I stopped by today to make a couple purchases. Claire was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was very appreciative! She ordered me a pair of shorts and even suggested a couple other items, but wasn’t too overbearing.

I have always enjoyed my experience at our Lululemon in Ohio. The sales associates are always so welcoming and helpful. We walked in to the South Pointe location and no one asked us if we needed help. We received tons of eye contact, but no help and brushed off like we didn’t matter, I honestly felt judged. My daughter needed a size 0 and after having two associates walk by without any help, I walked over to someone in the fitting area. Took almost 10 minutes for help, unacceptable. Second, all the tags were wrong, by $10, and they made me feel like that was my problem. My sister waited for me near the register and the person who helped me had the audacity to roll her eyes in disgust as we walked away. I believe they need more training in customer service, especially with someone who had money to spend in their store.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Very low level of customer service and product knowledge. Don’t even bother trying to place a hemming order at this location either. I’ve tried calling the store numerous times for updates since it’s now past 5 weeks (website policy says 3-7 days turn around) and no one ever even picks up the phone.I am typically never greeted when entering the store, or ever asked how I’m doing or if I need help finding anything. I will walk around with arms full of product and no one offers to take it up to the register while I continue to shop, unlike other locations do. Workers will have on non-Lulu attire such as sweatshirts/tshirts, retired Lulu prints- which is problematic because if a customer approached them wanting that product, they wouldn’t be able to get it. Sales associates are walking advertisements, so they should be only wearing product that is available to purchase.I was super excited when I found out there was going to be a store at this location, but have been nothing but disappointed in the short time it’s even be open. The downtown location is too small to even be considered a storefront, more like a kiosk, and this location has the size but not the service to be enjoyable either. Lincoln and Lulu do not seem to be a good fit.

I came in this afternoon to find a gift for a birthday. I had no clue what to look for, but was greeted with the best help. I’ve never entered a store, clearly not knowing what to do, and helped the entire time I was there. I was surprised being treated like the employees were the ones shopping for one of their own friends. Thank you!!

Check your invoices. I recommend you buy online。 I bought over 500 clothes and Lululemon charged me $16 for parking. I waited for almost 2 months and still didn't get any reply from the manager.

Extremely rude workers and very unprofessional. Keep staring and laughing at my sister and whispering about her. Moving her out of the way and just being down right bullies. Workers are treated poorly by other workers and treat own security poorly and his then from everyone and made fun of them!! Very displeased! Very bad environment and unraveling of others who don’t fit in their image! Should be ashamed!!

Brought my 68-year-old mom here since she loves Lululemon’s style. They were kind to her when she inquired about the different items and sizes. She left with a nice pair of joggers, and even went back for another one!

I loved the downtown store but it’s closed. I want to add that it looks like they have a hemmer now. They said it they would ship and takes a week to get back. Will agree on low customer service so 2 stars but I am going to give the store another go!

Such a great experience here! The staff was so helpful and really listened to what I wanted. Beautiful store, even better staff! Camilla and Jaelynn are incredibly knowledgeable!!! Highly recommend!!!
