They definitely need better staff working the register. And most definitely need to have the other products that go with other items that they are selling you can't sell things that you have to go get at a different place. You used to carry said product now it's never in stock when asked if it will be coming back or has it been back ordered I get the same response I don't know I didn't know we carried that . Your joking right you have been working here how long and you have rang this product up for me at least a half a dozen times and you didn't know you sold this or carried this product? Smh learn your store learn your products and keep track of orders period !!

Lots of new stuff every week. Store is a bit messy in some areas but the employees are nonstop stocking and cleaning.My opinion on it being ok to great changed today.Some Karen with 3 kids that terrorized the store for a good half hour was asked to control them. That lady lost her mind. Started calling the cashier all sorts of obscenities. When the manager came up and tried to defuse the situation her wrath was turned to her. Didn't work and she was kicked out with her demon spawn. When she started in about finishing checking out manager told her she'd been asked to leave and was now trespassing. Maybe next time those kids and mom can behave and make it through checking outI think we're all over the bratty kids running wild and stores twiddling their thumbs over it. Refreshing to see a place that's proactive and backing up their employees.

I was a pleasure to shop there the only thing I would say is they only have one person at the register but the lady that we usually get I don't know her name that she's always very very pleasant Jackie who is the new manager well she's been the new manager for a while but the one on 27th is awesome she's done wonders for that store and then Victoria on the one on 56th is fabulous I just love her and whoever's in charge of the Yankee Hill store has done a wonderful job as well love it love it love it the only one that really needs help is the one on all poor thing it just needs help LOVE JACKIE AND SHAWN ON 27 TH my favorite store AAAAA+the store on 27th just keeps getting better and better good job Jackie and Sean

I was doing some shopping with my 5 year old daughter who is very well mannered. She stayed by my side the whole time. I needed dog treats, there were 4 employees standing directly in front of them. I expected them to at least stand to the side so my daughter and I could continue shopping but after barely passing them I heard who later I found out to be the manager , she followed me down the next isle talking under her breathe about “being polite and saying excuse me” ….. I have worked in retail my whole life. If a shopper needs something, I, as an employee have no problem letting them around to shop. I was upset and she embarrassed me while she was ranting indirectly. All other employees were very polite. But when I asked to complain, I was told that woman was in fact the manager. I wonder how she treats her employees

Good store, although I am frustrated that the prices have been raised to a dollar and twenty-five cents. This dollar tree has the best frozen lemonades. I miss when everything was just one dollar. One of the cashiers here is kind of weird though and was foaming at the mouth when she checked me out. She also just like passed out on the counter while I was in the store and I was worried.

Couldn't find an employee for some help finding an item so I left.I called the store in hope that someone would answer the phone.I got the help I needed and went back into the store to the location where I could find my items.Happy ending.

I'm so shocked this store is usually a mess but not anymore one lady work putting stuff away and cleaning I believe her name is Iman she is so nice too. I hope they keep her, she's amazing! Good job!!

This is with out a doubt, the dirtiest Dollar Tree I have been in. The bathroom looked and smelled as though it had not been cleaned in weeks if not months. The floors throughout the rest of the store were in similar condition. The shelves were .... satisfactory at best. I have been in this store many times on the past, (though it has been several weeks), and it has never been this bad.****(in order to post this review, I had to go e it "stars". Please consider each point of the star minus one star****

Gave them one star hoping they’ll reconsider hiring anyone who racially profiles customers. Today a new cashier chose me to tell to place my items on the counter....there were 3 items in my cart and customer ahead of me. I’m a grown woman who shops there a minimum of twice a week, I don’t need anyone telling me what to do with my items that I’M paying for... Especially not when she doesn’t tell any of the white customers the same. Get rid of her, she’s not a good look for your store which sits in a heavily diverse area of all cultures & races.

The dollar tree is amazingly fun for browsing to locate daily used products. I also love to grab spices and condiments as well as my frozen fruits and vegetables. But the little odds and ends you can find are exciting. Go browse. What is there to loose in looking around. Everything is a dollar and under! Bags, wraps, utensils, etc.. It's fun what volume of great items you can walk out with for your money!

There's a surprising amount of craft supplies here. It's my go to when I'm on a budget. Birthday/holiday supplies, Quite the selection of hair ties, clips, bands, pins etc etc etc. Good selection of Calenders, planners, journals, last minute toys, and even helium balloons.

Not a single cashier was wearing their mask over their nose. Even the lady wiping off the carts had her nose hanging out. No one was maintaining distance either. I didnt feel comfortable staying the store and left. It is very disheartening that we are in the red across the country and that the staff seems not to care about public health and safety.

One of the cleanest and we'll stocks dollar trees I have been too. But each time I got I have Kristen as a cashier and she is the worst. If you have more than 5 items she complains. First time I was there she yelled at a customer to get the separater for the belt because she couldn't reach. I rather go to a worse kept store to avoid her.

They really got this store in shape! Only 2 stockers doing most of the freight! They are amazing! And the blonde guy loyal isn't bad to look at either. They go out of their way 2 help.

Great place to pick up small quantities of bargain items. Great when you only need smaller amounts of things. Also great for little nick nacks. I like this because I am in a small house hold. I do not need a case of toilet paper

Love this place. You can pick up things off hour grocery list and save a lot of money by going here. I save on a lot of household cleaning items here. This is a very clean and friendly place. Parking isn't that great. And they don't have handicapped scooters either. .

This dollar tree has a huge store and has lots to offer. I was able to get just about everything I need for me, my 2 cats and household items. The few items I can't get in there I was able to find them cheap at 2 different places. But not bad cause I'd say 95% of the things i need I can get at dollar tree. :)

The doors shouldn’t be locked 15 minutes before closing while the 2 girls working are just standing at the registers talking, doing absolutely nothing watching people try to come inside for a last minute grab. So unprofessional.
