Great service! Dogs love going there for daycare!They are willing to answer all questions or find us answers!They were extremely helpful and thoughtful with us in Dec. 2023. When 1 of our dogs collapsed when being picked up from daycare. They took him back to be looked at by the vet. Took images only to find out he had a tumor that ruptured, and he was bleeding out and that the difficult decision needed to be made to either rush him into surgery but that they were also upfront about the possibility of issues that could arise in surgery or possibly after and also weighing out the difficult decision to put him to sleep. They were willing to call our vet who was off to get a second opinion for peace of mind but also gave us time to quickly and has hard as it was for our whole family to come there make a decision ask all the questions. When we chose our option, they were helpful in explaining everything out and giving us time with our dog!! ❤️

I took my guinea pig, Gilbert, there because he was in pain. The front desk staff and the treating staff were super friendly and kind! The treatment staff made sure to check him over thoroughly. He ended up needing surgery and the recommended another place that could get him in the next day. He ended up with another issue (unrelated to the first) and I took him back there and had the same experience! He was very old and ended up passing this weekend but they made sure he was comfortable through the remainder of his life and they took the time to educate on his issues and kept it truthful with me. I appreciated the whole team there and the experience him and I both had! If I get another pet, I will be taking them there.❤️ Thank you NAMC for taking such phenomenal care of my boy!

Our dog came to NAMC for a grooming appointment and Jessica W. did an outstanding job! The best bath and groom he has ever had in 5 years! He is an Australian Shepherd mix with a thick undercoat and topcoat. Jessica's grooming was perfect! Our dog looks like a show dog!

I would rate this place a 12/10 for grooming, boarding and doggy daycare. The front desk staff are so fantastic. They recognize my pup every time we come in and they are so attentive to her. I have never been comfortable leaving dogs at a boarding place until NAMC.Also, we got her groomed today and they were careful and gentle with her as it was her first time getting groomed. They did a beyond fantastic job and the staff working the grooming side were phenomenal as well.You girls are the absolute best!!

My dog was extremely ill after onboarding for almost a week at a different facility. We were able to walk in here and get him checked out. He ended up getting admitted & received care for about a day or so. He’s recovering very well thanks to NAMC.

We love Dr. Bennett and the entire team at NAMC! She's been with Ebony and Ivory through thick and thin. And now she's seen Quinn through all of her puppy stages as well. Everyone at NAMC is incredibly professional and treats your pets like they are family. They make it easy to book with them through their online portal. They have weekend hours so I know I my dogs can get the medical attention they might need at any time. We couldn't recommend NAMC more!

I always trust their team to take care of my pets! They practice the best medicine possible within your price range and give honest recommendations for how to help your pet the best they know how. I appreciate all of the technicians and doctors and have them to thank for getting my dog through everything from his puppy vaccines to hospitalizations and surgeries! Plus the daycare staff learn your pet and their quirks and love them for it!

I have two kitties that needed nail trims. I found the groomer very courteous as I held each Kitty while he clipped their nails. However, I was shocked to hear at the front desk my cost was $45 for this service. Seriously! It took less than 30 seconds a cat to have this done. I will NOT be returning!

Their staff is always so friendly and patient with me, and more importantly they take such good care of my little furry friend so I don’t have to worry about him! I have been going to NAMC For close to 10 years. Today my cat was not feeling well and I saw Robert the nurse and Dr. Marley. They both were very caring, kind, and knowledgeable. They also took care of my cat, as if it were their own. I highly recommend them!

The care that they give our animals and to us humans in time of need is outstanding. Both times our outcomes were sad and I feel that they felt our pain right along with us. The prints we got after, mean the world to us. They did what they could and at least made them comfortable at the end.Thank you so much NAMC for your lovely staff ❤️

We had a great experience bringing our dog here when we weren’t able to get him into our normal vet. Robert was great with him and the staff were very friendly. The facility was clean and we were seen right away.

Needed to take my dog, Watson, in for an urgent concern since our regular vet clinic didn't have any weekend availability. Scheduling online with NAMC was simple and convenient. Robert was incredibly sweet and kept me updated as things took a bit behind the scenes. Dr. Timmons was professional and upfront about the cost before doing x-rays. Luckily, it turned out to just be a soft tissue injury, and Watson is doing much better after a couple weeks of meds and rest. Super appreciative of your care!

Aside from the fact that they are open on the weekends and allow online booking (HUGE plus), they also provide amazing care with very reasonable prices. We first went there this summer when we needed a weekend appointment, but we decided to transfer our cats’ records to make them their regular vet because the standard of care was so great. Highly recommend them to any pet owner.

I’m really sad to say this but it’s really overpriced. The staff is nice but couldn’t diagnose my puppy with an allergy instead we spent over $600 in tests and appointments when all she had was a sensitivity to beef protein. We had to figure that out on our own thanks to a family member. I don’t usually leave reviews on places but am very frustrated with the doctors here and the money we have wasted.

I am giving a 2 star review based on bringing in 1 dog this summer, and 1 cat yesterday. Both on the weekends. Is it a clean, well-kept facility? Yes. That’s why I gave it more than 1 star.Our dog: brought in lethargic and what appeared to be, in my opinion, something he ate stuck in his system somewhere. I even told my kids they’d have to take x-rays, then we’d go from there. Numerous tests later, which they were very clear on the cost upfront, and we are at approx $800, they say, well, he probably had something in his system, but we’d have to take x-rays, and go from there. That was going to be another $200-$300 dollars. I declined. Thankfully he made a full recovery, on his own, no thanks to the $800 we spent to find out nothing.Cat: exhibiting signs of tooth pain after eating only. Clearly a mouth issue. The first thing they did was run a $260 blood test for kidneys. Nothing wrong with kidneys. THEN they told us he had an abscessed tooth, and there could be a host of other problems. Looking at up to $1500 just on the tooth, and most likely more because they felt there would be more once they put him under. After antibiotics we spent $463 on that visit, with nothing fixed and a decision to be made about the future of our cat.In both cases, what appeared to be the common sense issue was the LAST thing to be looked at. After the 2nd experience, I was left with no doubt that they try to drive up the price by doing the least obvious testing first, leaving what needs to be done last. If an emergency situation arises on a weekend or during “off” hours for our regular vet, this is the last place I would take our animals.

I can't thank them enough for doing everything they could to help our pet. The effort and dedication of every single staff member and vet was impressive yet reassuring. We knew Bella was in good hands and were ganna do anything to help her. In the end we cannot play God and sometimes our babies just can't hold on themselves any longer. We weren't prepared for what happened but NAMC was caring the entire time. Even making sure in the end that the cost of this wasn't the priority. We took out Bella and her prints home without a single stress having the cost in hand. Thank you for everything you did NAMC.
