I’ve had some great experiences with many of the staff here, but will be switching where I get my prescriptions due to consistent frustration with one staff member. Over a period of months, every interaction with this person has been negative for my family and I. They seem to be higher up as well, so I’m just planning on avoiding this place from now on.

Pharmacist are great! but please CVS give these people more help.Update. I got a text notification they had received my prescription by 1pm, but have not filled it, I went through the drivethrough at 6pm was told to do a lap around because is not ready and needed to give them 15min it’s the hottest day today and have a crying baby in the car, it is frustrating. I never had. This problem at Walgreens, only reason why I come here is because my insurance has a contract with CVS. Employees are nice every time , but it seems to always be something here

Absolutely awful experience. I called them on monday evening to make sure they had the medication I was prescribed that has been on back order since February. The pharmacist said that it was available. My doctor sent the script right away the next morning. After not hearing anything I called to check on both tuesday and wednesday and the automated service said that my prescription was "in process and would be ready at 8pm on thursday, June 8th." The pharmacy is not even open at 8pm!! I called back today to be told "We're sorry about that but it looks like it's now out of stock and we have no idea when we'll be getting more in." Glad I wasted my time. If they wouldn't have told me it was readily available I would have never gone through the motions. The girl on the phone was polite but that was literally the only good point in otherwise terrible experience.

The pharmacist would not sell me pen needles without a prescription which is not required in order to get pen needles. However, I ordered them through the website and was able to pick them up without the prescription they apparently require. Not sure why they don't understand being diabetic friendly and offering access to necessary medication administration supplie,s but someone needs to address this issue

How does an entire pharmacy shut down for lunch? If you use the drive through, be prepared to wait. The staff is friendly but management needs to understand folks come during their available time and cannot wait for one employee to do it all. Or the window to be closed for lunch.

Great customer service. Everything is labeled and easy to find. Plus if you forget your cvs card they look it up for you.

I live near this location and would frequently come by for milk or basic needs in a pinch. For the past few months everything has gone to garbage. They never have milk and if they do it's about to expire. Shelves are barely stocked and products are always at their expiration or beyond. Not only that but prices have climbed dramatically. Paid $3.79 for a single can of dog food. Go down to Hy-Vee or target same can is $1.79. CVS has horrible quality and is over charging their customers. I will not be returning anymore I'll drive the extra few minutes down the road.

The pharmacy refused to fill my prescription when it was sent. They wouldn’t fill it until the same day of the month as last month, but last mont had 31 days and my prescription is for 30. So they’re already shorting me. But now it was supposed to have been filled two days ago and I’ve called and they say they have to special order it. But they’ve known that I’ve needed this prescription since Friday, its now Tuesday. They legitimately do not care about the health of their patients. I’m leaving CVS for good after this.

If I could give you a negative rating I would. Pharmacy staff was so rude and didn't care that they wasted an hour of our time. They didn't have a clue as to what they were doing. Terrible Staff and Terrible Service!! Teach your techs customer service and how to properly enter insurance. As a manager you should have stepped in 5 minutes into her mess up. Not continue to watcg her screw it up!! That's an hour we aren't getting back!

Waited for 40 minutes to get my prescriptions filled. Still helped people who arrived after me before me. Walgreens never treats me this horribly. I'd suggest heading to Walgreens for your pharmaceutical needs.

Waited in line for 15 minutes behind one customer trying to use some coupons and their rewards card. The cashier couldn't figure out if the deductions were correct and guessed which the customer had the ring it up again and check the deductions item by item. If the employees knew how the discounts and rewards cards worked this would have been a quick trip. I eventually went to pharmacy and rang out within 1 minute. When I exited they were still struggling up front on the same basic issue. Better trained staff could save tons of time and issues.

I had positional vertigo (which makes me extremely dizzy/nauseous), and the two staff I interacted with in the pharmacy were short and rude with me. I came directly from my doctor's office and was told by them that nothing was in the system, without further explanation. I called back my doctor and they told me it takes about 20 minutes to process. Great, but you would think the pharmacist could have informed me of that, since they deal with this on a daily basis. I waited 30 minutes then went up to check on my prescription, and before I could get a word out she stated, "It's not here", no sorry, no smile. I then asked her to transfer it to a CVS by my house as I was feeling really sick, which she did. The only time I got anything remotely positive was after I told her to have a good day, she told me to have a good day too. Everybody else in the store was cheerful and nice, even the actual head pharmacist. If you're not a people person that's fine, just don't have them dealing with the public, and especially sick people who are already not feeling good. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a pharmacy.

Sat May 01 2021.I had a horrible experience with customer service.Amanda was behind the desk. She walked over, didn't say hi, blurted out, "can I help you?" I wanted to bring down the animosity in this scenario, so I said hi. She ignored me the first time, but blurted back a response when I insisted the second time.Amanda was prob having a bad day from somebody somewhere, and unprofessionally, took that out on me as a client. I don't know if she was merely reacting to my blackness or my foreign accent. I asked her explicitly whether she was "having a bad day?" She said no, in a pretty snarky tone.So unfortunate! Her female colleague was helping customers in the drive-through and doing so pleasantly and professionally. Amanda's rudeness was totally uncalled for.

Currently going on 29 minutes on hold to talk to someone in the pharmacy. They will not fill a script from your doctor automatically and notify you when it is ready. You must call or go to the location. Not sure what changed in the past few months but the place has spiraled down hill fast.

People answering phones in the pharmacy are extremely rude and are the reason I am going to go to Walgreens instead. And they need to teach people not to hang up on someone if they don't get an answer IMMEDIATELY after being on hold for nearly 15 freaking minutes. I'm already sick, I don't need a snarky attitude from some random chick.

When is the last time someone cleaned the bathrooms? The toilets were black and brown, the sink was black, streaks of I don’t even want to know ALL over the walls. My daughter begged to go somewhere else...she’s 7 and knows that’s not ok. The rest of the store...nice and clean. Both men’s and women’s were like this. It takes months for a bathroom to get like that.

The ppl behind me were extremely rude impatient and honking Kristi did a great job handling the situation. I dont understand ppl wanting to rush the drive threw test cause no one w as nts to test and idk rush to quarantine but staff does fantastic job putting up with lots of stress thank u!

I've been sitting at the drive through pharmacy window for 38 minutes! The car ahead of me has been here longer & still hasn't been helped. I can't leave because there's a car behind me. Worst service I've ever had here.

This place sucks! I was at the instant photo machine, this female employee said she would get her manager to help me. The manager comes up front starts checking people out, he looks over at me and sees I’m waiting for him to help me but continues to ignore me and continues checking people out. I WALKED OUT! Terrible customer service !!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a wide range of products but the home goods (toys, office supplies, etc) are a bit overpriced.The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable as well.

Waited on hold to speak to the pharmacist for more than 30 minutes. Finally hung up. Will try again later. This was on September 22, 2021. Time was 6PM. Totally disappointed.

I always have terrible experiences with trying to get prescriptions filled at this location. I never have any issues at any other locations, just this one in particular is awful.

do NOT get a covid 19 test here i got one on june 25th because i wasnt feeling well and wanted to be safe and I am still waiting on my results, its july 22nd now, the staff is nice though
