Don't let the trashy dimly lit parking lot fool you. Inside is a typical Menards. The parking lot has holes that can swallow a tire and a lot of the lines are nearly gone. Menards is usually good about keeping up their properties so this is a surprise. Probably needs to get bumped up on the list of properties to redo the lighting and asphalt.

Since Menards doesn't allow you to review individual merchandise on their website then I will leave the review here.Their Criterion chest freezers are awful pieces of garbage. Thought the deal was too good to be true... and it was. Bought one about 7-9 months ago and it's already dethawed twice while it's plugged in and should be running which has created giant messes to clean up and forced us to scramble to save any fully thawed food. Complete waste of money. Absolutely do not buy.

This is one of the cleanest Menards I've been too! It is well stocked and managed in my opinion. They have good selections of dog treats and also bird seed. Check out their groceries and be amazed on how much you can save shopping for groceries at Menards!

I do like Menards but not happy with the door they show on display was NOT the same color of what we purchased! It was very misleading and the workers did not tell us about the sealant. Found this out AFTER we were picking them up from the warehouse. Really not happy about it! It would have been nice if it says something on the display door!

I shop at the north menards every day loading lumber and they have the absolute laziest forklift operators I have ever seen. Not once have they offered their help. They do enjoy sitting together on their phones though. At the south menards every forklift operator they have comes up and asks if I need help. Do better.

I personally prefer menards over the other same style stores in my area just based on price. They are less expensive which allows my money to go farther so I'm able to not feel as if I'm having to cut corners on projects. I wish they sold more detail trim wood instead of just basic profiles. The fairly consistent 11% rebate is a nice incentive and would be great if I wasn't so forgetful on mailing them back in. Clean stores, helpful staff that are willing to walk across the store to help you find something specific instead of the standard "aisle 7 go find it."

I generally love this store. However today I asked different staff where I could find moth balls and or baking soda. No one would direct me correctly or bother to show me. They obviously had the time. Frustrated I left.

Working on a big project went in with my list figured I could get most of the list filled. Made a loop through the building final thing ticket for yard items at checkout went through list everything thing there. Project off to a good start. Thank you Menards

We stopped in to look at their sale items for Christmas decorations and found some very quality items. We were looking at their Christmas trees and Sean gave us amazing service and a great deal on a display model. He went above and beyond to take care of us. As a result what could have been $50 in sales turned into a few hundred. Sean is a great asset to this location.

Make sure you do not help and remove your items from the 15% off bag. You will get attitude and chastised about how it is supposed to be in a bag for a discount and now she has to rescan it all. It was a can of polyurethane and 2 cleaning brushes.

You can get almost anything here! Love to shop here. Most of the people are very helpful and friendly. I wish you would get 11% off at the time of checkout instead of a rebate but I understand that's how they draw you in and I'm sure a lot of people don't send in their rebates. Also if you get a rebate, of course you're going to be back to spend more.

Always enjoy wandering around the store and looking at everything I don't need but buy it anyway. Staff is always helpful and never seem to get their feathers I'm ruffle when I ask questions. Have yet to have a bad experience. 5 stars all day everyday.

Came in to get some potting soil and left with a bunch of other things I needed too! They have a ton of selection and their garden decorations are wonderful, I had a great time walking around. Also really appreciated the mask policy

Prices are good, yard service is slow and avoid interaction with guests as much as possible except for one worker most of the time. 5 years ago the service was great but now it continually goes down hill. Some workers are still very helpful and some not so much.

Purchased 5 Heavy Duty steel shelving for 99.00 and it's a lot nicer than the cheap plastic shelving the only bad thing was the 4 silver plates that connects it all together I actually had to use WD40 to pound it in

Went to buy a bundle of shingles this morning, the sales guy wasn't much help. If you're selling something you should at least know the product you are selling. He didn't know fiberglass is used in the manufacture of them, or how many in a bundle. Oh and if I were to cut a bundle into hip and ridge shingles that would void the warranty. Never heard that in twenty years of roofing!Ok I'm done with my rant.

I have a very unique size of air filter for my A/C, and even though I confused a few lol, they were able to help me find the right size, and will have them shipped to the store just for me. Very kind and helpful.

Purchased an item an left it at the cashier by mistake. Called the front manager, who obviously didn't care nor have time for me. She said I needed to bring in my receipt and they would review the cameras to confirm I forgot it. In yesterday's world the cashier would have turned it in to the front desk and I would have stopped by with the recipe to claim it. OMG, well it was a $4 item so not a big loss for me. A bigger one for Menards. Hello Home Depot good by Menards hope your managers lack of time an concern was worth losing my business .

We always go to Menards first rather than other "home improvement" stores. Why? Because the employees are always helpful. Good customer service means a lot to me. It isn't as prevalent as you would think. The prices are better than the other stores too and that is important.

No one to help and had to load alot of fencing material by our self and no body knows what they are doing. Every thing is hard to find. Ended up getting some other material than what I wanted. We dri 100 miles after you said you had it. Was not very happy and had to settle for something else. Came from New Mexico to help my son and then couldn't get what I needed. Wouldn't recommend anyone go to your store. Rating 0

Not only do they have building materials and hardware they've got circus peanuts !! What a great place to shop! The only reason they don't get five stars is they were out of ice melt. The staff was helpful by taking me to the water softener salt, which works just as well as ice melt.

We came in right before closing time to pick up last second Christmas lights we did not have enough of. We could not find them at first and had to ask the associate Ken. He was extremely helpful with us and our questions and not once pressured or hurried us becuase it was near closing time. A+ Customer service and I highly recommend this location because of it!
