If you're purchasing online, buyer beware. Had a problem with a large clock, tried to get someone to help provide information about manufacturer so I could repair it (it's very heavy and looks nice except for the clock mechanism not working), but online support will only refund or return the item. For most people buying T-Shirts and hats I'm sure it's not going to be a problem, but watch out for the bigger stuff.

Made a purchase during the "get it before Christmas" special. Suppose to be here Wednesday of this week. It didn't come. Contacted them and they said they would resend it 3 to 7 days. They never even sent the first order out. I asked them to send it out next day so I can have it for Christmas as promised. They said they can't(they won't) do that. Plus they said one of my items was out of stock now. If it was sent when it was suppose to be it wouldn't have been out of stock. Now the family won't get their Christmas gifts till a week after Christmas. Plus one kid won't get one at all. They run the online store like the football program way below par 😉.

I ordered car magnets and paid $15 for 2 day delivery. I needed the magnets in 2 days for a specific reason. They didn't show up for 5 days. If you cant provide the service, don't charge the customer.
