After a long search and a visit to Lincoln, we settled on Alpha Brewing Operations, and we have been pleased with the results. They built us a custom (tall and thin) 10 bbl system and a 1 bbl pilot system. We continue to have a great relationship with Matt and the rest of the Alpha Team. Highly recommend!

We upgraded from a homebrew-style nano system to a full on production brewery at a new location. We commissioned our 15 bbl brewhouse in June of 2017 and have been running ever sense. We started with 15 and 30 bbl fermenters and added 30 bbl fermenters in Dec of 2017. 8 months in and no issues. Everything looks great and works well. We had some minor issues with the grain hopper arriving much taller than specified, but Alpha sent their welder to cut it down to size the day before commissioning. The equipment did arrive 8 weeks later than promised, but everything did arrive and the crew has been great about sending updates and helping with any issues that have come up while we fine-tune the system.****3 Year Update****The system is working well, but a number of butterfly valves have started leaking the past few weeks and no replacement gaskets are available. The email response I received from Alpha was "We no longer carry that valve from that company and do not have any more gaskets for it." They suggested I buy new valves to replace the ones that were leaking and would not provide an answer to if the new valves would have replacement parts available in 3 years.

We've purchased from Alpha a little over 2 years ago and have been brewing just over a year and a half. We purchased a 10BBL turnkey solution from Alpha. Since this was our first brewery, we decided to purchase from a single source for the best overall support. Alpha did not disappoint. Their service has been second to none. The quality of the equipment is also outstanding. We continue to brew outstanding beer (even won best in class for IPA at AC Best Festival in NJ). We've grown since we've started and continue to purchase from Alpha.

The entire team at Alpha has been amazing to work with. From the lengthy pre-sale with my many questions and numerous phone calls; to the sale, timeline/delivery to commissioning all went very smoothly. I’ve been brewing on their system for a year now and am overall very happy with the system. A few quirks here and there, but they have always been there to help resolve any issue I had.With most companies’ customer support is often lacking once final payments have been made, not with Alpha. They have always made themselves available when needed. They have a pretty deep talent pool to lean on when it comes to anything from control panel electric issues to brewing or calibration questions, really anything from A-Z.Price point vs quality is pretty amazing as well, very high-quality equipment.Overall, I’m very impressed with Alpha and I would purchase from them again and again.-Thank You to: Matt, Jon, J.T., Micah. We've had a great experience working with Alpha. They helped us out when our brewery was just a concept, and stuck with us until is was a reality. At Stonecloud, we run a 30 bbl system with almost all of our equipment (including canning line) from Alpha. The equipment has for the most part been top notch, and when we've had issues they've always helped us solve the problems in a helpful and timely way. Great value and great people!

We purchased a canning line from these guys recently as an addition to our brewhouse. Both Matt and Jon with awesome to work with - hit all deadlines during production and even saved the day by driving the canning line out to Denver personally to help us stay on schedule. 100% top notch guys through communication, service and product. Honestly the best value for the dollar on a brewhouse you can get. There isn't a better system out there for the price that does what this brewery system is capable of doing.The mill is the best mill I have ever seen in a brewery. They say dust proof, and honest to god, it is dust proof. Ours isnt even in a mill room due to the extreme lack of dust created by the milling process.The keg washer is fantastic as well. Would highly recommend anything these guys designed themselves. Just top notch work all around.Additionally, the customer service is the best I have seen in the business. Extremely prompt, timely, and intelligent. We were their fourth customer and we still get updates from them as they are available and improvements are made.10/10 would recommend.

We ordered a complete package from Alpha Brewing. 10bbl steam brew house, 2 liquor, 6 fermenters, boiler, grist mill and more. All the equipment is high quality and the service was good.
