Tried to exchange a 6 pack of beer for the same price just one was light and one bark. Had to fight with 2 different managers. And finally got a nice manager to do the exchange.. what a mess. Never again managers are not helpful at all.

This Hy-Vee store will always be special to me because it was the first Hy-Vee I ever visited. It opened not long after I moved to Lincoln in Aug of 1998. I was working across 70th Street at the then Amoco gas station. I remember the grand opening, and I was surprised by how big the store was.When I was working part time at NETV from 2002-2006, I sometimes went to this store for lunch with my coworker, Lamoine Cacek. We both loved the dining area. They had a god selection of food for lunch and a great salad bar.Today, the store looks pretty much the way I remember it years ago. Even though it's not the closest Hy-Vee store, I'll still visit this location because I love the store and the memories of better times. I love their section of Japanese beverages and snacks. The reason I Hy-Vee 4 start instead of 5 is I still wish they were open 24/7, and I hope they will eventually bring back the salad bar.

Only place I can get health foods and afford it! They actually carry several brands that are organic and fructose allergy-friendly.HyVee is literally the only place I grocery shop, fuel points are a great perk - but can their be more for us food allergy peeps?? Thanks for considering this, and the selections.Please, please keep the "So Delicious" brand in stock!

The store was busy! It was only 2pm on a Tuesday. They were stocking the shelves which didn't leave much room for people to pass by, but the employees were very polite and got out of the way and still had a smile on their face and said hello!

I don't like Hy-Vee. They are to expensive for me. I have a friend who shops at Hy-Vee and when they have some good coupons he will get the items for me.

I just love this Hy-Vee! It is always spotless and the staff so friendly. And many may not know but I did a price comparison last week on items I buy and Hy-Vee beat the competition's price on everything except 1 item. Thanks guys!

We are extremely satisfied with every experience we've had here. The staff is courteous and extremely helpful. We get all of our groceries here. The pharmacy is great also!I have special dietary needs and if I can't make it to my other stores and need to quickly grab something I need, it's there.It's clean and welcoming.

Only place in town that I know of that has to scan your I.D to purchase alcohol. You don't need to scan my ID every single time. You just need to hire people that know how to read a birth date. Why scan?

It is time we customers stop using the self check outs AND sack our own groceries. I might as well shop at the lower priced stores if I have to do it all myself. I was so busy clearing the automatic counter at the checkout, so as not to crush anything, that I almost forgot to pay. Frustrating

By far the nicest grocery stores in town. They can be a little pricey at times but they also have terrific sales. Highest quality meats, and definitely the best Deli in town.

I wanted to get 4 helium balloons and I waited for 30 mins for the person who does that. It is ridiculous that only one person is trained to to do such an easy job. Terrible costumer service.

We absolutely loved the flower arrangements that Laura put together for my daughters wedding on 10.3.2020. She was knowledgeable and patient in helping us decide the perfect arrangements. My daughter decided last minute to add a toss bouquet and another boutonniere which Laura was very accommodating. It is 4 days later and they still look fresh and beautiful.

I like HyVee stores and have used multiple ones. This store is way too crowded and not necessarily with people. The aisles are too close together. Very difficult to move around this store. There is some gigantic display of soda on the north side just inside the entrance that makes it hard to move around and is an eye sore. Never enough checkers or open self checkouts. The Pharmacy does a good job!

Usually the employees at the checkout are very friendly and courteous but this time the one running the register only cared about making on the female he was working with as he never asked me did you find everything, how are you, absolutely nothing he never acknowledged me. But instead continued to carry on a conversation with the sacker and she never spoke to me at all!

Always great staff, produce, and selection, but recently placed an order with Target when ordering some non-grocery items, and added some grocies to the cart. After comparing, Hy-Vee is consistently about 20-30% higher priced for the same exact products. Not sure if their overhead is higher or something, but that in addition to it being almost impossible to get fuel saver points lately, might be time for a switch. I try to help the local Midwest companies out, but also don't want to be gouged while doing so. Ouch!

I enjoy the slower pace and smaller layout of this location on 70th and Pioneers when I just don’t want the headache of the crowds or I want a peaceful better shopping experience. It may have a smaller selection bc of the store size but their deli/bakery dept and their amazing wine/spirits dept at this store are far better than that of the other locations due to the amazing staff and the great selection of products offered here and not other places. My favorite one to shop at in Lincoln.

I mainly use hyvee Williamsburg for the pharmacy. They are so nice and helpful. Lazy me likes the drive thru option too. It’s usually fairly busy, but they are efficient. I have a couple of meds that need pre-auth, and I get a lot of help without feeling like a burden. Highly recommend.

I have always loved this HyVee, but what I love most about it is the pharmacy. Shawn, Tina, Brent and the rest of the pharmacy staff have a ton on their hands during this pandemic, but are still just as friendly and helpful as they always have been. I fill a lot of routine medications and have had to rely on HyVee pharmacy at 70th and Stacy Lane for some difficult situations over the last 12+ years, and they have always gone above and beyond to accommodate me. I can honestly say that even if I move to Hickman or Omaha or York or another close by town, I would still pick up my prescriptions a couple times a week from HyVee Pharmacy at 70th and Stacy Lane, as they set the bar high enough that I would not be satisfied anywhere else.

I haven’t gone in to this Hy-Vee in a long time. Went in there today and again I get charge more than what the price says that it’s displayed in the produce aisle this time. And if I could give it a negative rating, I would. Watermelon is $6.99, you have it on sale for $5.99, rings up for $6.99 as usual. Sat there and waited for one of your employees to go and find the price and he came back three minutes later and couldn’t find it. I had to then walk your employee over to where your sale was just approved that he needed to correct the sale. This place is worthless. The most horrible service in so many ways. Going to first start with how they offer paper sacks for bagging groceries, but every single time you ask for paper, they act like it’s the biggest pain in the world to bag your groceries with paper sacks. I even had somebody ask me why not plastic?! Seriously? Every single time I have made a trip, they are out about half of the things I’m looking for. Moving onto the pharmacy I just left. There’s always a line they can’t handle, so busy and takes forever. Came in there to grab a prescription that has been ready for two days and they now tell me that it is expired and now I have to consult with my doctor just to get the prescription filled. This is the second time that they have messed this one prescription pick up in one week. Talk about worthless, anyone would agree.
