After evaluating 6 companies for four replacement windows, I settled on North Country. From my evaluations i found North Country to be the most geniune and honest. North Country was a great choice and I am extremely happy with the results. All of the staff that I interacted with from the sales rep, to the office staff, and the installers were attentive with excellent customer service. I highly recommend North Country and I do plan to use this company for future projects.

Our sales rep Drew did a great job explaining their windows, and the various options, and creating a plan that best worked for us. Then come install time, the install crew was extremely professional. They helped remove difficult window shades and worked quickly, efficiently, and extremely clean as my house looks as if they weren't even there and new windows just appeared. I would highly recommend North Country Windows when looking to update and upgrade your house with new windows!

Tony and Greg did a great job. They were professional and very courteous. Barely knew they were there. They showed up on time and finished when they said. We had 18 windows replaced and the new ones look great. Tony even went out of his way to clean out the gutter he noticed was clogged up while he was installing one of the windows. All in all we are very happy with this company. Before they left they cleaned up everything and demonstrated the operation of the windows and best way to clean them. I am very disappointed in my service given by this company. I had my windows installed last year, early spring, and at that time things were not done correct. I have window locks that don't match up windows not secure in the window frame that had to be addressed by a service or sales person. The window fell out of the frame and nearly hit my five yr old. I have several windows that are not caulked on the inside and look really terrible for as high quality as they are. I had to call in April (nearly a yr after my original install) to get a person to come and check all these issues to see if they are supposed to be left this way or made to look properly installed. At that time Joe took my screen and several photos and made several notes on what needed to be done. Month after month I have had to call back to find out when I can expect someone to return with my screen and to fix the problems that were left. According to the man I talked to, Terry, Joe didn't even make notes in the system to verify whether the order had been made. I had to wait another day to get a call back from either of the two men I have been dealing with. Now it is July 28th 2022 and I still have not had anyone reach out to me on my order and service to be complete.I talked to Joe finally today and he was very unhelpful and unsympathetic to the fact it has taken so long to get an update. I am now told it will take nearly another month before I can get a service person out to fix what's left and to get the items received by the manufacturer that have been on order for 4-15 months. This is completely unacceptable.If you want Windows I would certainly find another company to work with. I would replace my windows with a cheap company vs a company that claims to be the best and delivers on the lower end of the scale. Price is high customer service is the worst.Service: Custom windows

We allowed the fun salesman into our home. He did the comparison of their window to others in a convincing manner. He gave us a great brochure to review. And we were sold. He did the numbers and wrote the contract. We waited for the delivery date of our custom order. It came. The team came to our home and introduced themselves then began to work. Ninety percent of their work was done outside for tearing out the old windows and putting in the new. Never leaving an open window area open, for very long. In one day I think they had 16 of the 19 windows replaced, with most of them already caulked and trimmed out, before they called it a day. Impressive. With a cleaned up area as well. Then the second day began at 8 a.m. again, and they finished before lunch. Very kind and efficient men that obviously believe in perfection and efficiency. Thank you for a great experience in improving our 84 year old home. Our neighbors are even impressed. Thank you so much...from Sioux City, Iowa

We used North Country Windows to replace most of our windows in 2000. Due to a remodel, we needed to replace a patio door with 2 side panels we no longer needed with windows instead. We were so happy with the windows they replaced in 2000, we called them for a quote. They were prompt in sending someone to consult with us. We discussed our needs, they quoted on the spot and arranged everything. They delivered exactly when they said they would. The installers were friendly and professional and did quality work. We will be needing to replace 2 more patio doors and a front door. When we do, we will call North Country.

From our first contact, we received accurate information, pricing and estimated arrival dates. Based on experience, Derek guided us as we considered a variety of available products. The final choices proved perfect for us. Tina clearly set out financing options that made moving ahead with the project a breeze. Installers Tony and Fernando proved to be craftsmen, artists, designers and engineers that worked non stop start to finish. From demolition to cleanup . . . all debris was hauled away for the installation of two windows and two entry door and two storm doors. From initial presentation to project completion allwas 5 star. Edit: I'm adding to this review because some of what happened below is still relevant but, I wanted to add that we had some minor issues after our shower was installed and the installers came right out and fixed the issues right away. Some of them were just simple fixes didn't know didn't require much effort. The installers were friendly and professional.Even with the difficulties we had in the beginning, I would still recommend the service from this company. I logged in to change my review after being personally contacted by the sales manager to make sure that we were taken care of. To answer the question below, our pets are doing well. Thank you for asking.I do still wish we'd asked a few more questions of the sales person before we got started that may have ended in our receiving what we were shown in our initial drawing. All in all though, we are very satisfied with the product we received and it's working quite well. We would definitely consider working with this company again on future projects.Initial Review: The work crew was friendly and diligent although we were not given a straight forward work start and end time which caused unnecessary stress to our pets that had to be penned up for hours. The promises made by the sales rep and the work delivered varied distinctly although we are happy with the shower replacement. We do wish there had been more communication when the estimated time of installation passed by several weeks and we began to wonder if we'd been forgotten. The entire process from start to finish, quoting, measuring, and then the installation went "picture" perfect. Pricing was also bar none to any of the other inflated and high pressure window companies.I have been around a long time, and witnessed a lot of workmanship, (and the lack there of) and the installation crew have it together and I told them so. I was glad to see these "young men" get into the business. I told them never compromise on your craftsmanship, that is what is lacking big time in today's world.The crews trailer was very organized, with everything in its place and a place for everything. This results in efficiency in completing the job in a timely manner and shows the pride the crew has for their trade.Everything was also cleaned up after the fact, inside and out.Keep up the good work. Gave us a bid on the job was higher then expected however after doing my own research seen the quality of the windows so went on and order the windows very pleased with the whole process answered all of my crazy questions I had in the end very good product. We love the quality and the service. No fuss and they always delivery a high quality product. We have purchased 3 custom doors and so many custom windows over the years.
