I had a black sweater I wanted to return, which I purchased on 11/04/2023 and I had receipt of the purchase stored in my phone. It was denied by the guy at the register telling me that I can't return it because it was purchased more than 30 days ago. I told him that Marshall's return policy was, if it was purchased before the 30 day window, i can get store credit. "Violet" was her name who came to tell me the same thing just adding that they can't "resell" it because the sweater was "out of the session", BUT they are still selling "out of session" clothes and they are hanging on the racks!! She also told me that their policy was I can't return clothes if it's purchased more than 30 days ago even if I have receipt. I know it was not true, because I asked that guy to show me on the “return policy panel” to show me the “policy” they were talking about, and of course he couldn’t find it because it was not there. Then he wrote a phone number on a piece of paper and told me to call that number. I was humiliated in front of other customers!! They were looking at me like I was stealing something or committing fraud!! I am not confrontational person, and I usually “let things go “ but this was not okay. I will call that number.Also, few years ago, I purchased a piece of furniture, that was about $200. I don’t have a big car and they told me I can pick it up within a day or two. I went back a couple days later and they sold it to someone else!!! How? I already paid for it! I had proof. Also, he could look at their recordings. But “I am going to believe you, here is your money back and a $20 gift card for any inconvenience”. Are you serious?Experience with this Marshall's, highly DISSATISFIED.I can provide a picture I took of their "return policy" panel that is hanging behind registers.

Prices that are not as good as I like. But when they have clearance it's really good. I like all the variety of products that they haveFor your skin. The product a lot of them are priced pretty good. You can get a lot of good clearance items in that area.

Love the stuff the store sells but check out is horrible only two or one person checking people out all day. Other staff just sitting around talking. Every time I come in the Lincoln location it’s always like that. Many times I left without buying anything.. Need more staff work in the registers….

Recently made the register isle very narrow. This creates a bad bottle neck and big safety concern. Also more waiting. Not sure who thought of that one. Otherwise the store and staff and friendly and helpful. Store is always clean.

Very cluttered, hard to find things on messy shelves. Checkout line was all the way to rhe end of the queue mid afternoon. I put my items I was going to buy back on the shelves & left.

Nice store, lots of meat items. Employees were very actively stocking and arranging items. Store was in nice shape with no messes to be seen. Check out line was crazy long but with multiple cashiers on duty it only took a few minutes.

I love this store! They always have an amazing selection and so much variety!I love stopping by their kitchen section cause there are really great spices and yummy snacks. The truffle popcorn is one of my favorite snacks to get whenever they have it in stock. They also have tons of unique food that are great pantry items.The clothing and beauty selection is also awesome at Marshall’s. There are very high quality products for reasonable prices here and as someone who values saving a couple dollars, this place is perfect. Be wary of some clearance items, a lot of them have been used or the packaging damaged. Use your discretion and be mindful and you should be able to avoid buying any products that have been tampered.From high quality bed sets, to pet toys, to great beauty products from my favorite brands, Marshall’s has it all! I’m so grateful this store exists. 10/10 would recommend shopping here for unique and useful items.

There was only two cashiers and it was packed with customers. I counted 63 people in line ahead of me, so we left. You're not really saving money if you're wasting time. I'd wait that long for a roller coaster ride but not a discounted candle.

I'm super bummed because I had called and asked if they had an item in Stockard they put it on hold for me. I drove straight there but it takes me 30 minutes. When I got there the lady who put it on hold forgot and then lied about even talking to me even though her coworker said she was standing right there when the call was taken. Reguardless the item was gone by the time I got there.. it really sucked to drive all the way there for nothing. It was an item I've been wanting forever.

The little girls clothes have been super cute lately. I've also found some very cute seasonal decor in the last couple of months. I did buy some lotion that was complete garbage, though, and won't be trying anymore of their skin or body care.

My wife and I visited the Marshalls and HomeGoods store in Lincoln this weekend for the first time.We were looking to replace a few plates and bowls from our dinnerware sets that had broken over some time.We were pleasantly surprised to find some high-quality ceramic ware brands like Mikasa and Denby in the store. We did buy a dinnerware collection by Denby in a beautiful imperial blue colorThe store has an artistic, crafty, whimsical feel about it. It seems like everywhere we turned, we saw some sort of floral arrangements or brightly colored bedding or interestingly shaped vases and lanterns and jars which we would normally not find in our mainstream or traditional stores.In the menswear area I found an 8 pair set of polo Ralph Lauren socks for only $10 and a 4 pair set of Timberland woolen socks also for $10.In the candy aisle, I found a lot of international brands with all kinds of chocolates and truffles and marzipan boxes, you name it!I found international brands in other aisles like coffee and tea and the pasta and pasta sauce aisleWe liked the store because it allows for a lot of interesting and curious exploration but it also results in impulse buying so be forewarned, you guys!But I do think that it’s a great store to visit if you have some time and want to kill some time or are looking for something specific and eclectic that you would not be able to find in other stores

Lots of unique items here. Most seem to be prices fairly and the employees are friendly. I do wish that they had more colors of things, like towels for example. That might be due to limited space...but then again they do have a whole section dedicated to pillows.

I'm in a wheelchair and the floors were so smooth, I didn't have to continuously push, I could just glide. It's a weird thing to be happy about, but some places have horrible flooring- and don't get me started on carpet. We also got a cute little beaver squeaky toy for my puppy (we're Canadian).

I have been standing inline to check out for 20 minutes and only half way to cashier's! Only 3/10 cashiers open. Lots of other staff in building ... stocking. Not calling for extra cashiers. Saw manager chatting at one of the doors. Not helping. Will not be shopping here again this holiday season!

The person in charge of the ladies department, is an excellent merchandiser. There are always really cool clothes on the 4 ways, great outfit ideas. Sometimes, it's just too overwhelming to sort through the long racks of everything only to find you like something but need it in a different size and have to start over again. Every time I go here I almost always find something to buy on the perimeter and can choose from an assortment of styles and sizes. Great job! Overall, the store is in a great location with easy access and they keep it clean and picked up.

I love the clothes here. There are many different kinds of men, women apparels who are on clearance and they are so good. Consider going here for many more times
