Bought some plants today. Sale sign posted but clerk rang them up at regular price. When I asked she didn't even do a price check. I paid then took a pic of sale price. When I went back in she wasn't happy with me. I know it wasn't much money but it's the principle. And I think the customer deserves better treatment. I would rather do self check than have someone like her.

I always find the store well stocked and if I buy the last one, generally when I go back for more they have them. Prices are good, good variety in product, the floors and shelves are clean, the staff are always helpful. My only wish is that the outdoor plants are better this year and that the pricing is more clear on signs. A great store and well managed.

I'll give them 5 stars because they normally have everything I need, however the fast few times I've stopped they have been out of tidy cats bagged kitty litter. And gel starter fluid for my corn stove. It's awfully cold to be out of winter items. The employees are very nice and do a fantastic job

Friendly staff. The manager though, seems as if he treats his staff not so great. Overpriced. Very hot stuffy air makes you want to get out if there wick on warmer days. Store has great potential and just needs some upgrades in many areas.

Orscheln's is a mismanaged disaster. One of the two checkers messed up an order so bad the poor guy was standing there for a half hour trying to get it right. So everyone had to use the other checker who was painfully slow. Finally got to the front of the line and she had no idea how to do a propane exchange. Didn't even know what I was asking for. I gave up and will find somewhere with more competent staff.

Please understand I like shopping here but hiring inexperienced high school age kids because they do what you say is not an excuse for hiring competent adults that may do things different but still get the job done.

There on a Sunday morning. Don't expect any help. Manager and cashier were both too busy talking to each other to bother actually helping customers. Did find what I needed after 20 minutes searching.
