Horrible setup for pharmacy drive thru and pick up orders for aisles online. If more than 2 cars are in the pickup lane, you cannot drive into the pharmacy lane. And if you are not the first car in the pickup lane, you have to wait until the first car is loaded and leaves before you can go.

I love Hy-Vee. It's a tad pricier than some if the larger stores. But the produce and meat seems to be better quality. Sales are competitive and staff is very friendly.

What once was my favorite grocery store continues to go downhill. Management or executives cannot seem to decide what to do with this particular location and continue to rearrange the store and add sections that I personally find unnecessary and distracting. The worst change in my opinion is the store in effect added a 4 aisle candy section, with a giant gumball machine. I will never take my children shopping with me there again for that very reason. They continue to change their stock, and their prices seem artificially inflated. The store is very well stocked so I don't think there are supply chain issues that are causing their price increases. Further, so much of the staff has no idea where items are because the store has changed so much. On my last visit I asked three people where to find an item that was one of their perks plus deals, and the best answer I got was, "I think you'll have to ask a manager."

HYVEE has a great variety. I am generally happy to go there, but their pricing is higher than many stores. Their self checkouts need more table room to stack groceries.

I love the self check outs! It is one of the best features that have been added to the stores! They have helpful staff that are there just in case you have a problem. It helps so you can get in and out quickly.

This Hy-Vee on 84th and Holdrege is by far the best Hy-Vee in town! Great dip and prepared meal section, great food court, and the rest of the store is always well stocked.

HyVee is a really nice store with a great selection of items. They are a bit higher than Walmart, but not by a whole lot. Using the HyVee Perks app is definitely worth it as you can actually get things cheaper there than at Walmart. Also, their pharmacy is A+.

I love this hy-vee it always very nice and helpful and this store always has my brand of coffee when other hy-vees don't this store is very easy to get in and out parking is always open and right up front, I also have been loving the new sale book that they send you in the mail for 2018

I go to this Hyvee every week, it’s lovely! Everyone is so nice and kind. However, I had a absolutely terrible experience with an employee working at the USPS counter. I walked up with a package, and she asks, “Do you have a package for me to ship out?” I say, “Oh, no this is for UPS but I was wondering if I could borrow some tape for the shipping label” She takes a look at my package and goes, “That’s UPS we don’t take UPS” “I know, I was just wondering if I can borrow some tape for the shipping label” “No but I need you to understand I can’t take that package” “No I know, I just wanted to borrow tape.” She walks over and pretty much tosses the tape on the counter in front of me and walks over to answer the phone while glaring at me. She glared at me on our way out too, overall terrible experience with her and she may need to be put somewhere else less “customer experience” this was Tuesday, Sept 28th at like 1:00.

I went to hy-vee and saw a deal for their clothes since they were discontinuing. To me I thought there was an additional 10% off. The clothes were still marked at $21 and I asked for help. The person helping me I thought was confused with what I was asking so I asked to talk to a manager. I was going to get four items and two she had to manually fix but the others she said were correct. When talking with the manager she said she if she really wants the two dollars off she can. I then saw her eyes roll and she wouldn’t give me the time of the day. I am sorry but I had a question and thought hyvee employees were suppose to be helpful. I was very disappointed and felt that they were getting upset at me for no reason. I then told them I wanted nothing an felt that was rude and left. To me this isn’t okay from a manager.

My pickup order was missing 14 items. No one communicated this to me until I had been sitting for 15 minutes with my trunk open waiting. The person who talked to me was unprofessional and rude. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my groceries. I called the manager and got no where. I'm done with this location. I will not use or recommend online grocery pickup from here. If my food has spoiled I will be filing a complaint with the health department.

We like to shop at the store because of the location and the selection… What we don’t like about this store is the fact that none of the cashiers we’ve encountered understand the concept of splitting the bill between two credit cards… The other hyvee knows how to do it, Russes market knows how to do it, super saver, knows how to do it… Hy-Vee on North 84th tells me I can split the bill and says they know how to split the bill… But each time we walk out with the entire amount of the bill placed on my credit card… May I suggest some cashier training please

They are very clean. The pharmacy filled my prescriptions correctly. I like that they have a bank inside. The employees were polite. Some prices were higher than expected but did find a couple of things I couldn't find anywhere else. I will visit them again as I didn't go around the whole store.

…so I could tell you a million stories about the amazing customer service that I have received at HyVee (I have shopped the chain all over Nebraska and Iowa) (But our family refers to the store on 84th and Holdridge in Lincoln as “my Hyvee”) more then once the staff has simply been abundantly kind (and of course the products, produce, etc is great…). Three days ago I dropped my pie recipe cards somewhere in the store or parking lot…the recipe cards are nothing special really and the recipes are ones I hold in my head nearly by memory, so all hope was not lost when I lost the cards…still they have been with me for nearly 35 years. They hold memories of pie baking with grandma and since I copied them at her table they hold her voice that gave me the “secret grandma tips” that can only be passed down when cooking side by side. Whoever found them could have easily just thrown them away, but they didn’t. Instead they tucked them up beside the service counter and three days later when I noticed they were lost and retraced my steps back to HyVee the staff member behind the counter smiled at me when I asked if by chance anyone had found recipe cards that appeared to be on the verge of falling apart…”I think I saw them,” she said, “sitting right over here.” Only a store that understands the joy of cooking and the love shared when cooking together would understand and save my silly lost recipe cards, what a gift my HyVee store is!!!!

Just wanted to let you know how appreciative we are to have had amazing service from Dylan F. and Landon T. Tonight (Friday 7/21/23). My boyfriend and I had a fully loaded cart of groceries. They checked us out and bagged our items so nicely, none of my veggies, fruit, bread, or eggs got smashed this time. Dylan even went and got a second cart to make sure nothing got smashed. Nobody has ever gotten us a second cart. Landon even triple bagged our coffee, making it so much easier to carry in our house without bags ripping. They deserve to be recognized because you just don’t find service like that these days! Very grateful to have had them assist us!Thank you,Keesha & Nate

Fruit, meat, bakery and deli all looked really good. I've never really shopped at Hy-Vee much, but I think I've been missing out. Everything looked so fresh. Thick slices of fresh cut meat. You can even get deli sliced lunch meat. Prices are a bit expensive, but everywhere seems to be.
