Horrible experience!! A pharmacy should show the tiniest interest in making sure they actually did or didn’t fill prescribed medication. A pharmacy should also check the names on the medications they hand out, as we have received wrong medication in the past from them. Instead, I was dismissed by a snippy technician who acted as though a mistake could never be on Hyvee’s end. I have put up with long wait times, errors, and out of stock medications in the past gracefully. However, I should not have to invest the amount of time I have had to invest in picking up a simple anti nausea medication for my post op child. I will be transferring all medications for myself and family.

Location is understaffed to the point where they don’t contact customer’s when there are issues with prescriptions and insurance.When asked why they didn’t reach out when there was an issue, I was told “If we had to call people when we couldn’t fill their prescriptions filled we wouldn’t get anything done.”If you expect a pharmacy to actually fill your medication, look elsewhere. I’ll be transferring prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Never had good service at this pharmacy. No one answers when you call, they don’t notify you that your subscription is ready, you can wait 40 minutes in line and then not get helped for 5 more minutes when you’re up. Needs some serious attention.

I almost always give them 48 hours or more to fill a prescription, and somehow, when I get there, they just start filling it or are out of the medicationThe experience is made even worse by the long lines that are ever present near the pharmacy

Kind hardworking staff. Sometimes I can walk right up to the counter. Usually at least a 30 minute wait to get to the counter. Had to wait in line 3 separate times on one trip. Was waiting at least an hour.

Pro: Cheap MedicationsFriendly StaffCons: long waits in line if it’s busyMy wife and I shops here often and I get my medications here for cheap. I think they closed the drive through because it was a hazard when cars lined up. So you have to walk inside and wait. The staff are friendly no matter how busy. They usually have one or two registers open, 3 open would possibly help on busy days but it’s a small space back there.

So many times I show up and told it'll be 15 minutes. Then show back up in 20 minutes to be told it'll be 15 minutes. Can't use them anymore

Fast, friendly and helpful. I make monthly trips ( at their suggestion we have bundled pickup times) and really appreciate their offers to answer questions or suggest other efficiencies.They always ask if there is any other health-related way they can help.Can't beat that kind of service at your pharmacy.
