This is the second time Andrea has come to groom my golden doodle puppy and she’s fantastic. She asks my opinion and what I’d like done, obviously cares a great deal about the work she does and Marley (and my friends pups love her). I’ve never owned a dog that I have to get groomed before and Andrea has made the process so easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

Confusion about when appointment was. Time range provided was just a 3 hour arrival time.once Andie arrived she was great about asking in detail what services were needed. My dogs loved her, which means a lot when they're finished.

We’ve been taking our wirey, wiley and smiley Labradoodle Millie here ever since we’ve adopted her 2 years ago. Our pup can be a little… extra to say the least, but Embark has always done a great job grooming her and communicating with us.One time we miscommunicated on what we were wanting, and Embark was able to get Millie back in quickly and get it all to our liking, which we still to this day are so grateful for! Thank you all for taking such great care of our pup while she is with you!

I have to say that this is the very first time my dog has came back from a groomers looking happy, and very well groomed. She was not shaking or anything! She seemed very comfortable with all staff. The staff is very kind and friendly. They also listened to my request to not shave her all the way down, that never happens !! My other two large dogs also seemed to come back happy and very well bathed and brushed ! Super happy with their service! Great job ladies !!!

I had mobile grooming done on my Morky puppy. They came to the door and picked him up then brought him back in approximately 90 minutes looking and smelling amazing. They talked to me beforehand about the type of cut that I wanted and it was done exactly as I wanted it. I would recommend them to anyone looking for mobile grooming.

I like the convenience of online booking. It gives an option to use the salon or mobil grooming. I choose Mobile grooming as my dog is really nervous and gets sick often when he is stressed. The website has you pay in advance which is OK but there is no spot to put your address down. I put my home phone and they had called my home phone trying to get ahold of me to get my address and I didn't know that so the morning of my appointment I'm calling to see where they are at and come to find out they didn't have my address. After we got passed A little bit of confusion and gave my address she rescheduled and got me right in the next morning even worked around my schedule. The lady who arrived to groom my dog was very nice and very patient and listened how I wanted the haircut. My dog's haircut turned out just like i requested. She did an excellent job! I would recommend thia company. I will be using there mobile grooming service in the future.

UPDATE: I've now been taking our dog to Embark for 3+ years and have never been disappointed. She's a skiddish, nervous dog but always seems fine going there. The staff is always so nice and they do a great job making her pretty and clean again.My 57lb lab mix got a nice bath today. She didn't seem too anxious when I picked her up and she looks great. We'll be back.

I have a Lhasa. He’s an ornery old man. Prior to going to Embark, my dog hated grooming so much that he had to go to the vet to be put under in order to get groomed. The folks at Embark are miracle workers: not only are they able to handle him with ease and pick him up (typically only something I can do), but he gets groomed with no fuss. And you can’t beat the cost. Recommend times infinity.

The groomer was wonderful! She did exactly as we had asked for our dogs haircut. Plus, it was wonderful using the mobile grooming which made for a more relaxing appointment for a dog with anxiety.

I was very pleased with our appt. She was very personable and really cared for my pup. And in a short amount of time, Tucker was back at my front door looking very dapper and happy! I have used Embark off and on for a couple years starting in Cheney NE and then in Lincoln, but I have been looking for a mobile service, and this was awesome. Thank you.

I’m so happy to have found Embark Pet Company for my new puppy, Teddy! Andi did a great job grooming him, and I’d like to use her as my regular groomer! I adopted Teddy 3+weeks ago from NHS, and his legs were so matted. I definitely will tell others about this mobile service!

I made appointments online for my 3 dogs and prepaid. I did one for my biggest dog for the past week and then one for my 2 smaller ones for next week. Evidently they changed the appointment for my big dog to put her with the others but failed to tell me. I showed up when I made the appointment for and they sent me away. I thought alright then I guess I'll just be back next week. But then they canceled the appointments for all 3 of my dogs without even asking and when they refunded me because i had prepaid, they shorted me over $10 and now will not respond to my emails or calls.I do NOT recommend this place at all. This was my first and LAST experience with them. The women were just plain rude to me. Instead of explaining things they just cancel.

They give you a 2 hour time line no communication poor management. They already moved my appointment from Friday to Sunday. They might do a nice job but I have no intention of using them ever. Plus they won't even refund me.

The lady operating the mobile grooming was very pleasant, very willing to do whatever we wanted and took the time to get to know our little dog before taking him for grooming. He came back looking great and even more important, he was happy and comfortable with Andi, the groomer.

Typically we don't have tons of issues here. We've used the company for a about 4 years now with our two dogs. They are one of the cheaper groomers in town and do an adequate job. The company is not known for speed, and the drop off and pickup process even before Covid was terrible. The reason I'm reviewing today is because of the indifference of the front desk and management I received. After a 20 minute wait to drop off this morning, I was told I would receive a call to pickup my dog between 12 and 1. Perfect timing because it covered both mine and my wife's lunches with room to spare. They did not text us until after 2 to let us know they were finished. By then, we were in meetings because of the later time and we picked him up just after 4. They charged us for half of a day boarding because they "had him most of the day". I asked to have it removed because we were there as soon as possible and weren't notified he was ready until after 2 which was after we were told we would be notified to get him. I asked when the fee is assessed and the person at the front desk said I don't know after an hour or so. The manager did not come out to speak to me regarding the issue. If we were given a time of when this fee would have been assessed or if we were told it was a thing at all, we would have made alternate arrangements to have him picked up. When it takes your team 3/4 of your operating hours to groom, you're doing something wrong. As such, we will not be returning.*Edit 11/4/20The manager or owner Andi followed up after my initial review here, removed the extra charge for boarding and apologized for the experience. She offered a free grooming. I appreciated the offer and the show of good faith for the experience.Today, we called the company to schedule the free grooming, but were advised that until our review was edited, they would be unable to honor the previous offer. We advised that our review wouldn't be changed until we knew we had a better experience. They continued to decline their original offer, so I have now followed through on their request to edit my original review. Rating changed from 2 to 1 stars.

Loved the service today. Our groomer was very personal and friendly and did a great job. I love the convenience of the groomer coming to us. We have not had luck with a groomer since Covid and we are very happy with our groomer today for Missy!

Our previous mobile groomer, who we had been with for over 15 years, dropped us suddenly due to losing groomers and inability to hire. Luckily, Embark mobile grooming was able to fit us into their schedule for our two cockers. They have provided good service for two groomings and our intent is to keep them as our groomer. Andi is a great groomer, loves our pets and is happy to use special accommodation for one of our dogs that has a serious skin condition. At his point, we couldn’t be happier with Embark’s service and are thankful to have them. Five stars!!

Our dog is a rescue so she is very suspicious of people. Andy does a wonderful job of making her feel at ease. It is so much better for Shilo as well that I don’t have to take her to a groomimg place with all kinds of barking dogs.

I was very happy with my experience at this location! I used to take my dog to larger grooming chains, and he always seemed so scared whenever I’d pick him up. Here he came out absolutely excited and very enthusiastic! They did a beautiful job on grooming him, and just by walking in the door and seeing how they interact with other customers and their pets, you can tell the care and comfort they give to those who come through the door. I am definitely coming back, and I will refer all my fellow dog parents!

All of our dogs receive the best grooming and care by Andrea at Embark for pets. She is truly professional, kind and our dogs adore her. Our dogs hair/fur feels better, she's very accommodating with scheduling us in, and dogs always let you know who's good! A+++++

Horrible! Offer VIP service for $200 then cancel appointments and don't show up on time for a confirmed appointment. My poor puppy looked hacked up with her haircut. The lady on he phone has horrible customer service. Now I know why they changed their name to something different than what they were before. I will never go back there again and don't care about them STEALING my $200. Scam artists.... DO NOT GO THERE!

They do a great job at the actual grooming. My pups always look great when they come home. And their prices for small dog grooming can't be beat in Lincoln. The only thing holding them back from a 5 star rating is their drop off and pick up process.

This place is and has done what they could to help me with the two i bring in, they both have been a mess after the pandemic. Anyway Embark made them beautiful and i thank them for taking great care of them. Gracie is a snippy little brat and i know they cant have a easy time with my spoiled little brat but honestly i trust them. Also Piper is abit of nervous of a dog and really was a mess, they were so good with her, and she received countless compliments after her cut. These people are working all day everyday so yes i appreciate them for helping as far as when i am late or whatever comes up on the day of appt. The most certainly deserve 5 stars today! I was very late and they were for nice to still take them both! Thank u Embark!!!
