Today...let's just say I WON'T come into the store during the day again. I get WAY better service and greeted when I walk in the door during the evening shift,even they have a customer at the register..I get greeted. Not today. I was looking for something I couldn't find...saw the cashier..but I didn't know she worked there because she wasn't wearing ANYTHING to let the customers know she works there. And the other employees didn't even bother to ask if I was finding anything...the evening crew does...

Since moving to the family farm, they definitely have what I need. I can usually find many items on my own, but the staff is helpful when I need them. When it was Orscheln's it was okay, but they've added many new items.I will keep returning for all of the farm items, clothing and supplies that I need. I've bought mowing equipment and hand/garden tools.

Bought a shovel about a year a go. It folded when I went to scoop with it. They wouldn't return it and were rude about it. Shovel still has the stickers on it.

Store is run down, the front door window has been broke for 8 months and is in bad need of updating and is one of the smaller stores they have.flooring is dirty, just run down.
