Selection / Departments ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Clothing👚👕👗👖👙👔 housewares🍽🏺🕯 shoes 👞👡👢👟 👠 kids🔫 🐩 toys, and so much more.Clothing Size Variety ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This location often has XL & 2XL clothing for women/professional dress and not "too used" they have a good selection of gems hereOrganized ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️By color, size, and ♀️♂️ (don't take this personally it's just like mainstream stores) I love how well every thing is organized, and I can go right to the locations of where I know I can find find clothes like the photos attached.Price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The prices are very fair, and the staff are incredibly willing to "test" the products or toys that might have mechanical 🔧 electrical 🔌 or battery 🔋 operation necessary.Great place for folks of all ages and styles to find something unique to upstyle it to your liking! 📸 Take photos and show your favorite finds...

I went in today and the prices were astronomical. The people that are in charge of pricing have lost their minds. Some things I've seen at prices that I would only pay for new. In the future I plan on going to are there other locations or entirely different thrift stores that are actually non-profit.

Use to be a good store for the less fortunate to purchase things like clothes. Now, either an employee or resellers leave nothing of any real quality for purchase. The resellers line up outside to buy everything up. It's gross, really, but capitalism over everything else, right?

Better than the other goodwills in Lincoln, but there's still no fitting rooms and you cant make returns (only exchanges within 7 days with a reciept) so its pretty pointless to buy clothes here unless youre totally confident theyll fit.

I'm a vacuum technician, so I'm constantly looking for new machines to work on. There's usually a good selection of interesting cleaners at this Goodwill, but the prices are where I lose interest. Today, I saw a Dyson DC14 Animal that was yellowed and faded that was priced at $60, anyone that has been around an old Dyson knows the yellowed and faded plastic is a death sentence, as 1 small drop will completely shatter the entire vacuum like glass. $60 for a vacuum that might not even make it out of the store in 1 piece, and they can't even guarantee the thing turns on? Not worth it. There was also a Eureka commercial being sold for $30, and from my inspection, needed at least $70 worth of parts due to a rusty bottom plate, brushroll, and broken cord hooks. I have one of those eurekas at home, and I would've loved to get another one, but not in that condition for that price. For some of the prices these cleaners were put at, I would expect to not see the "Item may not work" sticker. It doesn't take any more than 20 seconds to plug one in and turn it on. I have taken some of my refurbished vacuums I couldn't sell and didn't want to keep around any longer here, and I'm hoping that whoever got them didn't pay too much for them. One good thing is I did find one of my favorite vacuums, a Sanitaire Force SC5713-B, here in 2022 for only $20 and have used it ever since.

This is the goodwill I most frequently go to because it's so big. I've never had any problems here, and 90% of my closet is from this location. I'm giving it 4 stars though because you can't use the dressing rooms. And you can never find any of the colored tags that are on sale that day (which is shady in my opinion). What is the point of making red tags 50% off, for example, if you're just going to hide all the red tagged items from us? I also don't appreciate how the prices keep slowly increasing. I know this is happening to every goodwill in america, but it still defeats the purpose of a thrift store. Non of these things are a huge deal to me though because it's still better than going to the mall and buying a brand new shirt for $30 vs $5 used and good condition. So if you're not picky like me, this is genuinely a good place to thrift. I'm surprised at how many 1 star reviews there are.

This is the worst Goodwill I have been too. A boxed model car was priced 29.99. I could go to Hobby Lobby and buy a brand new one cheaper. I brought a keyboard to the front that was missing the price. The cashier took it behind the register and said I could not buy it until the next day and they had to send it back to the back to be processed. Why not just do a price check? Or place a price code on the bottom of the item? The cashier didn't even try to help me find the price tag to see if it was just hidden. It was a really awkward moment and it made me feel like I did something wrong. Very bad experience. Also I won't even mention how long I was waiting in line behind just one customer.

Way too overpriced!! Their explanation as to why prices are so high is ridiculous..if they lowered prices they would get more business and sell things faster instead of hoarding it all and they would he able to pay their staff and bills easier and find more pleasant employees!! They forget that there are many people out there that need and rely on places like this that cannot afford new things which was supposed to be the main mission of GOOD WILL!! I miss the salvation army store!

Don't donate here, donate to People's City Mission instead. The prices are atrociously high now. The last straw was the new Media Pricing guy brags about his prices. Why buy something at Amazon and EBAY prices when I'm at a NON-PROFIT THRIFT store.I understand overhead with utilities, labor, etc. But they have no Cost of Goods! Retail stores have those and yet prices are the same?? O and retailers have return policies... At this "Goodwill" you can buy something at a premium price, find out it's broke and they tell you too bad. It's become a joke.

The 50% of weekly discount on specific color is totally a joke. The employee was removing all sale price pants on the day of changing color in front of me. GOOD LUCK TO FIND A SALE COLOR! No shame on the auction. OVERPRICED! on many household items as well as clothing. You can go to COSTCO and buy it brand new vs used for less & it will last longer. The young girl working on new coming rack was rudely to wheel the rack away from you making unhappy face DO NOT TOUCH MY RACK. It may be funny if not so SAD to see GW going so far not helping people on budget- totally OPPOSITE. One star but no way to go below.

I purchased a console table from this location. It had a sticker for $40 (which is overpriced for something they received for free). I paid up front, and the gentleman told me to drive around back and they would load it. I drove around back and when I got back there, the woman working told me that the sticker was wrong on the table, and that if I wanted to table, I would have to pay another $20. I adamantly refused and argued with her that I paid the advertised price. She stated that the day prior, a customer put the $40 sticker over the $60 sticker. If that were even true, why wouldn’t you fix the sticker then? After arguing for several minutes, I told her I would just take my money back. I then asked for her boss’s name and number, it was only then that she told me I could just have the table for the $40 I already paid. I read another review with the same story. She’s obviously running some kind of scam and is getting away with it plenty. They charge more than the items cost brand new. It’s used, hello! Goodwill is going to run itself out of business. Donate your stuff to the People’s City Mission, not to these greedy scammers.

Cute stuff, definitely more higher-end brands than other locations I've been to. I wasn't a huge fan of the fact that they didn't have dressing rooms but I can get over that. What made my experience less than subpar was the fact that I wasn't spoken to once by the employee checking me out (Wiaam H. is the name on my receipt) other than to rudely ask if I needed a bag, and she didn't even give me the proper change. Then proceeded to tell me she had. Not the greatest experience for a company I've done a lot of business with at various locations over the years.

Chances are that you will find a treasure that you enjoy here. But, the price will be a solid 20-30% more than it should. They sort clothing by color, which I find unhelpful, and they sell smaller collectors items like, toys, etc in bags. So if your looking for individual treasures that may make your task a little harder.

Purchased $20 pair of Cabelas insulated boots at this store. Looked almost new. Took them home and my son tried them on, when taking them off soles on both boots came off. Called the store and was told there was no guarantee or returns on the item. Store is a ripoff as far as I am concerned. Have made my last purchase from goodwill! Buyers beware!

This is the largest Goodwill in Lincoln. They have a color coordinated selection of clothing for both men and women. There is a section of house where and furniture and games and luggage and vacuums and a whole bunch of books. All the employees were helpful and provided some type of service food expect from Goodwill

Horribly overpriced. Wouldn’t let me get a mug because it wasn’t priced and it literally had some random persons baby on it. It’s not that deep, put a $0.99 tag on it and let me pay. Very discouraging the way they price their items that are DONATED. Don’t call yourself a nonprofit. There was a candle half burnt and they had a $11 tag on it! Ridiculous!

The prices are way too high for items they get for free.

Great assortment, friendly and fun. Unfortunately it is very unorganized and items are carelessly displayed, glass items get broke and separated. I am not sure if the employees who stock the shelves know what items go together. I understand how item get moved but this could be prevented if items were put out carefully and grouped together there initially. Sets of dishes should be put together. Also the prices on some items are marked too high on many items especially houseware items and some decor like pictures.I also noticed that items are being stolen. How did I notice this? I have found items in the housewares isles that were broke into, items taken out, a few items remain in box and the price doesn’t make sense, too high. I left items with cashier and explained only to find it thrown into the back of a bottom shelf of dishes. The item I reported were in a see through box. It contained two pairs of infant socks with a tiny bow for hair. It was marked $15.99. It was obviously broken into. The cashier offered to sell it to me for $10.99 which was still too much. In the past, there seemed to be more care and thought out into this store. Very sad to see this happen. The manager needs to get this store straightened.

Dropped off a truck load and 3 boys were standing around on their phones and doing nothing!! 2 young ladies were trying to help. I think they need more training and supervision!

Prices are too high for things that are given to them. I realize they have to pay bills and employees, and supposedly the needy, but just in my cart today they probably paid an employee for a week. And that's one cart. So if you look at it that way...someone is lining their pockets. The only reason I go is too find unique things. But I realize I won't pay garage sale prices. Not even close. I saw something that had a tag from the dollar store and it said $1 and they put 1.99 on it. Wow. I also saw a Christmas wrapping box that had a 3.97 tag on it from the original store and they put 3.99 on it. The middle class to the poor shop there that need things that are less money than new, but end up buying something shotty that costs more than it's worth. I love to go to look at things and find different things like I said, and I will probably keep going just like all the rest of you do. But I always leave feeling ripped off. I wonder how much really goes to charity. The ones that shop there need the charity by paying lower prices. I also drop off quality items most times I go there. They just ask you if you want to claim it on your taxes. What a joke. They should give vouchers or coupons for discounts instead.

I admit I was skeptical, but anytime I've needed to replace a part for an appliance, I've always been able to find it at the Goodwill! Definitely a customer for life!

I went here to buy a shirt for a work event. All of the shirts are priced very high, but I still bought one because I’m in a pinch. As soon as I got home I noticed the dress shirt I bought has a black stain on it. I wasted money and I’m still in need of a dress shirt. If they’re going to charge this much, they need to be making sure the clothes are in good condition.

I stopped by yesterday (Monday) and the store is very nice and clean. Prices are laughably high for a thrift shop. $80 for a collectible doll? $7.99 for a small plush Scooby Doo? $20 for a Barbie Car? That’s is full retail. So it was fun to look but my wallet never opened.

Honestly if I could put no stars I would. Place is disgusting. If you want to buy an item and it doesn’t have a price tag they won’t sell it to you. What’s the point in even having it on the floor?? These items are donated for Gods sake. I will never be back.

Found four items I liked! A purse, earrings, a sweater, and a long sleeved shirt.Three downsides- one of the shirts I picked out had stains on it so I obv put it back- and it was pretty busy too. Also no organization whatsoever- it bothers me sm 😭💀

Tons of women’s clothes and purses! Housewares and shoes galore! You can always find a bargain with the daily 50% tag colors or the 99€ color tag of the day. If you pay regular price on items without shopping the daily deals it can be quite overpriced for most things. So I suggest bargain shopping no the sales! Not much at this location for men’s or children’s clothing though.

I was shopping for men's dress coats. There were no price tag on the coats so I asked an employee how much the costs were. The employee had to go ask and came back with the price after doing so. When I got to the cashier, I was charged a different price and politely told the cashier that I was given a different price from an employee. The cashier wouldn't budge on the price so I went to find the employee that helped me earlier. The employee again told the cashier that the price I was being charged wasn't correct. The cashier still didn't care and told the employee that they were wrong on the price. A manager was called over and the cashier was indeed incorrect on the price. The cashier was honestly a complete bully in my opinion. You don't argue with a co-worker in front of customers. Respect what's being told to you by your co-worker who asked a manager to begin with and discuss the issue behind closed doors. Extremely rude and disappointing in my opinion. Otherwise great deal on the coats I got. I really wish I could've remembered the employee that stood their ground and looked out for me after being told "no you're not right". Thank you!!

Your should be a shame for the prices you charge for donated stuff to high yo can add a couple more dollars and buy new and your staff always asking you to round up but never explain why to me goodwill is getting to be joke by the way what to your sales don't tell me about your 50% off sale I seen your staff remove the day before the sale or same as sale the old bate and switch scam

Apparently there are no more dressing rooms at this location (Hwy 2 in Lincoln, NE). I'm like 3 different sizes depending on the brand. I know these clothes are discounted in price, but I still don't want to pay for 5 pairs of shorts so that I can try them on at home and have none of them work.
