Thank you to Jeff, Chad, and Chris for their high levels of professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness while installing our soft water and filter systems. Everyone was personable, on time, and communicated every detail, every step of the way. Plus, they were immaculately clean. Given the magnitude of tools, parts, packaging, and number of areas that they were required to work in, they left every space looking better than before they started. We're very pleased with the whole experience and our new water softener. Thank you, again!

In the seven years I have been purchasing water from Culligan of Lincoln, I have been treated with the upmost respect and service.Here are the pros:1. Kind and helpful staff2. Quality drinking water and water system accessories3. Carry distilled water for humidifiers along with 16.9 OZ bottled drinking water.Here are the cons:1. Sometimes the five & three gallon bottles are lightly dusty. The water is always clean and pure.2. The availability (9:00AM - 5:00PM M-F) can be conflicting to customers with the same work schedule.Overall 10/10 experience every time I go and pickup my five or three gallon water bottles.P.S -- They have a cool amphibian in the office area!

It is great to have Culligan bring salt to the house and pour it into the container. Also we have drinking water filters that are serviced once a year which gives us better tasting water than you can buy in a bottle.

We had been experiencing buildup on anything and everything that used water for years. After installing all new appliances, faucets, and tubs it was time to call Culligan and see if we could prevent this from happening again. Mataya came out and tested the water, surprise surprise, all kinds of calcium causing the buildup. She recommended a system that meets our needs and assisted in on-the-spot no-wait financing. We could immediately tell the difference in the water quality and how it felt. A month later we have cut our detergent and other soap use in half, and everything is just as clean as before. This looks to be a great long term investment. Techs who installed the system were friendly and respectful and hauled the old non-functioning system away.

The change in the water is fantastic. The installation was quick and professionally done. We have not been customers long enough to know the on going maintenance but given the indtallation we are confident that it will go well.However it comes with a distinct prive tag about 3k to get out house water softened. We think its worth it but I can see the other side where folks might find it too pricey.

Casey, the gentleman that came out to change my filters, in a word is AWESOME!!!Not only did he do a great job, he also explained some things to me like for instance, he told me that I had a reading of 15 and that anything under 50 is where you want to be. That was good to know!Also, he cleaned up after himself including, wiping all the water spills on my sink and faucets. Amazing! I don’t ever recall having that kind of a service with any service calls from anywhere. He was just so nice and friendly, and I let him know that as well.Thank you so much, for sending Casey.!Oh one more thing, I always clear out underneath the sink to make it easier on the tech and Casey stressed how much he appreciated that. First off, they work! The water filtration system and soft water system just keep perking along. Besides adding salt as needed we don't have to do anything except use the water. Our Culligan salt delivery fellow is kind enough to call in advance and gladly carries the salt (which I no longer can) down to our tank. We can't ask for a higher quality or more reliable system.

I have one of their Healthway air purifier and I was skeptical at first. My kids have pretty bad allergies and almost immediately it helped!! Their allergies when we are out and away from the house still bother them. At home though they are very mild, and they don't wake up feeling gross. That's just one of the added benefits. I absolutely love it. I also am one of those people who hates water. I don't like the way it taste, I'll only drink specific brands, etc Since trying Culligan, that's all I drink. I haven't drank this much water in my life. My kids also drink more water now, thanks to our water cooler. To top it off the people at Culligan are AMAZING! They are so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. If you want a place that will go above and beyond to take care of you, this is the place! 😁

I am new to the area and never had hard water before. My wife is from the area but has not lived here for 15 years. I called Jeff Bernhardt at Culligan. He came out and tested our water even though we had an installed water softener but I wanted information and Jeff kindly answered all our questions. Even thought it benefited the company he suggested buying instead of continuing to rent a unit. Jeff and Kris showed up at the agreed upon time for the installation. Knowing nothing about water softeners I had to watch. They answered all my questions and were very professional. I had a question about the Reverse Osmosis unit we have at our house and Kris said he would check it out for us. Everything was done one time at the agreed upon price plus they checked out my RO unit. We are very happy with the service we received from Culligan of Lincoln and especially Kris and Jeff for answering all our questions. I’d call them again, I hope you do too.

We live in the country and have very hard water. We reached out to Culligan to install a reverse osmosis system and now we couldn't be happier! We can drink our water now instead of filling 5 gallon bottles at the store! In all honesty, there was a bit of a snafu with installation but one call was all it took to resolve the issue. Highly recommend for anyone on well water.

Softened water is fantastic, and along with the reverse osmosis purified/drinking water, we are very happy with our choice to use Culligan services. We also have salt delivery drivers call if they are in the area just to make sure we are good on salt. Great customer service in the field and in the office.

We just purchased a top of the line water softener. The salesman was prompt and efficient. Three days later we had our softener installed. The installation was completed by a nice, knowledgeable, and professional young man. Auto salt delivery and quarterly maintenance checks and services are scheduled. Highly recommend.

The water tastes good and the convenience of home delivery is exceptional.I am limited due to mobility issues, Zack goes out of his way to not only deliver the water but goes the extra mile bring the water inside for me and stack it neatly.Esmeralda and Elizabeth are on top of customer care.If you like bottled water but don't like lugging it all over town... This is definitely the way to go!I only wish they'd bring the sport tops back to the bottles, but that's minor.

There was an issue in communication between myself and some of the reps, here in Lincoln. I left an email review, expressing my concerns and I got a call the next day from one rep to address my concerns and get me on their schedule to get serviced. That’s pretty awesome, but then the GM of the store in Lincoln called me. We had nice talk about both being in the customer service field. It shows character when a company admits fault(there was fault on both sides) and actually cares and tries to resolve the issue. Kudos to the rep that called me(sorry, I don’t remember her name) and kudos to Jay, the GM. Thank you
