I went in to buy fabric and the man who cut it for me was wonderful but when I went to the check out I received awful service. The cashier didn't acknowledge me when I greeted her and made no effort to look me in the eyes, instead she yelled something across the store at a coworker then glared at my friend who wasn't even there to buy anything

I can't even express how much I love this store! They always have the best sales and the best holiday decor! I get so excited when I get to decorate. I come to Hobby lobby and I shop. It is so relaxing and inviting and the sales team know where things are and they all are kind and very efficient! When your in this store you just get excited at all the new things that constantly come in. Love love love HOBBY LOBBY!!!

I shop at Hobby Lobby often. The yarn inventory has been downsized quite a bit.It seems as of late they have become more of a decor store than Hobbies.I will still shop there, just not for all my crochet needs.

I don’t know what they were thinking. Not only did they do a bad job, (these are on crooked etc), but they STAPLES ALL AROUND THE SIDES, TOPS, and BOTTOMS of my canvas prints.They were in plastic when I got them so I didn’t notice until I got them home. This job was over $220, and they didn’t have the guts to just say “sorry, we screwed up”- they just handed them to me.Couldn’t be more disappointed.

There is a reason when I am lacking inspiration on how to decorate a new room we’ve renovated that I come to Hobby Lobby. The atmosphere from the moment I walked in until I left was calm & creative. It wasn’t long before I had a vision for my room & gathered all I needed to complete it. The prices are great. I couldn’t find bathroom wall decor, it wasn’t hard to find an employee & she knew exactly where it was & showed me without sighing heavily like most employees at other stores. The checkout is quick. They wrapped my frames perfectly so they didn’t break on the 2 hour drive home & it was very clean & organized in the store.

I went for some beads I needed for a project I'm making. I got those AND say much more. My favorite thing I found and had to have was some really cool handmade/small store type earrings. They're effin adorable. Throughout the 2 days I wore them I received 15+ compliments!! I hardly ever get compliments on my jewelry! Anyway love me some hobby lobby.

When shopping for holiday decorations, this shod be a first stop. The aisles are full of every imaginable item for whatever holiday is next. Love Christmas? They start in July. By August, Christmas has begun to take over the store.Thanksgiving begins around May, so you have a little time to prepare 😉.Honestly, it is a fun shop. I stop in often to see what is new.

My reason to shop here was very specific. I needed item to complete a theme being used at church. I walked around quite a while and finally had to ask for help as to where specific items might be found. A helpful employee pointed me in the right direction and I eventually found what I needed. There were lots of signs about discounts and some were easy to understand and yet there were items that I was unsure of their inclusion in the discounts. All in all it was an OK experience.

Some visits are good but disappointing on others. The staff is not very friendly (there are a few who are and helpful which I appreciate). My last visit I asked an asst manager where an item was & I got an instant idk & was ruse about it. A young lady on staff helped me actually look for the item and was so kind and friendly. I don't know what's so hard about being nice.
