I love the Dollar tree it gives me plenty of snack options but one thing that really unsettled me was the Gatorade that I bought,There was a Gatorade that was sticky in the front so I take one from the back,I get home,drink it and it tastes spoiled!!!! But other than that great snacks!!!!

Came in today 12/9 at 12:30 for dog treats and candy. Was 3rd in line with 2 cashiers working. When I become 2nd in line the cashier (male) walks off with the customer. I stand there for over 5min. The lady behind me asked a lady who is trying to open another register if the guy is coming back and she says I don’t know he is really busy. Then the 3rd cashier is informed by other female that she can’t sign in to that register because she is signed into the one she is on. I felt ignored not valued so I left my cart and 10 items in line and walked out. Will not return to this location.

Loved it. All 3 of us seniors could spend hours in your store. We were there over an hour, we will be back. Next month. The store is neat and clean. Associates well versed on products and locations of all things I couldn't locate on my own. The aisle, and roughly where on the shelf it was. My normal store is at 27N, is tiny compared to this store.

Ordered a package FROM Dollar Tree online and it arrived at my local store free shipping. The Employees there were very helpful and quick to get me my package. Also needed some cough syrup and I was taken to the correct isle and was helped find what I was looking for. Highly recommend this store! Love the prices!

Very clean and well stocked. I thought it was rude though how there was only one cashier checking customers out while one was stocking and three other were in a side room?! It was a busy time and you could hear the other cashiers "gossiping" in the side room. I feel it was also rude when the cashier asked for help one of them got rude with unpleasant remarks about the store.

If you're looking for balloons for a birthday party or a 4th of July event this is not the place. They do not have helium for balloons so don't waste your time! Also, The customer service is not the friendliest. They answer your question but that's about it.

Exchange unopened item with the original receipt.I bought a $50 gift card realizing the one I bought was specific to dollar tree. I wanted the visa gift card to use anywhere. 10 seconds after the purchase I realized and wanted to swap it. Manager said absolutely not. It's a dollar store.. I wont spend $50 bucks the there in the next year!! Get rid if the current bi*?!#.

Whoever the lady was working cash register today was extremely rude. (Short blonde hair, older lady)She literally laughed in my face and rolled her eyes when I asked for 4 balloons. Acted like I was a huge inconvenience. She was also very loudly telling customers how she was going to get drunk after work. Super unprofessional.

This is a new store, well-lit and organized. I found many useful items for home organization. Limited number of associates, but there is limited need for assistance since the products are all generic commodities. Good option among this type of store in Lincoln.

I love this dollar tree. Always well stocked and has a great selection. The stag is friendly and helpful. I'll drive all the way across town just to come here.

They have a great selection now for arts and crafts. I've bought a few things. I didn't have too much time to look around and will be back to buy some more.

I must say that this Dollar tree was pleasant to shop at. normally when I walk into the dollar stores they are quite askew with merchandise all over the place well this place was very well maintained and shelved properly.

This store does NOT know friendliness and don’t know customer service. I greet the employee Elleen with a good morning twice and she did not even bother to look at me. Disgusting how she treats people. Good job Dollar tree on hiring her👍

Dollar Tree #155 helped someone else when we were in line first because the other customer was huffy she 'lost her place's in line because she didnt know what she was doing. I found this very rude, we are paying customers who are paying a whole hell of a lot more than her $1 box of candy that she was throwing a fit about. Will be contacting corporate as well.

They always have good stuff but everytime I come here, the staff is either telling a personal story loud enough to hear or being judgey of the customers that come in. Also two of the women that work at the nail salon around the corner made a comment about how someone was holding up the line buying "too many bishes". So maybe it's just how the people are on that side of town.

The person that helped me was really rude and asked why I was getting this and I had girl product and when I didn’t respond he said oh ya you are going to stick in your ******* I was so surprised that he said that I payed for my things and left right away.

48 and O Dollar Tree is a MESS! Merchandise is jumbled into boxes where you can't find anything. I bought some stuff, but would have bought more, but it was taking so long to find anything, that I left and went to the South 40th Dollar Tree. They didn't have what I wanted, but at least it was not a TOTAL MESS!!

Update your hours. Google says 10pm, get to the store at 9:14, you closed at 9:00. Super frustrating, had I known I could have adjusted my errands to fit it all in. It’s not a holiday today.

Understaffed, a mess, selves bare. One long line on the last friday mornibf before christmas and only 2 employees?! Atleast pay them better so they do a better and faster job!!
