My dog is turning 4 on April 18th and has been routinely taking classes with Dian since she was a puppy. She is the real deal! Dian has helped us make so much progress over the years. They provide a huge variety of classes all throughout the day and evening. Additionally, their membership option gives you classes at a hugely discounted rate and access to privately rent their facilities for very low prices (something like $3/hr). My dogs love playing with their "outside toys" in the huge agility yard!

We ❤️❤️❤️ Kennl Inn. The staff are amazing — knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Mozzie is always a happy little guy whether I’m dropping him off or picking him up. And their training team, Diane, Rae and Echo, have taught me so much. Made me a better pet parent!!!

We have used Kenl Inn for several years for both daycare and boarding for our schnoodle, Dusty. He always has a good time. The employees always take such good care of him. I would highly recommend Kenl Inn to anyone needing to board their dog or needing daycare

We have typically had good experiences with Kenl Inn, but the last 2 times we have boarded with them, we have left unhappy with how our dogs were treated. The first bad experience was that our dog came home with bleeding scratches on his lips that were not brought to our attention. The second experience was with a new puppy who was returned to us with dried feces on her hindquarters. We also tried to call to check on her during the stay, especially as storms make her anxious, and the person who took the call just told us all their dogs are fine.

They love my Tilly and I love them for that. She get so excited when we pull in the drive and takes her own leash and shows them back as if she owns the joint:) comes home tired and happy.

Wonderful facility for daycare or boarding. All the staff are well trained and extremely friendly. Our 3 dogs ranging in age from 1.5 to 14 years old are always happy to spend time here.

I boarded my kittens this weekend. It was the first time I had to board any pets myself so I was nervous about choosing the right place. When I dropped them off, I was able to bring them to their cat condo which was very clean and the perfect size. I picked them up today and they were so sleepy and calm! When we got home I brought out their food and water and they barely touched it, so I know the workers were feeding them very well! It sounds like they got a lot of pets and love and I am very happy with my experience with Kenl Inn and all the staff I spoke with.

Went on vacation and couldn’t take our dog with us. Kenl inn took very good care of our Kali. We knew she would be in good hands, as this place came highly recommended from our Vet Yankee Hill Veterinary Hospital.

My 4 month old rescue pit bull puppy Yasmine and I started puppy classes In August, I have really enjoyed learning with her. All the staff are so wonderful, patient and kind! I recently enrolled her in daycare drills and have really enjoyed the extra help training her. She loves coming to Kenel Inn and I feel comfortable and confident with the staff and facilities. I look forward to learning along with my puppy. 🐾💖

We just moved back to Lincoln after being gone for 11yrs and we needed a daycare for our 6 month old fur baby. We have been very pleased with them and Rowan has been having lots of fun. When we turn down street that heads to Kenl Inn Rowan sits up in car and gets excited, I think he honestly knows when we turn on that street that is where we are going. He is very high energy and with going to doggy daycare it has helped burn that extra Puppy energy he has. Will definitely recommend and look forward to participating in some of their training classes soon. We also took our puppy to the dog park where it was really muddy and the next morning when we dropped him off for daycare they were able to get him for a grooming before we picked him up. He was very soft and smelled much better, highly recommend their groomer as well.

A superb locale for boarding your beloved pets! The staff is extraordinarily accommodating, and you can usually discern when employees at a business enjoy their job. I must say, of all the pet boarding facilities we have visited, the staff here not only seem content in their roles but are also eager to assist with any inquiries. They appear to harbor a genuine love for working with pets. I've never felt as welcomed by any other facility as I did here. Kudos to Kennel Inn for gaining a lifetime customer.

Did a field rent on a Sunday since most the time they don't really do daycare in the upstairs yard. Witch is what we needed for our dog reactive guy. It was worth the $7.39 for an hour of Letting him run around off leash and get his built up energy out.

Kennel Cough Inn:My husband and I have used Kenl Inn's boarding services twice, and both times our dog has come home with kennel cough. The first time we blamed ourselves, as our dog was vaccinated but nearing the time that his booster was due, so we gave them a second chance. They will not be getting a third. This time, he had his booster shot a month prior to checking in and still got sick. It is also worth noting that we did not allow him to have any contact with other dogs during either of his stays, and that did not seem to make any difference. If you board with them, be prepared to have some pricey vet visits (and a miserable pet) after your pet's stay.

Kenl Inn have been extremely accommodating as family illness has required us to leave town with notice. They bathed Jersey for me when she was there for daycare.. she looked and smelled great when we picked her up.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Our dogs have loved staying with them for years, and have never had any issues with their care. They offer fun theme parties and other great activities, so our dogs are never bored during their stay!

Worst experience I give this place zero stars! I normally don't write reviews but this needed to be heard. My family members recently took 3 animals to this place to look after them while they went on vacation for about a week. The animals they brought in was 1 cat and 2 dogs. When we arrived to pick up the animals after our vacation the cat was very lethargic and was mouth breathing severely to the point she had to be rushed to a emergency vet. Come to find out she has a respiratory infection, she still is not getting any fluids down and they had to pay $300 out of pocket for what this company could have avoided. To add to the worst experience both dogs are also sick with kennel caugh.Keep in mind they were all healthy before checking in to the kennel inn and the owners of the pets called everyday to check on their animal's but yet the company workers never said anything!Please take this reviews seriously if you care about your pets and DONT TAKE THEM HERE. This is supposed to be a place you can trust to give strangers your animal's that you love and care for but unfortunately this was not the experience we had. To add to this mess the management will not help pay for anything even tho they are the one's that caused the issues.

We are from out of town and needed a place to board our two dogs while we hosted our wedding over the weekend. We dropped off our dogs midday on Friday with the intent to pick them up at a similar time on Sunday. The facilities themselves look awesome! There's big outdoor spaces and the indoor rooms look very clean and nice as well. The staff is quite friendly and our dogs came back happy.We were asked when we were planning to pick up on Sunday and said 4 pm. I'll absolutely say that we were busy this weekend and did not look at the office hours since we had so much going on and that's on us, however, rather than letting us know they are closed at that time on Sunday, the front desk staff just said "that time should be fine". It was a bit frustrating to then show up at the time we had mentioned, 4 pm, and have to come back later because they're actually closed. In addition, we asked for play to be included for our dogs and and we were then charged for a full day of play on Saturday + 2hrs of play on Friday and Sunday, which was more than we intended. Our total bill for 2 dogs for 2 days of boarding and playtime was over $350 which I do not feel is a good value.
