Don’t buy from this store. They’ll lie to you about what you’re actually buying and cheat you out of the money you spent. A year ago I bought a gold chain I was told was solid and that I was getting a good deal on as it was on a big sale only to learn that I was really sold a hollow chain and didn’t know the wiser because why would I need to double check to make sure when it’s from a well known brand right? But when I went to go resell it just last weekend I was told it wasn’t actually solid and it’s hollow or plated because it magnetized. And now no one wants to buy it anymore for that reason so I’m out over $500. And since it’s past any return or exchange date the district manager heather said they won’t do anything for me because it’s “store policy” and I have to remember that they are a “business” but store policy shouldn’t cover fraud and that’s one hell of a business model. I also have a recording of one of their new managers admitting the man who sold me it was fired and replaced because he would skew information to customers to pretty much make sales. Just go across to literally any other jeweler in the mall because this one isn’t worth the headache.

I purchased a pendant on a stock chain, not realizing it was a cheap piece of material. I have had it serviced twice for the chain being broken. Thank goodness I bought the warranty or I would’ve paid well over the value of my original purchase. On another occasion I was told by a salesperson I have large earlobes to wear diamond studs. I felt it was rude and she was only trying to make a sale. She showed me two options and I was not happy with either, especially being told I could carry a larger stud because of my large lobes. Will not purchase anything from this store in the future.

So I brought my engagement ring in a few weeks ago because I was missing my center stone for over a year now, unfortunately I did not get a warranty nor did I bring my ring in for a checkup every six months which meant that I would have to have my ring sent in for an estimation to see how much it would cost me to replace. Come April 17th, I called to see what the price would be to get it fixed. They had the store manager, Alex, call me back to tell me that not only was I gonna get my ring back in a few days but THEY FIXED MY RING AT NO COST TO ME! My wedding anniversary is this week, this was the perfect gift, THANK YOU ALEX AND THANK YOU TO EVERYONE ELSE WHO TOOK CARE OF ME AND MY BEAUTIFUL RING!!! this ring is incredibly sentimental and important to me and you guys not only went above and beyond but you took care of a hefty issue in my life, so THANK YOU EVERYBODY!! I highly, highly recommend Kay's, if you do go, get a warranty, get your 6 month checks and they will take the best care of you, even if you might have slacked on those two things!! I'll be back in 6 months, you are all amazing once again, thank you❤️I will never forget this gift.

My thirty year anniversary ring. It took until year 32 due to not meeting the perfect ring. Devon introduced me to MY perfect ring. She really took the time to get to know my likes and dislikes! She helped me from beginning to end and kept me updated on the status of my ring. She provided all the information on a protection plan and reassured me that she would track (and provide reminders) when it was time for maintenance/checks/cleanings.I'll have Kay Jewelers at the top of my list the next time I am shopping for jewelry...Christmas from Kay, with Devon as my guide!

I was in need of a very specific ring on a very short notice in order to make the proposal as special as possible for my fiancée.I called all over, sending photos of the ring I was looking for, and Devon at Kay Jewelers delivered THE perfect match, even providing wedding band suggestions that elevated the ring to the next level!She worked around my schedule and I was able to get the ring within a day of calling. She also provided advice for what to do if the ring was too big (since we couldn’t resize it on the schedule we were working on).All in all, the entire team at Kay did a fantastic job and I will forever be grateful that they helped make this special moment happen!
