I found Bargain John's online, with exactly the Heywood Wakefield nightstand I had been looking for. It arrived today in great condition. Before I made the purchase, I checked out reviews and references and spoke with the shop owner. Everything looked great, and so I felt confident ordering. Glad I did!

On our way to Denver we stopped in Lexington for the antique store to see what they had. Totally amazed at the high quality items from the early 1900s. Many items are furniture type things such as rockers, hand caved table sets with chairs, dressers iron toys and such. They have an additional warehouse next door with the largest selection I’ve seen to date! Joni was very knowledgeable on each piece we inquired about.

Full of the most unique antiques I've had the pleasure of viewing. Beautifully restored, turn-key furniture ready for display in anyone's home. Not over-priced considering age, uniqueness, beauty and labor of restoring to full function. (You have to pay for quality folks. Being out of your price range does not make it over-priced) Lovely visit with the owner, who is very knowledgeable. Definitely will stop again.

Stopped here on a whim traveling home during a road trip. Unbelievable quality and selection of antique furniture, toys, etc! It was great to hear part of John's story! Sounds like he was a true original, an old school influencer and networker. They are carrying his Legacy well. Joni and Lars, we're friends now.

This place is a nice little stop and they have some unique pieces. The prices are out of this world. I could go to Lincoln or surrounding area's and get the same items for less than half the price. I collect many antiques and do not understand how they move product. I guess people do not look online for comparable sales for pricing.

Oh my! Never expected this! Traveling, looking to go to antique stores and looking for items not normally found in our home area, we saw a billboard for Bargain John's. The most lovely antique furniture and great quality, plus a few items that we had not seen before. I must admit, it may be a bargain because of the uniqueness of the furniture but it was out of our price range. John's son owns the store now and was a great guy, as well as the other staff. Out in the middle of Nebraska, in a smaller town, if you can not get there, he does have a website and will ship.

Traveling thru Nebraska and found this beautiful antique store. Sorry we didn't get to meet the owners but the gentleman at the store was a gem. Probably one of the nicest stores I have been to in a very long time. Displayed and laid out so nicely. Quality pieces. I was impressed, we need more antique stores like this one. We will be back.

Imagine my surprise to find this antique business open on the 4th of July; I had traveled 1300 miles to pick up an antique to deliver to a Kansas museum and expected to have to wait for it to re-open on the 5th or 6th. Two of the owners even helped me load the antique - no small feat as it had to be partially dismantled and packed just right for the trip. This is truly an outstanding, dedicated establishment.

Cool place to visit they have a lot of nice looking stuff. I not versed in prices for antiques so I can not say anything on prices. The were very friendly and had no problem just letting me wander around looking a everything. Had a great time stop and visit them and have fun.

Now THIS is an antique store worthy of the name. Well cared for museum quality desks, toys, art, dark wood China cabinets, tables statuary, all well preserved. You can tell they care about classic furniture here. They buy and sell, have a website (of course) I didn't want to leave!

No bargains at Bargain John's. WAY too expensive for people around this area. Large and/or expensive pieces, more for the east or west coast money people. 3 stars because nice to look.
