We had our dog Lexi boarded and groomed. She seemed well taken care of but whoever did her grooming did a FANTASTIC job. She is double coated and it’s been almost a month and there still isn’t much to comb out. Kudos to your team!!

We took advantage of the in-home petsitting option while away for 2 weeks for our honeymoon. Very professional - they come to your place for a bit of a tour, get all the pet info, pick up the key & then it's pretty worry free! We got a couple photo updates during & were able to pass messages to the petsitter through Bailey's.Very professional, very affordable & experienced with medicating pets.We'll definitely consider them again for any extended time away!

Love Baileys daycare and grooming! We have been taking our Husky Jamison to daycare since he was a pup!! They always remember him and are excited to see all the fur babies! Our old groomer stoped taking big dogs sadly! But we loved Baileys groomer! It was cheap in my eyes but she did amazing!!! We love Baileys highly recommend!!

We were looking for an in home visits for our cats and called Bailey’s. They showed up on time and took down all the relevant info including somethings we never thought of. Where are the cat carriers, what vet do you use in case of accidents. We feel good about leaving our cats in Bailey’s care.

My dog LOVES Bailey’s. If we even say the word “Bailey’s” he will get so excited it’s curled unless we actually take him in. He immediately runs in excited to play when we get there. But more importantly, the staff all know who we are by name and know what my dog likes and what he’s like. We’re not there super often, so that level of customer service is impressive. I know everyone has different interactions with each boarding facility, but my dog has been to several and very clearly has a preference for Baileys.

I have loved taking my pets to Bailey's. When we still lived in Lincoln Mickey went there for grooming and daycare and on occasion boarding. Never disappointed. We moved to Missouri a couple years ago and decided to bring our 3 month old puppy, Allie, to board for a couple of the nights we stayed in Lincoln. Again not disappointed. ❤️

Daisy had her first full haircut at Bailey's yesterday and we are very happy with the way she turned out. Isn't she just adorable? Everyone was super nice and we will definitely be back!

I was a very big supporter of this groomer and they do amazing work! But I was just told by one of the owners that my business was no longer accepted there because I missed 2 appointments. I have had standing appointments for the last 3 years with them. I held out with them during covid when they were short groomers and they had to cancel my dogs appointments. I stayed true to them. Always been a generous tipper and now, as a customer am being kicked to the curb. Profanity was used after Keith canceled my dogs next 5 appoints into the future. Never once have I been derogatory to any of the groomers. The groomers are amazing and Ranger loves them. My beef is with the owners and not the groomers them selves

Bailey's gives great care to our pups. The staff are caring and friendly...even after hours of getting barked at! Our dogs love to stay to play or to be boarded. Great place!

Clipping my dogs nails is impossible. We even took her to the vet but they quickly gave up. One quick trip to Bailey's and all her nails got trimmed. I was amazed. I got home so quickly, my family thought that they had told me they couldn't clip them. I will be using Bailey's from now on!

The best place for my pooch! When we go on trips he's actually happy to board. When we pick him up he says "goodbye" to the staff. Truly a great daycare and boarder in our fair city.

I've taken my Great Pyrenees to Bailey's for the past few years. She got pretty matted this summer, but I know you can get pretty much any knot out with a high quality blower. Instead of doing that, they decided to shave her, without ever giving me a call to ask if something so stupid was alright. If you don't know why this is a big deal, Google "shaving double-coated dog" and you'll find forty articles about why you should never do that.I'll never go back to Bailey's, and I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

We used Bailey's to watch our cat while on vacation and it was a great experience. The price was right and the service was better than expected. Dena was a fantastic pet sitter and we (and our cat!) will be using Bailey's again. We loved that there was a daily record of what was done each day (food, water, play, water plants, etc.).

Boarded my very energetic puppy there for 2 nights, and he came home completely happy and exhausted— and it is hard to tire him out! Very small charge to add all day daycare and that is so important. He is very attached to me and was not at all stressed when I picked him up, so I know he was completely completely happy and comfortable. I will definitely use Bailey’s for all our boarding here on out!

I brought my dog, Cash, to Bailey’s today for doggy daycare and I was so impressed with the whole experience! The staff was so friendly and kind and I could tell they really cared about the pets they care for. I definitely felt they had treated my dog as if he were their own! Cash had such a fun day, and was so tired when he got home, so I knew they kept him occupied and happy all day long. I have tried the other doggy daycares in Lincoln, but this is definitely the best in town! So glad I found Bailey’s!

We use Bailey's for daily walks, day care, and grooming. They will also be our choice should we need to board our dogs. Their place is clean, well run and everyone dotes on the animals.Our dogs have been groomed several places in town, however Bailey's takes the extra time our fur babies need and they always look adorable! Love the added bonus they get play time while they wait for their grooming.Our dogs look, forward to seeing their daily companion for walks and it's very helpful to have a written note after every visit. Bailey's is excellent about bringing in deliveries from the porch, checking their water and letting us know if one of the dogs didn't seem quite their normal selves.We trust Bailey's explicitly and would not take our dogs anywhere else.

Bailey’s is exceptional! I had been taking my dog Gus to another doggy daycare center for the past year. The week of Christmas I had nowhere for my dog to go while I was at work. Luckily Baileys came to the rescue. From the first time I walked in everyone was so nice and welcoming. They seem to really care for the dogs that are there and know them all by name. Gus is absolutely exhausted when he gets home as well. (which is the most important part right?) We love Baileys and have officially found our daycare and boarding center in Lincoln!

We have been taking our dogs here for over a year for self wash dog baths and walk in nail trims. Always clean and accommodating and Keith and his staff are always helpful. He even kindly allowed us in for a Sunday bath once as it was our last resort (we won't make this a habit!). Great pricing and we never feel rushed. We look forward to trying out daycare this winter.

Just had my Golden Retriever groomed at Bailey's new location and we both had a great experience. Very friendly, caring and fast!Izzy looks great and has a bounce to her step.My German Shepherd is next. Now that will be a good test, she's shedding like crazy!! :)We will definitely be coming back!

Bailey’s is THE BEST! I had used their daycare services for my bigger dogs a time or two and was always impressed, dogs came home happy and tired always. I acquired a very small puppy (3 lbs,) a couple of months ago and wanted to take him somewhere during the days I couldn’t be home to let him outside. I decided to take him to Bailey’s after discussing with their staff. The little dude has a ball (probably literally and figuratively) every day! He’s always excited to go and see his friends and he practically falls asleep on my lap on the way home. We certainly prefer this place to the others we have tried and will be back!

I could not be more happy with my experience at Bailey's. I have been taking my puppy, Ollie, there a few times a week for daycare since he came home. He runs into daycare without even looking back at me. When I come to pick him up at the evenings, he doesn't want to leave. It is like his second home and the staff love him like he is their own puppy. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff at Bailey's. They are truly animal lovers and dedicated to their jobs. When I come to pick him up they always tell me about his day and give him lots of goodbye snuggles. He comes home absolutely exhausted after a great day of playing with his friends. I also brought Ollie for grooming and had a great experience. Thank you, Bailey's!

We have used this day care twice now. Both visits have been over a week long. I have to say, this is a great place to leave your pets. The price was right for 2 dogs. When i did pick up my dogs, I was missing a dog bed and a leash. The staff told me to take the dogs home and they would deliver the items to my house. The staff arrived no more then a hour later with my freshy washed dog bed and a new leash. I call that great service. If you value your pets choose this day care. Thanks again for taking care of my dogs.

We’ve been taking our pup, Dakota, to daycare at Bailey’s for about 2 months and we couldn’t be happier. She runs in without looking back, and comes home worn out. The staff is always super friendly—telling us about her day and the dogs she likes to play with, saying how much they enjoy having her there, etc. We’re so grateful to have an awesome place for Dakota to go where we know she’s well taken care of and loved while we’re at work. My pup is excited to come here for daycare and boarding, and I feel good knowing she’s happy. Bailey’s has a nice outdoor space with trees that offer shade from the hot summer sun. They also give pups their own space for eating and napping.

Hands down worst customer service of any pet boarding facility in Lincoln. Neglected to ask for vaccine records when I had booked a stay for my dog, when I arrived they were very rude and demanded vaccine records at 4pm on a Sunday as if my veterinarian would be open. I would not recommend this place there are way better places in Lincoln that are much more accommodating to your pets needs.
