The lady up at the back counter stares at u like ur gonna steal something, she's rude and unhelpful. They all seem like they just want u 2 get what u want and get out. Very unprofessional business. Non customer service friendly.. The owners r so snotty and watch u like a hawk. U get 3 try one and no returns so I have 3 I can't even wear. They give u a clip if they don't trust u 2 take the hair up 2 the counter and I got up 2 counter realized it was more then I could afford so left clip. The guy followed me out 2 tell me not 2 take clip if I didn't plan 2 buy. Apparently ur not allowed 2 change ur mind. I feel like crying everytime I've been there. I do not recommend at all. Pay more it's worth it 2 b treated like a human being not a common criminal.

Ladies and Gents. If you need beauty supplies this would be the place to go if there is no where else available. Great products, the rating is 1/5 because how I was treated. The young ladies behind the counter were also mistreated. If you do decide to shop here, it might be wise to pay credit in full. The manager took my cash, calculated my change $50 off wrong. Then her manager came out and basically said that I was a liar and I need to leave. I came back and the 18 yesr old behind the counter said the drawer is over $50 and suggested I make a police report.

I have to give them 5 stars because they're the only Black hair supply in Lincoln. With all the Black people here in Lincoln, I can't believe there's only one! They have what is needed and that's what's important but, come on Lincoln!

Terrible customer experience. I bought a wig yesterday but found the density is not the same as seen on display. Took it back and was told that refund or exchange can’t be made. But I wasn’t told this when I was paying for the item.

A very nice girl waited on me there but when i first arrived the guy & lady i talked to at back by wigs to other end were not friendly & couldn't even smile it seemed - but the one who helped me AFTER those 2 & rung up my purchase was a very nice girl -

This is the most unfriendly customer or I should say customer unfriendly business that I've ever attempted to deal with I have been trying to buy hair from this store now for 2 weeks I over to the location that was listed on line and there was a sign up saying that they were closed and that they were moving and would be open on the 1st but did not have a new address listed I have now tried to call them several times and the phones either busy or it rings consistently in with no answer and I'm now wanting to go again today to buy hair this being the only hair store in Lincoln and I cannot get in contact with them to find out what their new address is they still have the old address listed online which cost me by the way $30 to Uber there and back but I never even got to go there because there was nothing there now they're open and I can't get in touch with them to find out their new address how frustratinglike to update that i found there new address listed under another business name for a hair store,. i was able to check them out and they had a decent selection of wigs and hair and hair supplies an other beauty items they were helpful when i got there and the prices were decent as well . the only complaint i have still is they dont answer the phone is just rings and rings which was pretty aggravating i just wanted to confirm the address and make sure they were open before i ubered there. good luck

Their return policy is really the worst, after 4years of being a customer I tried to return an item that I hadn’t opened or used and tried to talk to the so called new manager who was checking people out, this man told me that $30 was nothing to him and even threatened to call the police on me all because I was asking if there is anything he could do to help solve the solution instead he didn’t provide any type of solution and walked out on me leaving me standing there like a fool and wouldn’t let me even talk to anyone else to help me. I don’t know how they hired such a useless person for a manger who can’t even handle one simple issue but instead threatens the customer with police. The whole point of having a manger is so they handle any issues with a customer too but this one didn’t do anything other than be rude look down on people and disrespect them too. You don’t tell somebody that their money however small it is that it is nothing when someone out there needs even just $10 to feed their family, I wouldn’t recommend this place. They got one star cause their is no option for zero.

Went to go buy my first wig and the two ladies behind the counter were very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that there was a 3 wig try on limit, meaning you could only try on 3 per day, which is really hard when trying to find your first wig. The store is crowded. They have a wide variety of wigs and hair pieces to offer.

Went in about 10 minutes before closing time, the man working was so kind. He showed me the wigs, got the one I wanted, and even invited me back to try more on. He told me about all they had, and even recommended things for me. He was very sweet and kind, and I definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of hair parts/gels/weaves.

I called them 8 mins to closing to let them know i was 2 blocks away. When i pulled up they were walking out 5 minutes before closing. I only needed foaming lotion. They shrugged it off when i told them. Its sad that they know they're basically the go to beauty supply and they treat you like it. If i cant order what i need, i will just make the trip to Omaha. Never again!

I was turned away from the door 6 minutes before posted closing time. Mentioned that I needed only one thing--they still refused! As a result, my whole schedule got turned upside down.I try to be loyal to businesses that I feel care about me as a customer. If I can find my supplies ANYWHERE else in the future, I will--Mid-K, you get one star only because zero is not an option!

Was recommended to come here by a beautician. My daughters loved trying on the wigs to go with different styles. Only downfall is they only allow you to try on 3 wigs, beautician had said you can try on as many as you like. Will be surprising daughter with one that she really liked.

Nice selection of "ethnic hair care products", beauty, clothing, accessories, wigs, braiding hair and more. The prices are a little higher than the same products at similar stores, but since they are the only ones in Lincoln of this size/this inventory, I guess they can do that.

I was a loyal customer I also called them to let them know I was 2 nlocks away from the store I was 6 minutes early the 3 employees was walking out the door early I told them I needed one thing and believe it or not but they called the police on me then the heavyweight darker skin woman I thought was coo dit there with a goofy smile on her face the asiAs lady stood there like she has no soul and the southern Lady she act like she wants to gighf all of this is done in order to make one feel as though she is better than but hair doesn't make s woman and my womanhood is sucure I will not ever tecomreco anyone to attend thot store they have no respect total imagai on 27th o respect you

The customer service is horrible. I asked one girl to help me and she couldn't answer any of my questions. She said she could go look in the backroom for a hair piece I wanted and never came back. Had to ask another clerk for help and she did the same thing.

Dunno how long this place has been here, the lot was empty for years. But I think they got a lifetime customer outa me. I double dog dare ya to find another place that sells Bump Patrol shaving gel (men) in lincoln.
