Normally good service. Today’s service was good, as usual, however there was no early notification of coming other than the tech calling minutes before arrival. Typically I get a text when they will be coming. Also the normal scheduled date of service has been altered several times over the past year.

Orkin promises to catch/kill the mice you have and keep other mice out. After a year I give them 5 stars for keeping new mice out but they were unable to catch a single mouse and the resident mice chewed through waterlines on three occasions; repeatedly got to food trough heavy plastic containers; and destroyed a wood patio door trying to get out ($6500). They were polite and sympathetic but only refunded my monthly fee once despite other requests. Finally killed the mice with Tomcat poison.

Orkin was very good at the beginning and able to explain what kind of services are needed. I only gave three stars as it is frustrating that I am only notified of the day the service will take place about two days prior and the time is only about thirty minutes before. I am not able to take an entire day off work for them to come for thirty minutes or less so some more advanced notification or extended hours would be appreciatedService: General pest inspection

i could not highly recommend orkin! i didn’t get the name of the guy who just sprayed my house but when he said it’ll kill roaches fast. i saw change instantly im so excited to live in my home roach free and it’s only been the first day. i already know i made a good choice with orkin! and best part is they are pet safe!

We have contacted these people to fix our cockroach problem, they charged me $321 plus tax for one time service. The day they came they put a spray on but nothing happen to the roaches. The next day I called them because we started to see cockroaches in other places. They didn't solve my problem. We asked for a refund and they didn’t so I highly recommend contacting other people when it comes to roaches!!

Awesome service! Kenneth explained everything well and did an excellent job. Thank you.I just got home from work this morning on 10/24/23, the day after Kenneth was here and the mouse was dead in the trap next to my fridge. I’m so happy I called Orkin and Kenneth!!! The gentleman that comes to our home and does the service for us is extremely professional and friendly. Always makes sure there are no issues that need to be addressed since our last service.Scheduling department on the other hand is awful. I requested when I signed up for service with Orkin that I could not have my resident serviced during the week as I have an in home daycare. The lady I spoke with said she would make sure it was noted on my account Saturday's only.Everytime I receive a message that service is coming up it is scheduled for a weekday and I have to call and get it rescheduled. You would think after months and months of this it would be corrected by now.I also have auto pay set up on my account so every month the money due is taken out. I have had months where I have paid my dues and never received service for the month or received a call explaining why. I try and call and talk to a supervisor/ manager only to be sent to voice mail. Very frustrating because I really am pleased with the technician that comes out and that I don't have to worry about ants and spiders, but billing/scheduling need to get it together.Services: Spider extermination, Mosquito extermination, Bug & insect extermination

The gentleman was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly to me. He also told me our house has an unusually large amount of wasps, more than most large buildings he treats. Our house is not very big! I’m so glad I called them and now I have peace of mind knowing they are on standby any time we need them. I was a little disappointed that the person who came to spray started spraying next door instead of our house. We have a very clear address on the side of our house. I called and had immediate service. The lady on the phone was great and I could clearly understand her which is a gamble these days with phone reps.I tried a local private business and when they came out, they didn’t even do an interior inspection but charged me 100 bucks.Johnathan did an exterior and interior inspection, was able to find most likely the point of entry that the other guy missed and pointed out some other non pest related issues for me.Having been only one day ago, I can’t for sure say Orkin is the best, (we’ll see how it all plays out with the mice) but so far the service has been excellent.Much better than the other guys that I tried.Services: Rodent extermination, General pest inspection

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Orkin! Tony is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! He remembers the names of our pets and I feel completely at ease with him in my home, which is really nice.Since having Orkin start spraying for bugs, I haven’t had any issues with the giant wolf spiders I used to see in my garage and basement!
