My first time visiting and I almost missed the entrance! (It's on the parking lot side).I usually go down to the Still but was in the neighborhood and had heard some good things. This place has so many yummy craft beers I hadn't heard of yet! There were also domestic beers and liquors available.They have a large local section and their wines are split into separate departments. It was hard to leave without looking like a total lush, because the choices were so rich! I narrowed it down to two craft sours and I'm excited to try them!! I look forward to returning in the future!

Easily my go-to for wine. I have been so pleased with the suggestions, and it is an absolute treat to work with the owners in finding/ordering wines, liqueurs, etc. that aren't already in stock. I've discovered quite a few favorites thanks to these guys, often for less cost and a better product than what I asked for.

They did bar service for my wedding reception. They were amazing. Unfortunately weren't able to do hard liquor mixed drinks because of the venue but they were fast had a great setup. Prices were on par with the local bars. If could give six stars I would.

Staff is friendly and willing to help answer questions. You may pay a bit more, but their selection of beer and wine and craft spirits is good. They carry things that are otherwise impossible to find. "Drink less, but drink better" has been my motto recently.

We used Meier's Cork N Bottle as the bar service for our June 2018 wedding. Kevin Meier was very easy to work with, and the bartenders did a great job. They offered great value and fair pricing. We were able to customize our menu, and everyone enjoyed the cocktails that were served. 10/10 would recommend for any occasion.

Great selection of beer and wine. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Dog friendly is a big perk. They'll even give your furry friend a treat. In my opinion the prices are a little high but worth it for the selection.

We've used Meier's for several special catered events and have had outstanding experiences each time. The bar staff arrives promptly, and has everything ready to roll by the event start time. The professionalism of the bartenders is second to none, and the prices are consistent. I would recommend them each and every time when asked!

This is easily the best liquor store I've found since moving to Lincoln. The selection is remarkable, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We were able too get many great recommendations in our price range, and cannot wait to return.

Went there on the recommendation of my server at Blue Blood brewing. I tried a Nebraska wine there and he told me I could probably purchase it at Cork N Bottle. I went there and the gentlemen behind the counter greeted us warmly. I asked if they sold James Arthur wine, one of them led me right to it, handed me the last 3 bottles of the one I wanted. Rang my purchases and I was on my way out. Super easy and pleasant. Thanks! I am grateful for your help and the fact that you carry local wines.

Best selection of wine in town. A fair Scotch selection, a modest cigar selection, and a bunch of other stuff I don't drink. Scotch is a hair pricey...as are other things but this place is functioning for a reason. Selection. Only one like it on this side of town.

We hired Meier's to host the bar at our wedding reception. They did an amazing job! Kevin was so wonderful to work with when figuring out all the details for the event. And they were so professional and friendly to work with the night of the event! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a bar service.

This place might be fine if you're picking up a six pack, but I would STRONGLY suggest finding a different vendor if you're looking for a bar service for an event. Here's what happened with our wedding:I should have walked out of Meier Cork and Bottle the very first time we met with them and never looked back. But I didn't...hence this review. Shame on me. My husband-to-be and I met with the owner, Ken, one afternoon three months before our October wedding. About 10 minutes into the meeting as I'm asking exactly how they go about pricing for their alcohol and bar service, he starts giving me the 'you're a crazy bride' attitude. He explains that he basically guestimates how much your guests will drink and therefore how much you should pay him for the alcohol and service. All due prior to the wedding date. Then if you go over the amount paid, you pay him the difference. If you go under, he cuts you a check. I wanted a breakdown in writing of what we ordered, price per bottle, and total amount paid. For some reason, he couldn't give us this. (again with the crazy bride looks) He kept repeating that 'this is what we do', 'this is our business', etc etc. On the day of our wedding, the bartenders Ken sent were great. It was cold, our wedding as outdoors, and they hung in there. Despite the bartenders, we had several issues. The first being that they neglected to send the Bacardi completely. My husband wouldn't even consider booking a venue or vendor that could not provide Bacardi. And it was his wedding. Problem. When the bartender called Ken to discuss, he said it wasn't on the list. She had to then tell him that she was looking at an email from him that listed Bacardi as the first thing on the list. We were also having a hot specialty cocktail - they didn't bring a warmer. When she asked Ken about this, he again blamed us. Said we were bringing it, when in fact, he assured me in person and in email "we'll take care of it. we do this all the time." There were other issues I'll spare you the details. Since the night was cold, many of our guests left early and we sent the bartenders home an hour before originally planned. When it came time to settle the tab with Ken, we were expecting a sizable refund since we closed the bar early ($30 just in bartender pay for one hour) and many of our guests left without drinking as much as we expected them to. Not to mention all the issues we had. After weeks of phone tag with Ken, he told us he'd sent a $45 refund check to us. And that included $34 for a bottle that he sent us incorrectly. WHAT?!?! It was a complete joke. He sent us a breakdown of what we supposedly drank. There's no way. We should have gotten hundreds back. Do not do business with this guy. He will get your money, give you terrible service, and then keep it all. No matter what.

Meier’s Cork N Bottle has always impressed me with their vast wine selection and growing craft beer options. I had a need for a bottle of Kirsch for a Swiss fondue recipe and no one else in town carried it, so I called Meier’s. Not only did they carry it, they knew exactly what I wanted it for without me saying it, and they had two separate options to choose from. Their expertise and attention to cooking and the role that alcohol plays in food is second to none.

This place is my stop almost every Friday night, they have the BEST service and the wine speaks for itself! I absolutely love this place, the service and the knowledge they have about wine! If you want a great bottle of wine (from any price range) this is where you need to be :)

Picked up a nice bottle of Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc and a bottle of my all time favorite, Ferrari Carano Chardonney. Both were reasonably priced and were promptly wrapped & tied up for Christmas. Good selection by Lincoln standards.
