It has a lot of variety. Customer service, hit and miss. One time I had AMAZING service, yesterday not at all. Bought 2 huge bakers racks. Not one person helped me. When I bought my huge Santa and yard blowup, I got so much help. Prices high, but if you look around good deals to be had. Need to work on some with customer service especially when they are handicapped. I almost didn't spend that much as I was really struggling with them both. Also wanted more stuff,but was too worn out!!

I went into this store which is 1 mile from my house to buy an accent chair. The package was too big for me to carry and I live alone. So the store employee tells me to order online, so it can be delivered. When I try ordering online I don’t see a section for delivery instructions which I need to add because it’s a huge building with 3 doors and and intercom panel is only on one door. The store employee told me that the delivery guy would call me and deliver to my apt door. Come day of delivery I haven’t received the item, so I call this store. The lady tells me “that once an item has left our store it’s not our responsibility anymore and you have to call the third party delivery guy directly. Also that their delivery guy does not deliver inside apartment buildings and that I should have read the fine print”. She goes on to add that it’s not the job of the store employees to know these policies and inform customers correctly about this.I go down and the box is just left next to the building door in the parking lot 4 hrs ago and I did not get any call from the delivery person (which seriously now I have to bring up myself, which is what I was trying to avoid by ordering delivery.)So now I am out 40 bucks for delivery and I have to haul the thing up myself.To add insult to injury, the lady goes on to add that “if you want your delivery fees returned, you can bring the item back to our store and I will refund it to you”At Home really needs to take stock of what kind of EMPLOYEES and DELIVERY COMPANIES they have and how these people are treating their customers.Will never order anything ever from here again and will recommend that all you guys out there, PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT before you order anything online from this store (provided you can find a fine print because I certainly did not see anything.

Customer service is VERY poor. Instead of offering an apology and explaining why a VERY loud and annoying alarm was continuing to go off we received a very snotty "it will shut off when it shuts off". Garbage customer service!

This store amazing for holiday outdoor ornaments. Line was long but their associates a fast. Most of all, very organized and very clean. The one thing I HATE most is clutter and dirty isles when shopping. Kudos to this company for not adopting SELF check out!!! Man, that ruins the whole experience.

I actually went back to purchase another set of curtians to match ones I had gotten there before. Was not sure the color would march so only bought the one set first.I clearly cam in carrying a bag (on crutches), grabbed a scooter and went straight to the counter for help.The attendent started questioning everything and treating me like I was trying to get away with something because I didnt being my receipt. I had already said I wanted to see if they had another set to buy! I finally interrupted her and said (again) ma'am I am not looking for a refund. I want to buy another set. She finally caught on and called someone in back to have them get another set, and I said I would like to look for some other things and again she started acting like I was some criminal. O asked if ahe could just hold the curtains there while I went into the store. She finally said, I guess so. I went in and grabbed a couple kitchen utensils but couldnt even enjoy looking around because of the way she treated me, so I just went to get the new curtains and those two items.She asked if Infound everything and I politely said no, I couldnt even enjoy myself after the treatment and would haventon come back another time because they had all kinds of new stuff. I get the need to protect the store, but it wasnt busy when I was there and they saw me come in, grab the scooter and go straight to them so there was no need for that treatment. It was inapproprite under any circumstance.

Feels like a chaotic mess. A lot of the stuff is grossly overpriced for the quality you receive. Looked like there may be a few good deals if you dig deep enough.

Wow. I hadn't been in this store for some reason. But after I discovered it, I went twice in one day. Returning with the lady. It is like pier1 supersized and I haven't even gotten to see all they have to offer. And they open till later than most stores which is helpful. I'll be spending money here for my patio furniture, unique bar stools and even buying a memory foam mattress from here as well. Check it out.

Lots of stuff to browse through and buy but prices are very high. Like very high to just grab a few things to decorate your house. I guess luxuries are gunna cost you a pretty penny. But a great selection. Wish they had a little more of my style but super cute. Big store to shop around in

The staff was very kind and helpful. It was my first time visiting an At Home Store and my wife and. I agreed that this is where we will be buying all our home decor when we buy our house. The store has limitless options and colors. There is something for everyone no matter your interests

Great product selection!Annoyance - isles are so packed with product it is very difficult to be shopping with a cart. Spent at least 10 mins walking around island or dodging other customers
