HY-VEE is a good store. Although I have never been to one. I was quite impressed by the selection of different items. Although somethings maybe a little pricey for those on a tight budget (with a little room to spare) like a lot of us are. If your willing to spend a little extra. You can't beat the freshness of meats or any produce and fruits. To be Honest with you all. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly and try their best to help you find what your looking for. They bag your groceries at the checkout and even put them in a cart for you. They even have the self checkout lanes. They have plenty of parking and quite a few Handicap parking places. I was surprised that they even have a Starbucks service with actual real people to help you. Like I was saying if you want to splurge a little and get great quality food. You can't go wrong with checking this Store out.

You always find what you're looking for. Sweet staff, there's this lady that always helps the people on the self checkout she communicates with them and myself. She's super sweet give her and the other staff a raise.

This store is generally pretty busy. When they have a good sale the item is often out of stock. Overall the staff is very friendly and helpful. The produce section is a little smaller than other Hy-Vee s in Lincoln.

Love coming here for quick stops, always able to find what I need quickly and efficiently... Except on holidays it's absolutely horrid here. The staff are always friendly and even the aisles folks will stop to help you find something as needed. Would recommend this to the budget grocery shopper for sure!Random photos attached of random products in my camera roll.Edit: 12/5/21 Bit of bagging issues lately, like um the employees not knowing how to bag at all but definitely use it as snapchat time it seems. BEHOLD this epic bagging job!

I am definitely not pleased with the celebration cake I asked hyvee to make for my sister 1 birthday in heaven. March 2024. It was so plain and simple I definitely will not return or recommend your bakery to anyone.

This is a good clean store with a lot of variety. One thing that keeps it from 5 stars is the high price sticker shock. Another is the self checkout. Every time I’ve used them in the last few days, I had to wait for someone to come verify that a too small item was indeed accounted for (even though I hit skip bagging). The employees seem to ignore the self checkout.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this grocery store. The store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce and groceries. The staff is friendly and helpful, making my shopping trip a breeze. They have a great selection of products, and the prices are competitive. Plus, I appreciate the convenience of their online ordering and delivery service. Overall, it's a top-notch grocery store that I highly recommend for all your shopping needs!

I don't know what it is about the pharmacy staff here... do they get beaten? Are they grossly underpaid? I have never everr had a positive interaction with the staff. They make you feel like you're bothering them when you have the audacity to try and get a prescription filled.

They have absolutely everything you need. I love going to Hy-Vee for something different. I went today to find the small cocktail size loaves of rye bread, that nobody else had, and they had it.

Best health market in town, HyVee offers many food allergy friendly items - and prices are tolerable considering the expensive organic competitor's.Allergies: Fructose sugars, sucralose, aspartame, and sugar (sugar free doesn't actually mean sugar free)In low doses I can tolerate cane sugar or Stevia. 🚫🍎 🍉🍇🍅🥐 🍫🍨

Horrible service at customer service!First only one person working there, while 5 other employees are just standing around doing nothing.Then I had been waiting there for over 5 minutes and some guy goes over to the post office part, trying to cut in line. The employee saw I had been waiting there way before the other guy came over, but yet he still went over to help him first.Horrible service! I just left, I'll spend my money somewhere else!

Pleasantly surprised! Far best grocery store cafe I've been to. Amazing food, great service and clean. Even has a little bar. 👍

Had a great breakfast Saturday morning, even better it was on sale!!Couldn’t locate pomegranates asked and they were on the cart just not put out yet. Very helpful! They are always willing which is great.

I give my business to the store. There are other options. The cashier and bagger were rude in that not even a simple acknowledgement given, no hello, did not ask if have questions or found everything, blank stares, turned back on us, body language was a big F-you, etc. Do you train employees in common courtesy?

The cart boy stole my phone and said he turned it into customer service but couldn't tell us who he gave the phone to when "turned in" then when I asked for him to be searched he wanted to question why I was wanted him searched and the manager then suggested that I call the non emergency police number and see what they could do about it cause as it was put by him " I just don't know where it went and the girl the cart boy had given the phone to head already left but I could have management call you if it's found" like what kind of management does that and allows employees to steal from customers just shrugging it off like it's not big deal. Still almost three weeks later no phone has turned up. Doesn't surprise me the phone didn't show up but it surprises me how the management runs the store. I'll never go back there!!!!

I'm impressed with the customer service. The folks who work there are so friendly and helpful. II live in Okc. Love the Hy-vee in Lincoln Nebraska. I'll visit there again.

This is a good Hy-Vee, but I think it is the worst organized in Lincoln. I always have a hard time finding stuff with their split aisles

I like shopping at Hy Vee with their wide selection on 108 and Fort in Omaha. Breakfast at their deli is wonderful.

I posted my sentiments on our local Hyvee store here in Lincoln on my one of my social media accounts though I ment to post it here as well but got busy with life. Anyhow I have an update to announce. We just did our shopping their, & were quite surprised. No nasty smells. So much better, & no longer repelling. Much improved. 👏👏👏 Great job on improving Hyvee!!!

I stopped in to buy some crab crackers. There's a manager that's a male, he started 5 days ago. He stopped what he was doing, and took me to the area where the utensils were. There was no price on the utensils. He told me to take the utensil up to the front, and let the cashier know his name, and that the price would be $9.99. That is good customer service right there!

I love this location because of the upgrade. Has a very clean feel to it. The placement of goods in the aisles are a bit confusing though. Took literally 10 minutes to find a bag of dried beans. I like how they got a dedicated gluten free and organic aisle. Anyhow I love the sushi from here as they make them fresh daily. You can even watch them make it if you have time.
