Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Getting started with a puppy I didn’t know where to start with food. The staff provided multiple recommendations and walked through the pros and cons with me. They also helped me pick out the right supplies for training. Very reasonable prices as well. Some of the items are priced better than online! They carry Fromm brand which I couldn’t even find on Chewy.

Prices of any bagged, freeze-dried dog food and frozen in good competitive price with mail ordered and always have what I need when I need. Plus they have rewards program! Knowledgeable about problem feeding also when I have had questions.

This place was awesome! Fantastic selection in both food, treats, chews, toys and accessories. We were so excited to find so many west paw toys because we have been loving that brand lately. We went in just to browse and ended up finding some treats and a cookie for our dog. Our dog was so excited to get a treat from the wonderful staff. The staff here is seriously so great and was so excited to show us new items and we are so excited to go back!

Katie and crew are top notch at serving the needs of customers! How they treat people is so wonderful and unexpected. I have purchased everything from bird seed and feeders to dog food, treats and gear. I will not shop anywhere else. We love Arnie's. We care about that we put into our own bodies so we are strict with the quality of food for our dog & two cats.The staff is super knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer to a question, they'll go research to figure it out.They even called a food manufacturer to check the nutrient difference between two foods.They're our go-to for everything pet related.UPDATE: A 10/10. We're continually impressed with the knowledge & service here.

Such a great store! We are admittedly a bit picky with our dog food and they carry the brand we wanted. Communication is on point and the local auto delivery is amazing! Trust your local shop to get things done and carry the brands you love before going to big box stores.
