Avoid this location. If you like being treated like your order is a hassle to the staff, then this might be the location for you. Staff has horrible attitude and the quality of the "Double crunch taco" I ordered was an absolutely a joke and garbage.... They will also charge you for items and not include them with your order. So if you do plan to dine with them check your order before leaving.

We got "take-out" yesterday evening but at a time when the staff were super busy w/ drive-thru & in-house customers. About 20 min. later we left for home. When we got there, our lg. Mexi-fries & 2 mini-cups of cheese sauce were missing. I returned about a half-hour later, staff were very apologetic & eager to make the omission right. The staff were young & working hard, made up the Mexi-fries & even included an Amigos gift card to compensate for the inconvenience. Very nice, we'll be going back again! Tell the staff "Thank you"!!

Hardshell tacos were so greasy they leaked thru the wrapper and were flimsy. Mexifries looked pale & underdone. Quesadilla burrito was falling apart and pretty sure it wasn't the correct item. No sauce for the crisp crab rangoon burrito. Felt like we were a bother for even coming there. 2 stars because the cheeseburger was good.

They went above and beyond with my order and even added a few extras to make my late night craving meal top notch and absolutely more than I could have ever imagined! I give 1,000 thanks to the team that worked that night and that went above and beyond to make my experience one that will definitely have me coming back again and again! Thanks late night crew!!

Last time I was here was 2 yrs ago. I was shorted 2/3 my order then. Swore I would never go back but it's now in my new neighborhood and thought I would be treated better by now. . .Ordered 2 simple basic meals. Only received half my food. Was given a $5 coupon to compensate but had to wait in line in the drive through just receive since in house dining is closed.Then once in the drivethrough was given a crumpled up version of what we paid for originally, no apology and an expired coupon. Do AVOID this location at all costs.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We ordered a quesadilla burrito and a root beer float. While sitting in the drive thru, an employee slammed the door going out, trying to throw the trash away because he was in a hurry to close, into my car causing damage, and acted like he didn’t do anything. We pull up to the window after the car in front of us left, and I told the kid at the window what had happened. He could see the scratch on my car door. He talked to the guy and said that he was just in a hurry to close. He took down my name and phone number, but when I asked for the managers card or info to contact them, he wouldn’t give it to me. He told me I could come back tomorrow to talk to one of the managers. He gave us a bag of food, a root beer float, and a Pepsi. It ended up being the wrong food completely. I’ve never been so frustrated about the service given at a restaurant, but this was an absolutely terrible experience.

One of the best locations by far! Food is always so fresh and delicious! I come through late after work some nights and the closing crew is super great! Very friendly and always goes above and beyond with my order. They don’t act stupid or question me when I make modifications to my order. These workers are always very polite and helpful though!Vegetarian options: Love the ease with which I can make my meal vegetarian! They don’t act stupid or question me when I make modifications to my order. I get beans instead of meat on my taco and the workers here just automatically know what I’m talking about which is so nice and rare! Other restaurants act so dumb with this kind of thing.

Wanted to give Amigos a second chance. Again, i should have known better. Got the chicken nachos. Chips soft anf wilty, chicken good flavor but dry and overcooked..you know, when the outer layer of meat is a darker color than rest. Refritos were good. Amigos, if your going to be FRESH then serve fresh. Looked good...thats it.

Sunday 3/26/23 11amThe kid working the drive thru needs a severe attitude adjustment. Spoke so quiet I could barely understand him/her. Couldn’t tell because he/she sounded like a girl but looks like a boy. Don’t stand around like the world owes you. If you don’t like your job QUIT. I would say I’m never going to that location again but this kid made it to where I won’t go to any. Oh yeah, my taco was disgusting.

Getting pricey for what it is & lacking flavor. Almost all of my sour cream was squished out all over the wrapper. Wish they still had the sauce & toppings bar. Their food isn't as good without it; charging 50 cents for a tiny cup of each sauce is way too much.Staff members were kind & helpful.

I'm hooked on the chorizo breakfast burrito. Every Amigos I have been to, they are the same exact goodness. The burgers are pretty good too. Everything else I have tried is just ok. Have never tried a donut or any specific coffee, although they are options there as well.

Traveling from Texas and I'm rating it as fast food. It has a better quality than Taco Bell. Fed a family of 5 off $25 I'm happy with it. The street taco plate and the little jalapeño frenchee things I would eat again. Could gain the other star by actually making the spicy salsa spicy.

They've never messed up my order here, and the interior is unusually relaxing for fast food. The drive through makes me a little claustrophobic, but it moves quickly. It also offers a clear view of the kitchen so you can watch the staff making your food barehanded right under the laminated sign reminding them to wear gloves at all times. They do wash frequently from what I have seen and the glove law is stupid, but maybe have the good sense to not do it where patrons and inspectors could easily see it.

Doesn’t just apply to this location but very one I have ever been to. They ask if you would like spicy or mild with your order and not one time has there ever been sauce in the bag. Yes I should check before driving away but I would question the process of the employees because it’s every location

The food is always a good quantity for the price, with fresh ingredients. Recipes are great. Staff is friendly and helpful. The dining area is kept clean. But, this is a fast food joint, so not a date night destination.
