So please tell me when 5 below started coming up to check you out... walked around today with my nephew and my son to find some crafts and snacks today for spring break... so she refused to let me check out without ringing up my things..at first I was like wow this is nice as there registers usually are sensitive and double ring my things. Then I noticed I was the only person getting this treatment... so you let Teo other people around you with multiple staff in the store check out without help..hmmm.... so is this a race thing... wow!!!!!!

Why can’t I check out my own items? They have one person working the front and a LINE of people waiting in line with only ONE open register because they have to scan items now. What the F is that. So I had to wait 20 minutes to get 2 pairs or socks and a water scanned. Then they ask you if you’re paying cash or card, pressed the button and asked for my card. Excuse me? NO I can do it myself. If you don’t want people doing self check out then take the machines out and put in a regular associate check out lane. Ridiculous

Found a perfect cup and decal! Excellent customer service. It was cold out. She opened door and let us come inside a couple minutes early! We really appreciated her kindness!

Over the past 5 years I've been to Five Below stores in six different cities. Today was the first time someone greeted me when I walked in the door. He told me his name and I think he said Paul. Festive and amiable is how I would describe his attitude. Thanks!

The man was really nice, went above and beyond to help us find what we needed/wanted. I've been to two others before and this one has a bigger selection & the people like their jobs, not act like they are just there to take your money and breathe until their shift is over.

Lost my Sally Beauty bag and remembered I was last in five below right after purchasing the items. Called the store and asked if they had seen it. Acted like they didnt care didnt even bother to check for it when I found the bag in seconds of walking into the store.

Store was messy and unorganized and carts of merchandise everywhere. Went looking for items that we had seen there just a week prior and no where to be found.

Little crazy busy, but it is after the holidays. Store was pretty decent, staff was very helpful and very patient with all the kiddos using their gift cards. This location is smaller then their North location, they have same stuff, just not as much of it.

My favorite store to go to for knick knacks, home decor, art supplies and more. The customer service is wonderful, they have a great candy aisle, and the location by South 27th Kohls is definitely the best location.
