I have a mini golden doodle who was looking pretty rough and needed groomed bad. He had knots on his belly which I knew and I assumed his belly would maybe need to be cut short. BUT I WAS NOT EXPECTING HIM TO BE SHAVED! Kim also clipped his ear and his undercarriage which I didn’t notice till we were home when I saw the dry blood. Nothing was mentioned to me when I picked him up. If they feel the need to shave a dog the owner should be called before hand and be notified. Beyond disappointing and will NEVER let them touch my dog again especially since this is the second dog of ours they have cut. I don’t recommend them at all.First picture is how he should look, second picture is how I picked him up, third picture is the cut on his ear.

Booked online. Price advertised was $95. Final price:$160, including a charge for matted hair (which they simply shaved everything). Very disappointed. Both with cost and overall customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Had my shih Tzu groomed. Had a few tangles in tail nothing drastic enough to cut all of the hair off. Made him look like a German pointer. Not appropriate for a Shih Tzu. Was done super fast and they just shaved it all off. The least they could’ve done was call before cutting it.

First pic is what I requested and 2nd pic what they did. Not appropriate for a havenese puppy. Had some tangles but didnt want to take time to GROOM her so just shaved her. Easiest way for groomer and puppy acts like she's been abused. Never going there again

I called at about 12:15, and asked for an estimate for my long-haired Chihuahua/ Pomeranian mix, and they said $40-$45(which is the same for other groomers, very reasonable), and that price included a shave, nail trim, and bath, and a little more. I then booked an appointment at 1:30 the same day. I brought my dog in at 1:05, and they took her in a little early and were very kind. 35 minutes later, my dog was finished being groomed! This was amazing to me because petsmart/petco take 4 hours! Not to mention they said it was going to be an hour. The quality of my dog's shave was great! The groomer blended her slightly longer head fur well into her shorter body fur. They trimmed her tail and nails nicely as well. ☆☆☆☆☆ for Muddy Mutts!

This place jacked up our Olli. He's a mini GoldenDoodle with a long, healthy coat of fur. My wife brought him in for just a short trim. They went and shaved off all his fur! My wife even showed them a picture of what she wants Olli to look like. I don't know what they were thinking. Their excuse was that it was because he had some mats in his fur. Well, they should have gotten with my wife before taking the lazy way out and shaving everything off. We would have never consented to what they did. On top of that, they told my wife that she couldn't be with our dog because of Covid. Well, not one of them had masks on. They were totally reckless and obviously did not care what their paying customers wanted. I would give negative stars if I could!

After picking up our GSP after 2 months of gun dog training, he was a happy but smelly and dirty dog! I did not have an appointment anywhere but needed to get him cleaned before bringing him home or we would both be sleeping outside. The big chain stores were not at all helpful but Muddy Mutts saved us both from a night out in the cold. They got him in right away, did a great job and were very polite and nice to work with. Price was reasonable and service was quick. They also cleaned his ears and trimmed his nails. I am glad they are in Lincoln!

My 2 senior dogs, one hard of hearing, one often breaks out from allergies, have been going to Muddy Mutts for years. The staff are always gentle and professional, and help keep my dogs' skin and fur healthy.

I really haven't had any major problems with the groomers other than not grooming as I ask, such as shaving the bottom half of his tail for sanitary reasons. My dog for the most part looks good after appointments. Today however I'm done. Usually takes 1.5 hours to groom. I finished errands early and parked outside to wait for the call he was done. Almost 2 hours later I called (yeah I should have called sooner) the guy answered and asked who had my dog and said, "oh he's done we have been waiting on you to pick him up." 😳 I never received a call that he was ready. Its ok. I won't be going back.

If I could give you 0, that would be ten times too much. Made appointment for our dog to be groomed by a Kim. The dog was turned over to someone else who apparently traumatized her. Instead of grooming her they totally shaved her. This Kim who is supposedly the owner was very rude and suggested we groom the dog before we bring her in. If you want to abuse someone then please track me down and I will gladly show you what it feels like. Never, never, never take your defenseless pet to this place. These people should be turned in to the ASPCA. Our little dog is about 6 pounds and very timid and non aggressive. This business will be done before long, not surprising.

This place does an amazing job on my doodle! I don’t know names but the younger blonde girl is great. Comes back very even, paws done extremely well, like between his toes are done! Nails done etc.we’ve had too many bad experiences other places and nothing but great ones here!Also I’ve never gotten any attitude from employees as I’ve seen on here. Always a friendly place 🤷🏻‍♀️

They did a good job, but not very customer friendly. I called to get a Chiwawa nail clip and grind..1st time customer. They said just walk in and so I showed up 20 minutes later. Didn't look me in the eye, grabbed the dog and done in 5 minutes. Barely a word and place very messy. I will go back and see if just a bad day like we all have, but not good 1st impression.

I have been taking my pup, Willow, here for about a year now. She is a doodle mix and had her very first haircut here as well. Willow always comes back to me so happy! My bad review is due to a rude owner! Late fees, cancelation charges, asking for a tip on the sign receipt before even seeing our 2 dogs. This is not our first dog groomer so we know that this place is all about turning a profit at all cost. Your loved one's will be treated like a number and not as an adored family member. The haircut was good but due to the fact that you get treated like a number and not a valued customer, we will not be going back. There are people who love what they do and there are people who don't...this lady obviously doesn't love her profession! Just another "MUDDY MUTT!"

We have been using Muddy Mutts for a handful of years and we are very happy with them! We originally took both our Standard Poodle & Yorkie Poodle mix here. We had used a number of groomers for the Yorkie-poo but were never really happy with any of them & she always came back agitated. After getting the Standard Poodle we started taking them both to Muddy Mutts and they both came back looking amazing and without the anxiety. We have always had great service, we feel the pricing is good & for us it is well worth the drive from Omaha.

So I called them up telling them I had a miniature Chewbacca that needed groomed. The friendly lady that answered got me an appt for the very next day. Whole job only took an hour. Cost me 50$ which was more than ive ever paid to have my lil dog groomed... But let me tell you, you get what you pay for! Best haircut my pup has ever had in her 8 years! Her ears, tail, and paws were always the spots that other geoomers missed or butchered. This haircut was done with precision and care. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone! To the reviews talking about leaving your dog inside the front door... Its social distancing and covid prevention people! Cmon, less contact = less of the spread. Keep safe!

I've been taking my Shi tzu/Dachshund mix to them every three months for about 3 years now and I've never had a bad experience. Their service is great! Ive taken her to other places in the past where the cuts were inconsistent from visit to visit or they just didnt do a thorough job but I've never had those issues with Muddy Mutts. She always finished within an hour of dropping her off and they are cheaper than Petsmart grooming. Prices vary depending on breed to check the website for the full list.

My wife and my bf decided they could groom our brewer terrier, they in fact could not. They left our poor girl uneven and almost bald in spots. Kim and her crew fix Bella right up. We were very pleased and she now only goes to Muddy Mutts. Extremely satisfied.

We can’t tell you how happy we are with Muddy Mutts. We had previously been taking our dog to a place that was more expensive, stressed her out, took HOURS to finish, and never really cut our dogs hair the way we wanted. We just took our pup to Muddy Mutts and it was less expensive, she didn’t come back as stressed as she normally is, she was done in an hour, and they cut her hair better than what we could have asked for. We didn’t know it was possible to have such a positive grooming experience! We highly recommend Muddy Mutts.

When I dropped my poodle off, I asked for her ears to be left long, after 45 minutes both my poodle and bichon were done, when I went to pick them up, I was told my poodles ears were short, when they brought her out they were completely shaved!! Kim said they were matted, so she just shaved them. She had an ear infection and the medicine caused matting, I would have appreciated a call asking me what to do instead of just shaving them. She doesn’t even look like a poodle now!

Definitely the ONLY place I will take my doggo! They are an amazing group of people. They know how to deal with her anxiety and have patience like no other with my senior dog. She can be quite difficult at times 🤣 but they always impress me every single time!! Would definitely give 100 stars if I could! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
