“Subject: Unpleasant Experience with Shipping and CommunicationTo all that may be concerned,I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase experience with All Dogs Off-road. Unfortunately, the shipping process fell short of my expectations, and I experienced a notable lack of communication throughout.My order was placed on November 2nd, and the estimated delivery time provided was 4 days after November 22nd which was quoted 2 weeks after I had to inquire about it. Regrettably, the package arrived significantly later than expected, causing inconvenience and frustration on my end. What compounded this disappointment was the absence of any proactive communication regarding the delay. It would have been greatly appreciated to receive timely updates or notifications about the status of my shipment. Instead, I had to ask for updates repeatedly until I was provided a tracking number for the first part of my order which shipped 4 weeks after my order was placed. The following update (5 weeks later after I had to ask for it) was that my items were in stock and still didn’t ship until another week and a half later after asking yet again for an update.In today’s competitive market, customer service plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall perception of a brand. My recent experience has left me questioning the reliability of your company’s shipping and communication practices. This was my first experience ordering from your company. With the smug responses and disregard for your paying customers time, I would have a tough time deciding to order anything again. I believe that addressing these issues promptly will not only retain existing customers but also contribute to the enhancement of your brand’s reputation.I don’t know what I should expect as a response to this, but I thought will all fairness I would give you the opportunity to reply with what you think would be right before I make any form of public review. I can appreciate that during the early days of holidays time management can get out of hand, and I know that during my time waiting there were several holidays and a major weather event however; 9 and a half weeks from order to shipping without any voluntary updates just doesn’t meet a standard from any business. As well as responding to a paying customer as if they are a burden instead of a contribution to keeping cash flow happening doesn’t sit right with me, or any other customer service person I know.Thank you for your understanding. I look forward to your response.”Original message was sent for the morning of Jan 26. It is now Feb 1st and have had no response. I really want to like this company, but they make it really hard to have a good experience.

Alldogs Offroad sets the gold standard for customer service. Their communication is exceptional. They go above and beyond to address queries, even for prospective customers like me. Despite my lack of knowledge in this area, they were incredibly kind and patient, demonstrating their genuine commitment to helping others. It's evident that they're not just good at what they do but also good people. Looking forward to purchasing more from them in the future.

Ordered the Titan swap package that they offer and it’s been awesome. Installed a couple of months ago and the truck now has a completely different personality. I love it.They’ve helped me when I needed when I ran into a few snags and have been fair to speak with. They have great products and I’ll be referring them to other Nissan owners.

If you read thru the negative reviews you will see a trend. They have HORRIBLE communication and when customers leave a negative review they badmouth and always blame the customer.If I could give zero stars I would. To say they have HORRIBLE communication is actually an understatement.I placed an order for a lift kit. Nothing on their website indicated anything was out of stock.I received confirmation of the order same dayFive days later (a Monday) I still had no tracking info so I emailed inquiring when my order would ship. The entirety of the response was "End of week it should ship "At the end of the week on Fri afternoon I followed up again asking for tracking. The entirety of their response was "Should be next week if it hasn’t already. We just received UCA’s." -- So basically they didn't have all the parts in stock but waited till over a week later to inform me.So I waited till the following Monday (10 days) and once again emailed inquiring about tracking. This time they didn't even bother with a response.Finally three weeks after my order was placed I received an email with tracking. When I did receive the shipment the packing was pretty bad. I realize that lift part are heavy and bulky but to place leaf spring and coil spring in the same box as shocks is bad practice. The heavy springs can crush the boxes the shocks are in and can cause damage.In today's online commerce age it's not too much to ask a business to provide decent communication. If a customer order a part that is not in stock and you don't have that indicated on your website it doesn't take but a minute or two to send the customer a quick email letting them know the out of stock situation and to provide a estimated shipping date. And to ignore customers emails is completely unacceptable.I foresee this backyard business going out of business in the near future if they don't get their act together and communicate with customers.

Had the Koni ADO lift kit installed by TORC in Omaha and impressed by how smooth it rides. Honestly feels better on road compared to air bag setup. Not many reviews I could find prior to install. But very happy with decision.

Edit -I just came to update this review to add that after-sales support has continued to be great. I've come across a few issues (that were on all my fault, making mistakes on install) but the crew here has been immensely patient in helping me figure everything out.Excellent prices, quality gear and top notch customer service.My Koni lift kit is amazing quality, the price was really reasonable and the crew at ADO have been endlessly patient with me asking dozens of questions.I had a long wait to receive my order because of manufacturer issues but ADO kept me well advised of everything all throughout the process.I definitely recommend this business.

Attempted to purchase the ADO rear differential breather ($20) from Alldogs a short while ago but when I attempted to checkout, it prompted me to register (not become a member) which then required me to enter specific information and create a “user name” and “password”. I’ve purchased several automotive parts from various companies such as Jegs, Summit, Classic Industries, SS396, etc., and this is the first company that didn’t have an option to “checkout as guest”. I just wanted to purchase the breather and be on my way and thought it was odd that I had to enter information and create a username/password just to simply purchase a $20 part. I decided to inquire further and initiated a “chat” with which I did not get a response…at all. Fast forward a week/two weeks or so and I decided to give them a call to ask about the purchasing process and to see if I could purchase the item over the phone, thinking, it can’t be this difficult to buy a $20 part. Spoke with whoever answered the phone which I’m assuming was Chad and he was incredibly rude and treated me like I was born yesterday. He stated that this is normal and all e-commerce is that way (which it is definitely not) and that he really didn’t care what information I put in as they don’t look at it anyways (not the point). He had no interest in displaying any type of customer service and was just all out rude for absolutely no reason and acted like I was just inconveniencing him. I will be purchasing a rear diff mod from another company who cares about customer service and quite frankly, I’ll let my axles seals blow out 100 more x’s before I give a dime of my money to this company. I understand my potential purchase was not high dollar, but what they don’t realize is that good customer service leads to repeat business, which they will not get from me. If you care about mutual respect, customer service, and appropriate and prompt communication, there are plenty of other aftermarket parts companies out there that will treat customers much much better.

Bought a suspension kit for my 2016 frontier and had nothing but a great customer service experience start to finish. They can answer any questions you have and make sure you make the right choice for your truck. I can’t recommend them enough!

Have ordered several times. They communicated well, even refunded me my order when I ordered the wrong kit by mistake, allowing me to reorder the right stuff.I am glad I found them.Only concern I have had so ar is the skid plate kit I ordered was missing parts, however I just sent them an email about this. I am certain they will correct.Not sure why so many folks have given bad ratings... these guys are really helpful and nice.I think it's the Canadians! Lol

Chad and Kyle are the best! I purchased their billstein 5100 lift kit and upper control arms for my frontier and had issues with my installer. Chad and Kyle walked me through every possible step to resolve the issue and ultimately replaced my front shocks after a personal review. But the service excellence did not end there! I also purchased (from other vendors) a brake swap kit, new headlights, and numerous other add-ons for my truck - these guys answered every question I had and helped me along the way with my first ever build, talk about going above and beyond!!If you want great quality products and like supporting owners that care about their business and community, shop at All Dogs Offroad Coop!

What an amazing company to deal with. Their website is easy and navigation was a breeze. Every time I have a question on one of their products and I email them via Facebook they respond quickly and a lot of times they respond at 9 at night. I have bought two lifts from them and will continue to purchase from them and have giving out their info to many others.

The initial communication was great. That's where my first impressions went downhill. Chad gave me the impression that he was wanting a sale, as I needed an invoice to have parts shipped to Canada. Never received one after promising one, so I went with Z1 instead. If you live in Canada, shop somewhere else.

If I could give this company less than 1 Star I would. First off, these people do not communicate. I've been looking for a lift kit for my Nissan Xterra and after watching a few YouTube reviews and reading on major forums about how awesome this company is to work with I thought I'd give them a shot.The reviews online in the forums and YouTube MUST be paid for. I can't see how these people stay in business. I ordered a kit and had I not pestered them about the status I would have never known that the parts for it were out of stock. When I asked about ship dates, they told me they had no clue and were at the mercy of their supplier.I'm not saying that being at the mercy of a supplier, powder coater etc is unacceptable. I'm stating that zero communication or effort is. This company makes no effort to keep you informed. They don't offer options when they can't uphold their end of the bargain and they aren't interested in doing so.Finding a lift kit for my vehicle has been tough enough as it is without these clowns failing to keep their buyers informed, or their site updated.Now I'm stuck in limbo waiting on a refund and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that a different company will still have a lift kit in stock by the time I get my money back.Buyer beware.

Ordered front & rear shocks + springs, had some delays which can be expected but i appreciated the quick response time whenever i asked for an update. Good communication is unfortunately hard to find nowadays so it really made the purchasing experience that much better. Parts arrived today with no issues, excited to do the install!

Hats off to this company! Astounded by their customer non-service. It’s incredible! Started a chat to complain about the website not allowing me to create an account to purchase 1 item. (Not sure why they require this vs having an available “check out as guest” option) I proceeded to get barraged saying that I have an inability to register and that it was a “you problem.” Didn’t want to solve a legitimate problem on their site but rather insult a potential customer. Reading through other low reviews it appears this is a trend and they like to try to cover themselves up saying the customer was “unreasonable” or “aggressive.” I guess I’m unreasonable to bring up an issue and want to purchase something. They keep going down the road they’re going, their business is going to break down. Choose carefully when thinking of doing business with employees that act like this. Or if you do chose to buy from them, be careful what you say or do, they may have a short fuse and lock you out of their site. Probably for the best.

Place a order on a lift for my xterra was told it would be shipped out early the next week, that Friday I couldn’t get a email back or a message via Facebook so I called an was told they no longer had my leaf packs in stock that they are expecting a new shipment in a few weeks then it will ship.problem is I have a busted leaf now. I did get a full refund but the few days of assuming my lift would be shipped has put me behind an now I have to find another vendor to buy from ect...I’ve seen these guys have a lot of good reviews an really wanted to work with them but my experience was not up to par. Better communication sooner would have helped a lot.

my set up wasn't as simple as pulling and shipping boxes it required a bit of communication with chad, but when all was said, done and installed it was dead on. A perfect "semi-performance" set up that meets my exact needs. it was really nice to have a company listen to the customer and exceed expectations.Cant say enough just a great experience. all my friends will be recommended to Alldogs and Chad !

A few months ago I Ordered Replacement Lower Shock Bolts + Weld Washers for 2nd Gen Nissan Frontier. Item was shipped a few days later. When I received the package I opened it to find they sent me the 2 bolts but not the "weld washers" described and in the pics. They sent me 4 regular uncoated steel flat washers. The entire point of buying this "package" was to get the weld washers to be able to "weld" them in place as they are thicker than your standard flat washer. I feel they just made a small mistake and sent the wrong washers.. no big deal right ? I was wrong. I then sent them a email right away explaining what they had sent me and even sent a picture of how they looked right out of the sealed box they sent me. I was then immediately called a liar and a cheat. They claimed I swapped out the washers for some of my own. I honestly couldn't believe how they talked to a customer who had a problem with their product. I don't understand what the point of me swapping out washers would be? SO I would have a set of washers that were laser cut to a specific bolt size that I would no longer have? what would I have gained out of this? Nothing. I then asked for them to send the washers I paid for or give me a refund. They refused both. Then I was told that i would be fully blocked from any further use of their website. Lucky for me I used PayPal to purchase these so I then contacted PayPal over this to dispute the charge and get my money back. I presented my case with photo evidence and all that All Dogs response was to send a copy of our email conversation that just further proved what a unprofessional company this was. Needless to say Pay Pal sided with me on this and I was able to return the product and they gave me my money back after Pay Pay forced them to. I also contacted the BBB and reported them there also. They refused to even respond to the BBB until the BBB sent them a final notice. then they just send another copy of our email conversation.. again proving I was in the right. I wish I would have read other reviews before ordering from them. I have found dozens of bad reviews towards All Dogs. They have multiple on the BBB website alone that they refused to even respond to. That shows the type of company this is. I have tried me best to post my honest review of my transaction with them on as many platforms as i can to spread the word.BE CAREFULProtect yourself with a third party like pay palI am sure they will respond to this.. and I cant re respond back so I will say it now.. PayPal and BBB both sided with me over this.

After I didn't receive an email confirmation of my order (despite my card being charged), I called for the confirmation. I had the most bizarre conversation with one of the owners, who was deeply perturbed that I called. He cursed at me and accused me of being "hyper-aggressive" for simply enquiring about my order. He actually said he was "flabbergasted" that I called and said he did not want to fulfill my order. Due to his unprofessionalism and irrational reaction to a standard request, I was ok with that.
