When I first took my dog there, they were great. They were very gentle with her and were amazing about giving her the shots. That was a year ago, I called to get her records so I could take her to to a new vet. Since we do not live in Nebraska anymore. The very rude lady that answered the phone said that they pulled up my name but could not find my dog. Why would you have my name in the system if I did not bring an animal there? All I needed was her shot record to give to the new vet in Mississippi. The rude ladyon the phone ended up hanging up on me instead of looking for the records. All I wanted was to take care of my dog. I just needed her shot records to take her to a new vet.

Get wellness checks on my pets and can usually get in quickly. Have had several dogs neutered or spayed with very good care. They answer questions readily and are very helpful.

He helped my cat, but when we called he got us in, but when we got there, there was only one other patient but acted like he was super busy didn’t even fully examine my cat who is actually really hurt and skinny he didn’t weight her or anything just gave her medication. He didn’t seem like he cared

If you have an emergency you are better off driving to Cozad or Kearney. They will never pick up the phone after hours. Don't put a phone number if you won't answer.

My dog was neutered and I didn't receive a cone. I paid $159 which is already expensive and I didn't get much instruction beside giving him medicine and to give him water/food.
