Fantastic! I ordered a 16” chocolate chip cookie-cake and it was ready the next day. The lady on the phone who took my order was very thorough and my cake came out excellent. When I went in to pick it up the next morning, the staff was very friendly and even gave me a sneak peek before I checked out. I chose a design number from their website with different words and I absolutely love how it turned out. It tastes amazing too! I will definitely be ordering from this location again.

Ordered decorated sugar cookies twice in the past two weeks for my daughters' birthdays. In the past, the icing work/decorating was spectacular, but this time they were sloppily done (basketball) and hardly recognizable as to what it was supposed to be (bees). Still tasted great and the kids were happy, but not the decorating quality we'd received in the past. Guessing, like most businesses, they are struggling to get/keep (skilled) workers, or in this case, decorators. Would still order from Eileen's in the future.

Really tasty cookies! Especially the huge cookie! Nice employees too! But one downside is that when I turned in an application, they didn’t call me back or even email me back to follow up. It’s been like 3-4 weeks and didn’t even inform me about the job. I did email them, but never received an email back.

Some of the best cookies ever! Reasonably priced for gourmet cookies. We bought two dozen for $30 decorated with cute Santa faces, reindeer and Christmas trees. Quality look and everyone loved them.

These cookies are wonderful! The staff that works here is also very wonderful. The last time I was in there I wanted blue frosted cookies and they didn't have any already made. This was not a problem at all because they asked me how many of like them to frost and got to frosting them right away. Highly recommend for those with a sweet tooth.

They always have amazing cookies. They even had my Dads special request a "cookie sandwich"? I had never heard of it before but they made it he was so happy he got exactally what he wanted you guys made his day.Which in turn made my day. Muck Love!!

I grew up in Nebraska and so Eileen's was always a treat. Now that I live in Montana, it is always a must to stop in and get my favorite frosted chocolate chip cookies. As usual, the cookies were great but the staff didn't look happy to be there. I understand it's work but, come on, you get to work around the best cookies in the world all day!

My family has always enjoyed cookies from Eileen's, but today we were so disappointed. I ordered a 12" sugar cookie for my daughter's birthday. It was frosted perfectly, but when we cut it to eat, the cookie just crumbled. It was dry, stale and seemed like it had been sitting out for days. I feel bad about writing a negative review, but it is likely that I will not order a large cookie again from Eileen's. Very disappointed!

These are the best cookies I have ever found in Nebraska. Everybody there is always so nice, the cookies are always fresh, the store is always clean. Even their day-old cookies are taste like they were baked that day.

Absolutely delicious! I always get different sugar cookies (usually decorated) or the chocolate chips. However, I got a mint chocolate today and was not disappointed! Probably my favorite place to get cookies!

Hadn't been in for a while. Discovered the cookies themselves shrank, were pretty dry, and the price had doubled. Disappointed. Used to be a great place and always bought several dozen cookies cause it was too hard to choose. Hope they change back to how it used to be.

I ordered a special cookie with only limited details and it was perfect.. it was ready and waiting at the time I asked and the little boy it was for LOVED it. Thank you for making up for me calling his Jayhawk costume BIGBIRD...lol. I was teasing his dad but realized it wasn't right to tease the little boy. I was so sad when he told me kids at school tease him about being a Jayhawk fan. I told him they were wrong for doing that too.

You walk in and there's an atmosphere about this place that can't be explained by mere words. Kinda brings you back to that time when you went to visit grandma and you walked into the kitchen and there was that smell.... It's not just the cookies, it's the love and care that's put into making the cookies.

Asked them to put my friends face on the cookie for his 23rd birthday. Told them that it can be as awful as possible. It exceeded my expectations to say the least and everyone I loved how horrible/hilarious it was. Thank you Eileen's for going above expextatexpe.
