I’ve been taking these two goofballs to Dr. Jacobson for a little over a year.Just the standard annual visits until Brave got very sick all of a sudden. Puking blood and also blood coming from his rear.Our family was very scared but Dr. Jacobson kept him for a few hours with IV and meds.Really appreciate their staff taking such good care of him and getting him back to normal!!

I'm sure Dr. J + staff are great vets, but with my (limited) past experience going elsewhere had set a much higher standard. Sure, no one likes getting bit or scratched by cats, but Dr. J gave up instantly. I brought my cat in for a potential emergency. He is very anxious, so after a hiss and a swat, we decided to come back the next morning after two doses of gabapentin to relax him. New day, I wake up early to give him meds and skip class to take him in. The complete unwillingness to even try *listening to his heartbeat* after my cat showed a little bit of stress was disheartening. After giving up on examination, we discussed potential causes, during which I was repeatedly talked over and talked down to with condescension. It seemed like my concerns were misguided according to the medical professional, so at the least I saved some money for not pursuing blood work that day. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love this clinic as well as Dr. J and his staff. From the very first time walking into their doors back in 2013 with my daughter's dog nothing but compassion and kindness from everyone and Dr. J explaining everything in a way that we could understand. To most currently moving back with my puppy and daughters dog it was like we never left. Very professional and kindness from Dr. J and his staff again explaining and answering questions in a way we understand. Would highly recommend this place for your 4 legged babies❤️

I had to make the heartbreaking decision to have my dog euthanized. Dr. Jacobson was extremely honest and realistic about the situation I was faced with. He in no way encouraged nor discouraged any of my options. When it was time to part ways with my best friend, I was able to put my arms around her and tell her how very much I love her and to say “hello” to some people and pets on the other side. Dr. Jacobson was perfect. He let us have our long goodbye and it seemed like it was just my dog and I in that moment in time. He told me exactly what to expect and told me at exactly the right moment to tell her “goodbye”. It was heartbreaking but Dr. Jacobson was exactly what we needed and I’ll never go to another vet or recommend any others. Dr. Jacobson is the most wonderful human and I’m proud he cares for my furry family members. There isn’t a better Veterinarian anywhere. His staff are absolutely wonderful as well.

The vet tech was very caring and gentle with Max our cat. After blood was drawn, Dr. Jacobson came in to check him over and see if we have any questions. We are very pleased with Jacobson Vet Clinic.

We started coming to Jacobson's to have our dog groomed by Dawn. Dawn is the absolute best groomer. I got to know the staff just from dropping off and picking up my dog from Dawn, so when we got a new puppy just over year ago I decided to have veterinary care done at Jacobson's. I am very happy with everything they have done over the past year. When I had a question about the grain-free diet fad they were quick and helpful with all of my questions. The care they have provided has been very personal and high quality. The staff has helped with a lot of little things...like how to remove tight, twisted, curly hair from the ears. Trish even recommended a great dog trainer to get us through puppy kindergarten and canine good citizen. Dr. Jacobson and his staff have been really great to work with for the past year. We are happy here.

Jacobson Veterinary Clinic was recommended by a close friend. I recently adopted a new cat and was needing to have the cat checked out due to some health issues. I took my cat there not knowing what to expect. My experience at the clinic was nothing short of fantastic! Dr. J and his staff were very professional, polite and caring. The treatment my cat received was excellent. The facility was clean and professional appearing. I like the fact that it is a small business and does not have a lot of animals in the waiting area, barking and raising a lot of commotion. It is nice and quiet there, which makes my animals feel more at ease. Would highly recommend Jacobson Veterinary Clinic. Dr. J and his staff are top notch.

Have gone to Jacobson for years now. As a kid with my parents and now as an adult with 3 dogs of my own! They are always quick, courteous, and able to answer any questions that I have! When one of our dogs was injured by a car I called around closing time and they were willing to stay open for us to fix her up. I will always be thankful for that!

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. In my 42 years of life there have been a handful of people who emanate kindness, compassion, caring, and patient. You can sense it in his voice. Words can not even do justice to how amazing this man is. I have a puppy who has been sick for quite some time, as a new puppy mom / nurse I can be overwhelming. Not once did I feel anything but compassion from Dr. Jacobson and his staff, they have all been so wonderful. I can tell everyone who works there loves animals and wants nothing but the best for them.

I don't recommend this clinic at all. They had messed up my scheduling and then couldn't accommodate me for a another appointment until a week later. Another thing, every time I call them, I get hung up on and they were just rude, everyone was rude and unhelpful. They told me to do the research what dosage of medication my dog needed instead of asking a doctor or someone else. Frankly, they can't be trusted because I took my dog in for a check-up and I am pretty sure that nothing happened because it was a first check-up to get to know the vet but they didn't diagnose conditions and he died. And they were expensive for how this turned out.

Dr. Jacobson has been our primary care veterinarian for the last 3 years. We are so grateful to have someone who not only has high quality service, but who cares deeply for our pet. There were even times where Dr. Jacobson could not help us but went above and beyond to seek out referrals that were imperative to our pets survival. In addition, the staff at the front desk always make us feel special and they have bonded with our cat which makes our experience positive each and every time we are in. We love this clinic and would recommend!
