank you Pet Central Station for running a great business.

Love this place! They have everything a fur baby needs, from fun toys to snacks and food and everything in between. One of my favorite things is that they provide a great area for me to bathe my dog. It's clean, open and airy, and they have everything I need right there! They also do a wonderful job of grooming. My fur baby isn't fond of having his nails done and they are so patient with him! I really appreciate the people at Pet Central Station!!

Bailey loves going here. He gets his nails trimmed and his ears cleaned (he's very prone to ear infections) and they handle him with confident and gentle hands. Bailey's always happy after his grooming and a treat for being such a good boy.

For the first time, today I was looking to find a high-quality food for my 3 months Golden doodle. The owner, Cliff, and his staff are wonderful. He was very knowledgeable & really genuinely care about your pets. Amazing products. THANK YOU again annnnnnnd I'll be back.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We got our dogs nails cut for $15 and I got to give her a bath at their self bathing station. It was about $20 for a deshedding shampoo and conditioner, plus there was a furmator brush to help with the shedding. After that she got freeze dried treats that's all natural

Super cute pet boutique! We were traveling and I forgot to pack a few items and so we stopped into this shop to get a few things. Found a Husker harness that is perfect for my dog and the treats we forgot to pack. Very friendly and helpful

Great self-service dog wash for a good price. Usually around $20 I think. Can walk-in any time for nail trim for $15 ($5 extra for dremel) or go on the last Wednesday of the month for $7 nail trim.

The staff knows exactly what my special needs German shepherd needs to improve his quality of life. Shout out to Morgan, who also was able to give me info about my cats, wildlife, and had info about emergency vet options.

BEST PLACE EVER! Thay know what there talking about unlike Petco and petsmart they are a little prise but it is soooo worth it they have amazing things that you can't go wrong with I bring me dog there every time I go and they have NO problem what so ever and my dog loves there treats i have bout all of here toys there and she loves them all!!!!The people are so nice and will help you find anything! I love to go see Joesy the parlised dog there she is sooo nice and will barck at you if you stop petting her....I definitely recommend this place to you!I give a5 stars 100%love it!

SO disappointed in my groom! I brought in a note with instructions on how I wanted my westie groomed. He no longer looks like a westie but a jack Russell!!!! He was SHEARED completely except for his face, I had been growing his skirt out for TWO years!! A simple phone call could’ve avoided this. All I got was a few “sorry’s” an $10 off services. Save your money and wait the extra week or two to get the groom you want. Meanwhile I’ll be putting sunscreen on my dog when we go for walks. 🤨

We love Pet Central Station not only for their amazing quality products but for the educated and friendly staff there as well! We met Kelly, who is a nutritionist for dogs, at a time we felt like we weren't getting any help. Our new dog, who was between 6-12 months was itching terribly. We didn't just want to medicate him but find the cause of all the itching. Kelly spent countless hours discussing and researching different causes it could be, options we could try and a plan of action. We are incredible happy and thankful for the help she provided us! We'll continue to take our pup there for the quality products, self wash baths and great customer service!

My wife went in this past Saturday evening to have our pointers nails trimmed. The gal told the wife that due to the weather she was understaffed. My wife told her she couldn't come back until late Wednesday. She said that should be fine and she would only charge us half price due to the inconvenience. We just went in there today (Wednesday the 19th) at 6:15 and one girl was behind the counter while one was running a vacuum. As soon as we asked to have the dog nails trimmed the gal running the vacuum said she goes on break at 6:00 until 7:00 and the other gal leaves when she gets off break. WHY DOES AN EMPLOYEE GO ON AN HOUR BREAK THAT LATE WHEN THE STORE CLOSES AT 8:00 ?? Then I preceded to tell her the gal on Saturday said they would do it today and only charge us $7.00 because of the inconvenience. She again stood there and said "Well I am on break right now" We did not need this nor to take our dog outside in the cold air twice now for this type of business ethic. I went to the website and looked around the window and there is no set time for this service mentioned anywhere. People my wife talked to said there were no appointments needed. I am calling and making formal complaint with management if not the owner. This was ridiculous especially saying they couldn't because taking an hour break that close to closing time. I will recommend going down the road to Bailey's to all my pet owning friends and family after this experience !!

There are some pros and cons of this place. There are 4 tubs, two have walk around options and two only allow you to access one side. Not a fan of the open tubs conpared to the all enclosed ones at The Canine Scrub. There are 4 drying stations but there is not much more than a dryer and 2 tools. Each station only has 2 tools and none of them are the same. I have a husky, so this is a no go for me. At the Canine Scrub they offer detangeljng sprays, colognes, and an entire board of different brushing tools, nail clippers and scissors. The dryer here at pet central has good power, but that's the only perk. On some of the tubs here the shampoo and Conditioner come out of the water hose which is nice, and on one of the beds it's old school of shampooing directly from bottles. The hours of this place are more convenient, but it's not my first pick for washing my husky.

Went there looking for vegan dog treats. Surprisingly I found several kinds with lower protein levels than the common ones you find everywhere else. My dog has mild kidney disease so I needed lower protein levels. Very happy with this store.

I almost feel bad for posting this, because there are so many positive posts about this place. But, a few weeks ago, my husband and I went into the store and was immediately greeted by the nice young lady at the register. She helped us out, answered all our questions, and did an excellent job helping us select a new dog food. As we wandered around the store, we heard the manager raising her voice to the employee about not helping people out. She was really short with another customer in the store too. I love the selection of dog food, but the way some of the employees are treated makes me cringe, and I only feel it is fair to give this type of review, since that employee had done such a great job helping us out.

Amazing experience! We went for the first time today to use the self wash station. My dog is terrified of baths and the worker helped me to get her calm and we had her first successful bath since we adopted her! We will be coming back! Thank you!!

Great locally owned store! They carry lots of grain free and raw pet foods, including one made here in Lincoln. The proprietors are really friendly and knowledgeable, and the store carries really high quality products. I stopped in tonight browsing for a specific raw cat food for a cat I'm adopting in the spring, and the proprietor was very attentive and enthusiastic about the product- I could tell she knew what she was talking about. Highly recommend you shop local at this new store and find out for yourself!

Took our basset hound, Lady, in for grooming with Chris today. She was PHENOMENAL!! Lady isn't a real big fan of bath time and Chris did a great job in making the whole process smooth. Most importantly she seemed to truly like her job. She made it a point to comfort Lady, which made my husband and I feel good about leaving her there while being groomed. The owners, as always, greeted us with a smile and when we went back to pick Lady up, we all shared a good laugh over the video they captured of Lady howling while Chris groomed her. If you are looking for a fantastic place to get your fur baby groomed, buy pet food, or even pick out a fun treat...Pet Central Station is the place to go. All the staff is SO KIND - I highly recommend them!!

Brought my mini Australian Shepherd in for a bath, trim and nails. Picked her up almost completely shaved, and uneven cut lines and nonexistent blending along her chest and rear. Here nails so sharp from trimming they caused my legs to bleed when she crawled into my lap. Not to mention absolutely outrageous price for a 25 pound dog. Would not recommend to anyone, just hoping her beautiful coat can recover from this.

Never knew this store was here. Told by another pet store down the street. Toolk Winslow in and bought him a new harness. Prices were comparable to Petco. Very clean. I will return.
