Hy-Vee has large keurig cup coffee options, a large butcher with variery of meats, good breads, and small coffee shop and restaurants in it. I suggest shopping here for regular household needs.

Clean store, decent beer selection, but the selection on a lot of items is weirdly small compared to other locations. Meat section, frozen section and unique cheese selection are all pretty limited. They seem to carry lots of brands but not many options from them. Hard to find anything but the basic items from most brands

They tend to have good sales. You just have to see TV ads or flyers. Be sure to get a loyalty card since most of the sale prices require it. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful.

Great selection of foods, excellent meat department with everything you want, right down to the live lobsters. Prices seem to be average to high. I will definitely shop here more often. There are actual checkers at the registers so you don't have to do the self checkout if you don't like it.

I walked in and was immediately greeted with the mouthwatering aroma of fresh bread, coffee, and flowers. I took a quick stroll around and couldn't help but notice how near and tidy everything was. The cleanliness simply stood out. Not only did it look good, the organization was nothing short of sublime. Everything was right where it needed to be, and nothing was out of place. I also can't go without mentioning the immensely kind, helpful, and willing employees that take time out of their day to come provide an amazing shopping experience waiting for each and every customer that has the privilege to walk in those doors. Whether it's the eagerly diligent employees, the masterfully stocked shelves, or the handcrafted food, there is indeed, a helpful smile in every aisle at Hy-Vee.

No more $5 tips! Properly Educate your Aisles Online customers. Instacart Shoppers are not paid by the hour and rely HEAVILY on customer tips. Dashers are RARELY (if at all) picking up an order that has already been shopped and bagged by a store employee. A LOT more work goes into the process, Shoppers would like the opportunity to be compensated fairly so in conclusion ... Educate your customers and fix the tipping method to a percentage of the order total. I am not about to accept an order that has 60 units on it ($150 total) for a measly $5 tip.

I usually enjoy Hy-Vee grocery stores, I haven't been to one in a while. When I went in today it was so hard to find anything I was looking for, and they didn't even carry certain variations of for example Reese's they did not carry the Reese's outrageous nor did they carry the Reese's pickups with pieces inside of them. It took me a good 20 minutes to find the candy aisle just to be disappointed about not carrying every variation of certain products. All of that I could handle, but the price hikes are outrageous. I do understand the more you spend the more you get in fuel savings. I however do not own a vehicle so that price hike I have to eat the difference. I can go to another store like super saver which I absolutely love, and get the same items for sometimes two three or $5 cheaper.

I stopped in your store to get a lunch carry out. Got the (new to me) shrimp in a red sauce on my lo mein it was outstanding, yes it was extra for the shrimp but very will worth it!! I'll be back for more 🤗 the young man who served me did a 👍 good job! Thank-you Hy-Vee.

My favorite spot for homemade cinnamon rolls 😀🥐 from their bakery. Delicious 😋 Well displayed, "scrumptious" produce🍓🍊🥦 🥑 department department. Excellent customer🧑‍🤝‍🧑 service, fast efficient (manned) checkout lanes, little or no delay. Overall great experience.

All Hy-Vee grocery stores are the same - very good and laid out in similar fashion.The only exception is the floral arrangements at this location is terrible. My wife always gets weekly flowers from the Stacey Lane location but today was closer to O Street and when she went to put them in the vase the leaves and petals were wilted and falling off and had mold on the stems of both bouquets that were purchased.They need to do a better job at keeping fresh flowers in stock and rotated.

This Hy-Vee is always very busy. The aisles are properly labeled so it's easy to navigate but the store isn't set up conveniently. The variety of produce is nice but seems over shopped. Definitely not my favorite Hy-Vee in town but the staff is always friendly.

Check your Perks card and your receipts!! I thought I was getting perks rewards until afterwards they told me that I have an old perks card, which aren't working anymore. The cashier couldn't help me and had to go to customer service to inquire why I wasn't getting the posted discounts and was told I needed to update my card. I imagine a lot of people are thinking they're getting discounts when they really aren't. Hy-Vee isn't going out of their way to tell you that your card isn't valid anymore.

Not a fan of entering the store and seeing armed security guards pacing around the doors and self check areas. This does not make me feel more safe and secure. If anything it makes me feel less safe. I can do the bulk of my shopping at stores that hire additional cashiers instead of hiring rent-a-cops carrying Glock 19 pistols.

“Butcher block” 80/20 ground beef. I made patties out of it, and at least every other bite there is a hard ligament/bony chewy piece.. not something I expect to have to deal with while eating a hamburger. Will never be getting meat from here ever again, learn what goes in the grinder and what doesn’t.. also most of the time I tried to get ground beef from here it was expired the next morning in my fridge.

It's incredibly annoying that the last 3-4 times I've tried to shop here, I have had to leave and go to a different grocery store because the produce section is an absolute mess. Nothing is ever in stock.

9 out of 10 times when I shop at this location, I have to go somewhere else for produce, becuase it's so awful. I should have taken a picture of the produce that was available today. Complete spoiled lettuce, brown cilantro, and mushy root vegetables, overall not a good location for produce.

I want to start by saying the 2 associates that helped me did a great job. The issue I faced was out of their control.I went to buy a microwave and they didn't have any employees in the appliance department. So the front door guy helped me with my questions. I went to purchase the microwave and they were not able to find it.Which is a store problem, not the individuals helping me. They did what they could.

Far and above any other grocery store around for friendly service, quality produce, smiles, cleanliness, and concern for customer satisfaction!! Meat department staff is awesome (they know what they are doing back there)!! As for the entire store, If you don't see it, just ask, if they don't have it, they will do everything they can to get it for you. I don't do my grocery shopping any place else, never will!!Also... their gas station is awesome too!!! Fuel saver is the way to go!!

Love this place, has great quick deals that are dollars in the centers cheaper than other places that you actually wouldn't Believe. Things that you sometimes take for granted, or I do I mean. It's my go to spot for last second food items.

My husband and I always shop at this HyVee for our groceries and it's usually a great experience. During our last shopping trip, Saturday morning, the Manager who checked us out refused to sell us Bourbon infused Cherries (we were not trying to buy any other alcohol/wine/beer - only the jar of cherries). My husband presented his ID (he is 28) but she told him that he couldn't purchase the cherries because I was with him and didn't have my wallet (I'm 28 and visibly not under 21). We luckily returned to the store in time to get the second to last jar of cherries. I read the company's terms of sale and the State’s laws. From what I have read, this doesn't appear to be against any policies. I also don't understand how this policy would apply to selling beer/wine/spirits to a parent that has kids with them who are under 21. The person who was called over to help us, a manager we’ve never seen before, was clearly having a bad day and was acting out of irritation. If this really is a part of the company’s policy then I can understand. It would’ve helped if she could’ve explained the policy but she was rude, short, and ultimately wasted our time.
