Walked in to purchase 2 dozen variety of their mini cupcakes. The person starting squishing them into a small container (one that they did not fit in), the top part of the cupcakes were breaking off and she was smudging all the frosting. She said "these are going to have to be smashed" as she tried closing the lid and also smashing the top frosting on the cupcakes. After watching her struggle with the next 6 cupcakes, I asked if she could fit them into a bigger contained so they didn't have to be smashed as I would like them to look decent for the party....She did and then they were fine except for the previous 6 that she already destroyed and still charged me full price.

This was the most disappointing 2 dozen cupcakes I've ever had. Dry cakes, excessive frosting to cover up the poorly made cake. I was then charged 90.00 for 2 dozen cupcakes. My daughter whose birthday it was was in with me, called next day and was told don't order again if I didn't like cakes or price, wouldn't let me talk to manager or offer any refunds.This was a terrible experience I'd have better off at Costco honestly 😒

I ordered cupcake balls for a senior night event. A eeek prior to pickup I called to make slight changes to order and confirm pickup date and time. When I arrived to pick ip the order the store was closed and locked. Tried calling but no answer. Left message but never heard back from personnel. When I finally reached someone several days later I was told they didn’t have my order. It was disappointing not to have the treats st senior night. But even more disappointing that there was no concern or apology for the mix up.

I needed gluten free/dairy free cupcakes for my gender reveal and they were DELICIOUS! However, I had two separate requests for the cupcakes for our respective families and the store didn't get either of them correct. Not a huge huge deal since the gender was revealed either way but I was disappointed that things didn't go as planned because of a lack of attention to detail.I would probably use them again for future gf/df orders, but I wouldn't recommend them for orders with special instructions.I am very glad that I think they got the dietary restrictions correct(:

This place is wonderful! Regina (the owner) is a friendly personable woman who makes you feel at home! We are planning on using them for our wedding and she has been absolutely fantastic working with us on tasting their flavors as they have over 200!! Can't wait to continue doing business with them!!

Their treats are scrumptious. They have so many flavors and every single one I've tried has been divine. Everyone there is very friendly. However, there was an issue with internal miscommunication with my wedding cake, and it did not look like what we had envisioned. The staff was apologetic about the incident and worked hard to fix it, even offering to recreate our anniversary cake in the correct fashion.

Love this place! We just had our wedding on Valentine's Day! We told them which flavors we wanted and what our colors were and they were beautiful! We were able to rent their gold cake and cupcake stands. The day of, they were able to work with the venue to set it all up which was great because it took one more thing off of my plate. We went with white almond, lemon and their signature chocolate. All so delicious! During our consultation she informed us that there was no need to save the top tier of our cake. On your 1 year anniversary they will make you a replica of your top tier to enjoy together. I thought that was pretty neat! It was a great experience!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I placed an order with Cupcakes and More for my child's birthday party over a month in advance thinking I was being proactive. I asked if they could do some cupcakes with an "angry birds" theme. I initially spoke with a woman on the phone who said they could do that. She asked that I email a picture over, which I did. They responded to me and asked what flavors I wanted, which I replied to. I did not receive a message back, so I sent a second one. I still did not receive a message back from them, so I called to make sure they had my order. The woman I spoke with assured me that they had received my order and that they would have it done in time. That was a week before the day I was to pick up the order. The day of my son's birthday party (2 hours before the party) I went to pick up my order and they said they didn't have it. I spoke with the same woman who took my order initially and asked why my order wasn't done. Her response was "I haven't been here for the last two weeks" . That is all they said to me. They didn't try to make it right or offer any solutions. I will never give my business to Cupcakes and More again. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences that I have experienced.

We had the BEST time here! They were the people that are planning on making our wedding cake for our April Wedding Reception. We got to decorate our own cupcakes and taste just about everything they possibly could make. I've never felt so important in my whole life! Hopefully I will feel this good on my actual wedding day and especially the reception. That's where Cupcakes & More will come shine I have no doubt!

Im sorry but this was not good at all. We tired many different cup cakes to get a taste of many. All were dry, broke apart when we cut them to share.The flavors were very light to taste also.Maybe it was just an off day and I hope they fix this because I was told they were great.

Cupcakes and more did the cake and cupcakes for our wedding about a week ago. Everything was so delicious. I could not remember what everything tasted like from our cake testing, it was so much better from what I remembered. The cake was moist and the frosting was so delicious. My now husband, does not like a ton of frosting, and he could not get enough. I will definitely be coming back for other baked goods needs.

We had cupcakes and more make cupcakes and a cake for our wedding. I was worried I had ordered too many cupcakes for our guest count, but at the end of the night we had only 5 cupcakes left and everyone loved them!! The cake was also beautiful! Highly recommend!

UPDATE: I am very impressed at how the owner Regina handled the problem with the cake. She was easy to work with and really nice. We sre taking the incident with my granddaughters cake as an isolated incident. I will say the cake was delicious we had them make a marble cake with milk chocolate and vanilla. I loved the frosting. It wasn't over powering sweet. It was really good. Shelby enjoyed the flavor we picked needless to say we will be giving them another chance. So I'm giving them 5 stars for how well everything was handled.We ordered a unicorn cake for my granddaughter birthday party on Feb 26th. When we called and ordered it we were told they had edible cake clay that they could make a 3D unicorn. Shelby loves unicorns. We told them her favorite color is pink and wanted pink to be a big part of it. We picked up the cake the night before and when we picked it up my fiance went in to get it.. he paid for the cake and she started to hand him the cake.. my granddaughter was in the car and every place else I've ever picked to get a cake from they always put it I. A box to protect i,, not here. We were told they didn't have a box for a 9" cake. How ridiculous. Tyson said Shelby was in the car it was supposed to be a surprise. She taped two boxes together and we took it straight to the place where the party was to happen. When taking the cake out of the box I looked it over. The cake was leaning and very uneven it didn't look really like a univorn and it was a cake i could have made and saved ourselves $65. It disnt even say Happy Birthday Shelby like we asked for. One who side of the cake was bare. It looked like they forgot to make it and slapped it together quickly. Every adult at the party commented on the sloppinesss, and unprofessional job they did, and how she couldn't believe we had a bakery make it. Shelby wasn't even excited when she saw it. I called and was told the manager would contact me today and it's 5:00 pm and still nothing. If you are looking for a bakery to make a cake, Cupcakes And More isn't the place.

My fiancé and I had a wedding tasting with Regina and it was such an amazing experience! She has an entire corner of the store that has wedding creations on display and seems to be dedicated to the wedding aspect of Cupcakes & More. The quote for a 3 tier wedding cake, 6 sheet cakes, and delivery out of town was way less expensive than what we were expecting. And Regina was SO kind and genuine. She answered all of our questions and had some amazing logistical and decorative ideas to offer. She really seemed just as excited as we were to be planning everything!Probably one of the most impressive things is that they recreate the top tier of your wedding cake for your 1 year anniversary - so you don't have to eat freezer burned cake or worry about squishing or losing it. They offer literally 200 flavors of cake and are willing to create just about anything you can think of. I highly recommend looking into using Cupcakes and More as a wedding vendor!

The cake designs for our daughters first birthday turned out amazing. We ordered a sheet cake and a smash cake, and requested a llama theme. The staff was so nice, the cake was ready for us and they were very accommodating. I was slightly disappointed in the taste of the cake, as it wasn’t the best but I will definitely be trying them again!

I used Cupcakes & More for my official wedding cake. To start the process, my now husband and I went in for a taste test and to talk about what we wanted. The staff was very nice and helpful through the process. They delivered the cake on time, decorated it with some greenery (after I had sent pictures of what I would like it to look like) and it looked fantastic. The cake was very good! I would recommend Cupcakes & More to anyone!
